Dr Gray performed permanent lip augmentation for my wife after assuring her that 40-60% of the implant volume will be retained. Few weeks later only 5% difference from before the operation. We went back to see him because of our great disappointment. He rushed in into the room like a raging bull, very upset and rude and kept saying words of looking "stupid" and "idiot" to my wife if she wants better results. I strongly objected to his very bad manners, it escalated to the point of threatening us to call the police. Avoid this greedy so called doctor.

Dr. Gray and his staff are absolutely amazing. My husband and I were highly impressed by his knowledge and experience. After my consultation, I was a bit overwhelmed with all of the information shared. I followed up with Dr. Gray and he personally answered my questions, and Barbara was super helpful, as well! They ensured I had a comprehensive understanding of the procedures, and the recovery process. I deliberated between 2 different procedures and they were super helpful and patient, ensuring I understood the benefits of each, so that I made the right decision for my body. The compassion demonstrated by Dr. Gray and his staff certainly exceeded my expectations. The procedures went exactly as planned and I did not suffer any complications, thanks to Dr. Gray and his skilled staff. I am thoroughly pleased with my results, in fact, they were better than I had expected. I am considering future procedures, and will certainly call Dr. Gray, when I am ready. I would certainly recommend him to friends, family or anyone else that is interested in the services he offers.

Sat through pointless consult, came out unclear about my options because the entire office fast talks and rushes you! Ended up getting breast implants. One of my breast implants was extremely painful and when I said something toi him about it at my follow up appt he was extremely rude and said I was just crazy and the surgery went fine so the pain wasn't his problem. I had to get my implants removed and replaced by a more professional surgeon. I couldn't recommend Dr. Gray to anyone.

Michael Gray is a great cosmetic plastic surgeon. I go to him often for Botox and fillers. He's very kind and talks fast, but is willing to explain everything. My wife had a Mommy Makeover for her 40th birthday and has never been happier in her whole life. I highly recommend Dr. Gray and Michigan Cosmetic SUrgery Center.

Dr. Gray was very rushed in his consultation --- so rehearsed and fast. I went in for a lower lid blephoraplasty. He so graciously "threw in" CO2 laser resurfacing at no cost. He told me 2-3 weeks for the skin to heal and up to 3 months for the redness from the laser to fade. I am now 6 months post op and look worse than I did with the bags. Instead of bags, I now have huge brownish red dark circles under my eyes. I told Dr. Grey my disappointment and he insists that I am still healing. He gave me another micro-machines guys very fast speech about he told me the possibility that this could happen. I asked him if he was proud of his work, and he totally sidestepped the question. He talked to me as though I were a child. I told him that I would not have done the laser had he told me that the healing time would be 6 months and that the risk of discoloration were more than slim. He said that he knows that he told me the risks associated with the procedure and he cannot control how I interpreted them. Very defensive and manipulative. Get a second opinion!!!

Here is something you don’t see in surgeon reviews much. I went to Dr. Gray geared up for a thigh-tuck surgery and he told me to have a non-surgical procedure instead. He told me about the easier recovery time and good results I could expect for my body type. I LOVE the results. He’s been doing this for such a long time that he can offer you options you may not have considered or been told about somewhere else.
