I booked my laser hair removal consultation appointment a week in advance. I specifically asked the receptionist if they had lasers for African American's. I was told over the phone that the laser machine would work with my skin and that people with a range of skintones would benefit from the laser machine. I went to the appointment to talk with the lady and was told that the lasers would probably burn my skin and I was given a referal to see an electrolycist. Thus, it was a waste of a trip and a waste of time and I should've been told over the phone beforehand that the lasers would not be beneficial for my skintone.

I was nervous about getting permanent cosmetic eyebrows and eyeliners. I thought it would hurt!!! It was painless and Robin made me look 10-15 years younger by creating a more open eye look! The brows make my eyes pop and really display a refined finished look. I LOVE THEM!
