My expierance was terrible! When I arrived for my appointment, I was informed by the receptionist my appointment was scheduled wrong. Correct day and time, but they had it in the previous year. Instead of offering an apology or trying to help the situation, they talked to each other about how terrible the receptionist who had made the mistake was while I just stood there.... finally I asked if they could at least valadate my parking pass. They asked if I wanted to reschedule... I said, no.

I had breast reduction done by Dr. M Aiken. She was reassuring every step of the way. She explained they process in a way that was understandable and she was approachable with my questions. Even now at post-op she is attentive to how I look and feel about myself and the scaring. I am pleased that my scaring is minimal and after only 6 months they are fading. She is an excellent surgeon! My expectations were met in surgery and I am very pleased with the outcome. My only regret is that I didn’t have it done sooner. Dr Aiken is kind, warm and professional. I would recommend her highly to anyone.

Terrible! Breast augmentation turned out awful. Doctor said after the second surgery to correct the problem that it's as good as it's gonna get. Now I have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Waste of money! Beware!

Although I have never had any other plastic surgery to compare physicians with, my surgery with Dr Renucci was an entirely flawless experience. He is beyond full of energy, (even at 7am!!!), and provides you with the utmost confidence. My surgery was a covered surgery by my health insurance in which their surgery coordinator took care of without any hiccups or me requiring a follow up call for updates, etc. I believe her name is Deanna, Kudos to her friendliness, but most of all her professionalism. Dr Renucci’s per-op nurse was UNREAL prior to surgery and after surgery. She made me feel so so comfortable and her bedside manor during recovery was over the top! I wish I recallled her name, (I want to say it was Lynn, but I’m probably wrong). The OR suite was so clean, (which clearly they are required to be), but the walls were actually sparkling! My anesthesia physician was the most amazing man I’ve met and gave me so much time And attention prior to surgery, allowing me time to explain previous surgeries, meds used, reactions, etc. I had no issues in recovery from “the cocktail” that he provided. My follow ups with Dr Renucci were always pleasant due to his nurse Julie being so “real”, personable, and, and caring!! *The only 2 negative experiences I had afterwards, which had nothing to do with Dr Renucci, were the following; *After taking my course of antibiotics, I called approximately 10 days after as I felt as if I had a sinus infection; fever, horrible headache, etc. The nurse that I spoke with on the phone assured me that the Keflex should have been enough to ward off any infection. I ended up at my PCPs a day or so later and was sure enough diagnosed with a sinus infection and in need of a new antibiotic. I think it should be known and kept in mind when answering triage calls such as mine, that not all antibiotics work for all patients. I have since had a Pharmaceutical DNA test obtained and found that I personally have multiple medications that my body does not metabolize in the same way as they are meant for. I had multiple miserable days of discomfort due to not being provided with a new antibiotic when I initially called PSA. *Lastly, I was seen by another physician in the office for my one week follow up appointme as Dr Renucci was out of town. This physician, (like many in all fields of medicine since there was no payment for this post operative appointment), had thee worst bedside manner. My husband, who is the most “non complaint” type person, was appalled with the way he was treating me. He was clearly frustrated with the difficulties he had removing the packing in my nose, etc. He had the light shining so close to my face that I thought I was going to be burnt. The light bulb gave off such a large amount of heat! They need to change the type or bulbs used it they are going to put them 2” from your face. My husband said, “ If he hadn’t been present, there would be no way to explain the treatment that I received by this other physician.

I had a procedure done there a few years back with Dr. Alfonso and it turned out terrible. Since then they have done two correctional surgeries to try to fix the problem and tried kybella several times to try to fix his mistakes. I even met with another Dr. In the office. This doctor said he could fix it but I would have to pay again. I've been left with embarrassment and a bunch of scars from each surgery. Do your research before choosing a doctor. So disappointed with my experience.

This was an appointment to plan for the removal of 2 small cysts. As always, Julie, Dr.Renucci’s nurse, was so sweet and friendly. Update: 3/27/19 - just read the reply from the owner, unfortunately their response is grossly incorrect and misleading. It is not their top priority to discuss potential risks, as this did not occur with me, nor was I given the pamphlet from allergen stating potential risks. Their top priority is monetary gains. The FDA met and discussed the harms of all breast implants yesterday and Monday, including BIA-ALCL (breast implant associated lymphoma) and ASIA (autoimmune syndrome inducing by adjuvants) caused by saline and silicone implants. LADIES, please do your research. Breast implant illness is a real thing and tens of thousands of women are suffering currently from it. Don’t believe me, look up “Breast Implant Illness and healing by Nicole” on Facebook and see how many members that group has. Previous: Was not informed of the dangers of textured silicone implants upon consultation. Had to pay $6250 to get implants removed with an explant specialist 11 months after having implants due to severe health side effects. These surgeons will not inform you of potential dangers. Please review dangers of implants before committing.
