Worst orthopedic visit in 20 years. I called after my family doctor told me I should see a orthopedic doctor for a consult. Recommending me this Orthopedic Pain Center in Hastings, MI. I called to make a appointment and they told me the soonest they could see me was in 3 weeks as long as I had a doctors referral. I cannot imagine anyone would wait a month to see a doctor. I'm sorry I would tell anyone to go somewhere else if it was important. As this place does not view patient care or quality over there own time. Outrageous

Well I had surgery a few years back from a physician at this Pennock facility. After requesting and transferring my patient history to my new doctor in Florida. He is surprised to find that my medical records state that I am unable to work due to a broken bone. However to get clearance to work, however I must travel back to Michigan and pay them more money to complete my chart which was not done correctly the first time. *Note I have been working and the surgery was over 5 years ago. yet it is required before my new doctor will accept me as a patient.

Today was my third appointment with the Ortho team, and I want to say, I am truly humbled by my experience, the doctors are great, but the nurse is who sticks in my mind the most. Her name is Erin, she was very kind as I was very upset at having to have another cast, and she walked in just as I had asked my husband to please wipe down my foot before the new cast went on, and she said no, I’m going to wash it, and she did and was gentle and just so kind and caring. It’s an experience I will not soon forget and I hope she sees this review, because she totally deserves huge hugs for her compassion.
