I was doing hydrafacials (at another place) and they encouraged me to try the derma-facial since they tried out both and felt this was better- wow!! I turned 70 this year, and wanted to have eyelid surgery . (Blepharoplasty) I am only two weeks post-op, and already am so pleased with the results! Dr. Prischmann and her staff are very warm and professional. The moment you walk into her office, you can feel the traquility she strives to provide for her clients. She was punctual, knowledgable, and concerned that I understood the whole process of my surgery. In talking with friends who have also had this surgery by other surgeons, I would have to say I had the “cadillac” of Dr.s and treatment! Dr. Prischmann has an amazing gift. She is an amazing surgeon and artist. She has the unique ability to make you feel as if you are her only patient. She takes all the time you need and is very inormative and reassuring every step of the way. Many people think perfectionism can be a curse....well, in her profession it is ideal to find a doctor with this trait. Dr. Prischmann is a perfectionist and goes above and beyond to make her patients leave feeling valued, pleased and confident. AND she expects the same out of her amazing staff. I went to Dr. Prischmann to consult on my pierced ears that for more than twenty years had drooped to the point I thought my holes were going to go through. It really restricted the earrings I could wear and I was embarrassed for anyone to see them. She took so much time in reconstructing my ears to be a normal shape/size and was meticulous in re-piercing them later after healing in just the right place. Her attention to detail is amazing and she explains everything so well. I would recommend her to anyone and will only go see her for anything I ever do to my face! She is the best!

My decision to switch to Dr. Prischmann for facial injections was one of the best things I've ever done. I always had a feeling in the back of my head I wasn't going to very qualified people for injections on my face and that it was time to see the best of the best when it comes to my face. And Dr. Prischmann is the best of the best. I was blown away not only with the results Dr. Prischmann achieved with less product but with her knowledge and new information she gave me, her thorough examination and effort to understand my wants/needs/concerns, and overall welcoming/positive demeaner. I felt I was truly valued as a patient/customer. I've only seen her twice but I am sure to go back for all my face/skincare needs. Also, the receptionist/office manager was extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming.

I did a lot of research and have found that Dr. Prischmann is highly skilled, honest in her assessment and what she can do for someone and she is careful to do procedures that are appropriate for each person. No one will know that I have had any enhancements because she does enough to make me look better, not like I've had something done. She is kind, logical, and realistic and is as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. I am a nurse and have had a bad previous experience so I knew what to look for in a plastic surgeon. I would never again trust my face to someone who didn't have her level of skill. Her office is professionally run, and she is on time for her appointments. Most important is that I look a lot better than when I walked in the door and I am very grateful. She has been able to help me look better without invasive procedures which works well for me at this point in my life. I trust her judgement and the positive results show.

Quoted me $1500 for 1 tiny mole removal. She seemed like she didn't want my business. She is double certified yet she told me she could not fix anything i wanted fixed while all the other doctors said they could. Basically a waste of consultation time...my advice if you need real good surgery skip MN all together. What bothers me is how can you be double certified with Dr credentials and not know anything?? Lol.

Dr. Prischmann is hands down an absolute AWESOME surgeon. She has the best bedside manners and professionalism starting with her thorough assessment of my needs/desire to her skills -set. I love my earlobes repair surgery results. I hadn't worn earrings in over 20 years due to lobes splitting from wearing large earrings. Dr. Prischmann explained that my lobes are tiny and wearing large/heavy earrings will not be an option. Dr. Prischmann is a true visionary in that she was able to anticipate the result outcome plus she was very directing letting me know that I could achieve my desired outcome, but there would be limitations of my use, and only if I follow her advice the results could remain permanent. She repeated my limitations to me after surgery as well as during my follow up/re-piercing. Needless to say when I purchased my earrings from Tiffany, I felt as if she was standing next to me giving the yea or nays. She is truly respectful her client's time and thorough in her delivery of service. I wish her services included cellulite and body contouring because I know she only offers services she can truly deliver on. I am happy I found her. Her admin, Kyrra also demonstrated professionalism in greeting, scheduling, and ensuring my comfort in the waiting area during my brief waiting periods. I also purchased Latisse, and have experienced good results.

In January I had skin cancer removed from my nose. Unfortunately, the surgery left a gaping hole on the side of my nose. My appearance was way worse than I ever imagined. I was told I needed to see a plastic surgeon. I was devastated. I feel so fortunate that I went to see Dr. Jess Prischmann, a plastic surgeon who specializes in facial reconstruction. She was wonderful. She made a very difficult situation a lot better. She was upbeat, caring and was reassuring that my appearance would improve. Dr. Prischmann is amazing...and a great find. I've been using preventative, anti-aging products for years, but this is the first time I feel like I have a system that works! Seriously, I get compliments all the time, and it's from following her recommendations. Dr. Prischmann is very knowledgeable, and very in tune with the latest research, and what works and doesn't work on an individual basis. Since I'm a skeptic when it comes to face care and the seemingly rash claims that companies make, I find it especially valuable to run things by her. She's an invaluable resource in this regard. Dr. Prischmann is Mayo Clinic-trained, which means even more to me, since the caliber of care at Mayo is top-notch. And finally, I even receive emails from her periodically, when she's come up with some new solution to anti-aging (a bonus, right?). She sends me new research data and articles. Newsletters she thinks I might like. She has shown that she really cares about me, the patient, and will do everything to keep me up-to-date on the changes in skin care that are occurring. I love going to see her. I think of her as my little best-kept secret, although by writing this review, I'm letting the cat out of the bag. Because I know you'll love her, too.

Dr. Prischmann and her staff are amazing! I was very glad I did the research and found her to do my earlobe repair. Going into the procedure, I was nervous about it. Within about five minutes, that all went away. Both Dr. Jess and her assistant Aubrianna had me feeling very comfortable. That made all the difference. When my 91 year-old mom tore her earlobe, we hesitated to fix it after researching what most plastic surgeons charge. But looking pretty is still important to my mom, so we continued to search and found that Dr Prishmann's charge for this service was in our budget. Needless to say, the whole experience was a very positive one because Dr Prishmann also understands dementia and was so warm and patient with my mom. A big bonus was that Dr Prishmann suggested I ask why my mom was taking a certain very strong drug that could have negative side affects. I challenged her doctor and as a result, the medication has been discontinued. Dr Prishmann started medical school at the age of 19 and earned many honors. She's very smart but humble. If I ever needed the services of a plastic surgeon, I wouldn't use anyone else but her. She totally won my loyalty with this experience!

When looking for a surgeon I spent lots of time researching and going to many consultations. After having a consultation with Dr. Prischmann I knew I was done searching for a surgeon. Dr. Prischmann is extremely honest and realistic when explaining the surgery process; this is something I really respected about her. I had a very difficult nose deviation that is not very common. Dr. Prischmann did extensive research to find out the best way to correct my nasal deviation. Pre surgery she answered all of my questions leaving me worry free when it came time for surgery. After the surgery she left me her phone number and called me that night to see how I was doing. Dr. Prischmann treats her patients like family. She is not only a fantastic surgeon in the operating room, but is also very helpful and caring to her patients. She met with me on regular basis for the next few weeks following surgery. She even was available on the weekends to check on my progress. This was something that really surprised me, I have never heard of a doctor opening up their practice on the weekends to check on their patients. From the first consultation to the last post surgery appointment Dr. Prischmann was a joy to work with. Dr. Prischmann is an honest, hardworking, and extremely skilled surgeon. I highly recommended Dr. Prischmann, there is no other surgeon quite like her.

I visited Dr. Prischmann today for a facial scar revision consultation. I am still actively experiencing the condition causing my facial scars, and unlike other doctors I've seen (including dermatologists), Dr. Prischmann was the first to not immediately push scar revision on me. While it is too bad I have to wait until a later date to begin correction on my scars (I was overly excited to get an appointment with "the best"), I look forward to working with Dr. Prischmann in the future. Sometimes the hard advice is the best advice for the patient; I am so glad Dr. Prischmann was honest and open with me so I can treat my condition accordingly. I know our conversation had to be uncomfortable on her end--it is never fun telling people what they don't want to hear--but she handled it all with grace, a smile and the sincerest care. Dr. Prischmann is caring, down to earth, professional lady with a lot of experience in her area of work. I had a bump on my face which came as a pimple to begin with,but later on stayed there upto three years on my forehead and i tried many hospitals in Africa and everyone kept telling me how they can't help me because they are afraid i may loose my life during the process of removal. In a few weeks my surgery was dew and this is where the magic happens, Was scared by the way, because i thought this was gonna be cancer but she kept on telling me how this is normal and she has worked on some other people who had the same issues as mine which made me feel safe. time reached for my surgery and she performed her magic once again ,the operational went on well and i even got to choose the kind of music to make me feel more safer during the operation, like she is so professional and understanding. She treated me as family and i did not feel even that much pain . Am now a happy guy healed , no complains, and proud that i went to her from the first time. Also as i said, she is good at what she does so don't even have any thought when recommended. I am very pleased with the results and highly recommend Dr. Prischmann to anyone desiring similar procedures. First, Dr. Prischmann is board certified by in both Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Head and Neck Surgery and has trained at the world renowned Mayo Clinic. Second, Dr. Prischmann is very experienced in a broad spectrum of facial plastic surgeries and is able to cite how often she has performed specific procedures, to show pictures of results obtained, to review reference letters and testimonials, and to discuss risks and benefits of procedures. Third, I liked Dr. Prischmann's personal style. She made me feel welcome and at ease, she listened to my concerns, offered feedback and options, and took the time to understand my questions and expectations. Her office was clean, well-organized and professional and the staff was especially friendly and courteous and thorough in recording my medical history, helping with paperwork, and initially explaining financial arrangements to prevent surprises. As a result of a facial injury, I needed 10 stitches under my eye and 5 across the bridge of my nose. The area on my nose healed fine, but I was left with a very noticeable and puffy scar under my left eye. I tried going to a dermatologist to reduce the puffiness, but instead I was left with a black eye that lasted 3 months. I was nervous to try another doctor, but based on her awards and the pictures of her results, I decided to give Dr. Jess Prischmann a try. She never once pushed a treatment on me, but instead provided me with information and allowed me to make a choice in my own time.
