Dr. Kayan is amazing. I was referred to Dr. Kayan after my original plastic surgeon (not at all affiliated with Dr. K) did a horrible reconstruction job after my double mastectomy that left me lopsided and in pain. Dr. Kayan first returned texts over a weekend and got me in to see her the following Monday. She was open and honest with what steps we needed to take. She has always been available via text, email and phone (even on weekends...which has happened more than once). I have always felt confident in her abilities and her bedside manner. I will forever be grateful for the expertise of Dr. Kayan!

Dr. Kayan is amazing! She not only made me feel super comfortable before surgery, she calmed down my wife as well before surgery and gave great updates throughout the whole process as well. I can’t believe how fast I got in for surgery as well. I am a FTM transgender and originally had an appointment at the U of M that wasn’t till July! Dr. Kayan got my in right away for a consult and less than I month later, here I am done with surgery and finally able to live in the body I’ve always wanted! She even took time out of her day after she was done working to text and check up on me. She truly cares for her patients and I would highly recommend any transgenders who are looking into top surgery to check her out! Thank you Tracy Kayan for all you do!!!

Anyone wanting to explant I highly recommend Dr. Kayan! I consulted with many other (highly regarded) surgeons in Minnesota & around the country and Dr. Kayan was by far the best! My explant and lift went perfectly. I am just thrilled! She is always available via phone/email even nights and weekends and her fees are considerably less than the others. Five stars for Dr. Kayan!!
