Unprofessional staff. Did not seem to be knowledgeable in the different fillers and when I had questions about certain products, the person on the phone hung up on me. Not to mention it took several days for us to connect (did not answer the phone for days).

I wanted to thank Shar for an excellent experience and beautiful "new" eyebrows! I have been wanting to try microblading for several years now since I had very little brows left, but was to afraid to try it. After researching this office I decided to make the appt. I was not disappointed. The offices were spotless and Shar was so knowledgeable and friendly that we talked through my whole procedure and was done before I knew it. My eyebrows looked exactly like they did 10 years ago! I am so happy with the results that I even made an appt. for a different procedure with them.

Used the Groupon deal to get some moles removed. I had a total of 8 removed around my neck and upper torso. It was quick and mostly painless. My small wounds are healing nicely and the overall pricing was fantastic. Would definitely stop in again.

PLEASE READ! If you saw a Groupon deal for this place DO NOT do it!!! Authentic plastic surgery LLC is actually Clinic Femina, for some reason... this place is absolute FRAUD. I came in to put juvederm in my lips. I had a severe reaction and my upper lip literally looked like a duck bill. I attached a picture. I had severe tingling, burning, redness, after Dr Ross stuck that needle in my mouth. The doctors here tried to tell me IM wrong even though this has NEVER happened when I've gotten this procedure done with other doctors in Woodbury. Dr Ross is NOT certified through the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He has NO technique or skill to inject people. Getting lip fillers only took 60 seconds, which is supposed to take at least 15 minutes with REAL skill. Let alone he f***ed up my mouth really bad. He WILL botch you. They won't refund my money, and they completely ruined my Christmas vacation, it was a total nightmare. I had to go into a REAL doctors office to test for Hep C or anything because of the reaction. Luckily it came out negative, and they have no clue why this even happened. At the time, my regular doctor said he couldn't correct my lips because he doesn't even know if it really was juvederm Ross injected in my lips. I tried calling Ross and he kept sending me to voicemail. Yeah, that's not sketchy. I'm three weeks post-procedure. The swelling is gone and there is NO filler in my lips. One filler will definitely show a difference.. not sure what the hell happened here but they are an absolute disgrace. They wanted me to come back to fix the problem (before they "refunded") anything. There wasn't a chance in hell I wanted them to go near my face again. This was a Christmas gift from my fiancé, but clearly you can see how great my gift went. I saw other reviews similar to this.. I really wished I listened. I have recordings of being on the phone with the doctors, and you can tell how phony and unintelligent they are as to medical facts. If anyone's interested in listening I can send them to you. Good luck, I hope you know what you're getting yourself into.

I purchased a Groupon for 1/2 off a syringe of Juvederm. I went in for lip injections. The first time it wasnt even injected in my lips. It was almost half way to my chin, I could feel the filler, it was not in my lips directly. I called and complained because you could see NO difference. They were great about scheduling a TouchUp. However they gave me the same Dr. and once again, I see no difference and a month later, the place I used to feel filler, has shrank to half the size. I feel like either the product is watered down, or they just don't know what they're doing. I do not recommend this place. Incredibly disappointing. Its only been a month and I see no difference from my before picture.
