I am a returning client and have only had good experiences . I absolutely LOVE the women that work here. They are personable, honest, and professional . Jen took all the time I needed to consult and guide me to through a very successful outcome. The products came from a sealed package so I'm not sure how they could be "watered down" as some reviews state. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Most of all, I'm very happy with my results!

This is a highly unethical and a scam business. They are selling discounted 20 units of Botox through Groupon and Living Social to attract clients. All you get is highly diluted product. Upon examination you are informed that you have to purchase double amounts and you end up paying more than you would be paying for a concentrated product. That is how they make their money. Beware!

I usually interacted with the Physician Assistants/Aestheticians more than Dr. Ross for various Groupon procedures. Around 2015, Dr. Ross sold Skin Klinic and then opened Clinic Femina. Perhaps, because he cannot directly compete with his old clinic, he cannot offer the same surgical services at Clinic Femina, thereby making less money and has become a bit desperate?? That could explain the change in his and staff's behavior. CURRENT EXPERIENCES (2017 to present) My experience NOW (2017 to present) with Dr. Scott Ross' Clinic Femina: When it comes to using Groupon deals, you are rolling the dice and may have mediocre to poor experiences. Dr. Ross pressures you into spending more and makes some poorly worded comments. Others claim that he dilutes the Botox since you never see him take it out of the bottle. That may be true, as he always leaves the room to get the Botox. LAST INTERACTION with CLINIC FEMINA Recently, I came in with my Groupon for 20 units. First, he told me that he had injected 40 units in my forehead last time when I've never done that much in that area (or any one area). Basically, he was trying to get me to buy 20 more units from him. I told him that last time, he injected 20 for my whole forehead and 20 for my eyes, which he then replied that he didn't remember. That was odd considering he initially said it with such confidence and authority. YET, even though he admitted that he was wrong, when I said that I was happy with only 20 units, then he claimed that I needed to use ALL 20 units in a small section of my forehead (not spread out), which he has NEVER done before with me. I should have stood my ground and made him spread the 20 units throughout my forehead, but he makes you feel guilty for using a Groupon. Remember, it's a Groupon that HE puts out; yet, he doesn't uphold it correctly. Hence, he basically scammed me. He also has given me a headache (due to having so much in one small section) and from being treated poorly. Another time about 2 years ago, I asked him which area needed Botox the most and he said, "it's all bad" in a callous manner. He may not have meant it so harshly, but that's how it definitely came out, as he even winced a bit after he said it. Basically, he probably was thinking that he was losing money on me (using a Groupon), so he was irritated in answering that question. Patients/clients often see him because they are unhappy about something in their appearance, which may be a sensitive issue for them. Dr. Ross HAS to know that people come in with lots of insecurities and apprehensions. I found him to be quite insensitive at that time. He didn't seem that way at Skin Klinic, but he is now at Clinic Femina.

I had a terrible experience here. I had 20 units of botox placed under my eyes (which I later found out isn't an area approved by the FDA) which caused horrible eye bags. I also developed severe dry eye and had to see an opthamologist. I have left two messages with them and no one ever calls me back to rectify the issue.

I had botox on 6/29/2017. I have had botox before and I know how my gal does it, so I tried to tell this gal how I like it, and she said she could get rid of the crease between and eyes and the horizontal ones on forehead without giving me droopy eyelids. Well this morning, I have very droopy eyelids. I know, I should have just stuck with my gal, but this clinic had 40 units for $329.00 and that's pretty cheap so I thought I would give a try. Live and learn I guess.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I was recommended Kybella injections by Dr. Ross and after four rounds and a lot of money spent there were no results and no support or explanation. I strongly believe I was injected with a saline solution. Do not trust them!

Very professional staff. I found an offer on Group on for this place. They were offering injections at a discounted rate, which was pretty good. I had the work done a week ago and I’m liking how things have turned out. I do intend on going back whenever this wears off (this was my first time getting this done). Thank you Dr. Ross!

Buyers beware. This place offers deal via Groupon, and there’s a reason for it. I am certain they dilute their product. After swelling reduced the results were barely visible, which is totally different than what I’ve experienced in the past. This is coming from someone that has had injections numerous times- and there is most definitely something off with their product. Another big thing is that the product package was not visible prior to injection, and it was not clear that it was coming from an unopened source, etc. The deals may seem appealing, but this place is shady and I am certain that they are providing less product that advertised or a diluted product. The front staff was nice, and I can see how if you didn’t know what to expect from injections, you might think you had had a good experience- but coming from someone that knows what to expect, this place is not legitimate and you will waste your money on a diluted product.

This review is long overdue, I went here a little over a year ago, after getting lip filler somewhere else and not being happy with how they turned out, and Jen completely fixed them! Just went again today for a "refill" and was, again, completely satisfied with my services! Both ladies, front desk and Jen, are so friendly, fun, and make you feel so comfortable! Jen goes at the pace you need her to- I get queasy easily, if I need a break, she is so accommodating and never makes me feel like I'm holding her up. My lips look great and I will definitely continue to see Jen!

Be careful! Read the reviews before going to this Clinic, as the doctor seems to be more motivated to make money than help clients. Don’t let the Groupon lure you in. First of all the doctor tried to circumvent the Groupon by telling me not to purchase the Groupon but instead just show the receptionist the deal so they can benefit from receiving the full amount. I purchased 60 units of Botox and it only lasted about a month. Not to mention my left eye was terribly bruised for two weeks and my left eyebrow was also significantly higher than the right. I believe this Groupon discount/deal is just watered down botox which ended up not working as long and costing me more in the long run. I feel sorry for his staff members as they are very nice and have to work with this doctor. Don’t waste your money.

This is one of the best places I have ever been for filler & botox. Not only is it much more affordable than anywhere else in the Minneapolis area, the staff is amazing! Dr. Ross is so kind and he is great at what he does. The medspa is absolutely beautiful and so convenient to my work in Uptown.

I've been to Clinic Femina and have received Botox. Shotty injections, at best! They offer a Groupon, the customer believes they are getting a great deal. What new customers don't get is the correct amount of Botox, mixed with saline. It is DILUTED. Don't be FOOLED! 20 units of Botox mixed correctly, should give you some Results!!! I went in with my Groupon for 20 units and was told I needed 50 unit. I was disappointed, & ripped off!!! Within 7 days, one eyebrow was elevated more than the other. Glabella lines still there. I didn't notice any improvement! I looked worst than Pre-Botox! Worst experience ever! If you want to waste your money, try them, but, I would Ask them to mix the saline & Botox in front of you to make sure you are getting the Real amount of Botox you are paying for! This is the CORRECT RATIO. 2cc's of saline solution : 1 vial of 100 units of Botox ..

Really dissaponited. I’m 20. Went in wanting to get plumper lips and already had pretty good lips. I ignored all the yelp reviews and said let me give It a try! Now They won’t refund me and my bank isn’t able to get my money back I went in for my procdefure at first they in injected my lips then after 1 week when the swelling went down there was NO difference. Went back in for a SECOND injection touch up. Then 1 week later NOTHING, but this time there are bumbs in particular parts of my lips. It looks uneven and bad. Really sad I lost my money and got horrible injections. They defiantly dilute there product. Don’t waste your money because they have a deal on Groupon! Go and get It done by a professional.
