I have always felt well informed and given the attention needed for the appointments for all eye care needs. Wonderful Doctor's and Assistants on staff. I prefer this office but have been through the Livonia office as well. Keep up the good work.

I’m 20 and going blind. I have been to this office many times and every time I have a similar experience. The staff is lovely. The nurses are kind and friendly and warm. That being said, some of the specialists themselves are jerks. Dr. Kleinfeldt is one of the rudest doctors I have met. I am terrified that I will go blind at 20 and he does nothing to ease my worries. Each time he has walked into the exam room chatting about lord only knows what with a pretty nurse and ignores me completely. He sees me for less than two minutes and says maybe ten words to me and rushes me out. He doesn’t tell me what he is doing or why he is doing it, he just shuts me up and rushes me along. Unprofessional, rude, and expensive. Do not see Dr. Kleinfeldt. He may be a good surgeon but he’s a rude person.

Great place! Friendly and efficient. Quick in and out appointments. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

I wish we had never went to this clinic. The people are so rude. Contacting someone takes all day but god help you if you owe them any money their right there then!

If you come here expect to be here for a very long time! These people don't care how long you wait and the chinese lady who works there is rude!!!! I told her we've been here for a long time 1 1/12 and hopefully its over soon and she argued with me and said be lucky you've been here for only a short time.

Nice place, wait as expected to see a specialist. Doctor knowledgeable, couple of times i did not understand the terminology. Which he kindly explained and showed on a picture for clarification. I will followup with him with more tests to see why i cant see well out of my eye.

I got too many bills from them that they did not send to Medicare or my supplement for possible reimbursement from my i nsurance. I had to make many phone calls wirh ,ittle satisfaction.

Dr. Kleinfeldt did fantastic job, I'm very satisfied with results from cataract surgery. Everything I needed to know was laid out in detail so I knew what to expect, the doctor and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. It looked like the place was quite busy, but this should come as no surprise - Dr. Kleinfeldt came in highly recommended and I can see where it's coming from.
