Five star quality care and very happy with my surgical results. I had bilateral ptosis repair, bilateral blephraplasty, and bilateral brow lift. Dr Jill Melchior was a great listener, communicated w me on my level so i understood my plan of care and really improved my appearance while improving my field of vision. All her nurses were very supportive as well. Post op directions for care were concise and easy to follow. I would give their phone service a three star rating due to long wait times. Death hold ......then leaving message is the only option with hopes they call back soon. No number to call with urgent concerns. Clumsy system and frustrating to use.
