I have never been so disappointed in a medical office in my life. I went to Dr. Masri's office less than 1 week ago for a consultation on a tummy tuck. During the consultation the girls were nice they gave me info on the procedure. They said they needed to take pictures and text them to the doctor to find out if I was a candidate. They called me later that day and let me know I was a candidate. They gave me next available surgery dates and said the next steps were a ekg and lab work and if I wanted to actually meet the doctor I could do it at that time. I went in for my appointment today. The receptionist even gave me the option to schedule my surgery and pay for it in full right then and there which I was prepared to do, but I said I do it at the end. I waited for 2HOURS because the doctor was in surgery. only once in the 2 HOUR period did someone check in. Even still I'm not upset yet. It's not until Dr. Sampson walks in as if he hadn't had me waiting and that he was doing me a favor by showing up. Our interaction: Dr.-- Hi I'm Dr. Sampson what do you need I'm sorry what do you mean Dr.-- Why are you here today I've been waiting 2 hours and they didn't even tell you why I'm here? Dr.-- I'd rather hear from your mouth I'm here about a tummy tuck Dr.-- OK stand up ( I'm still fully clothed) How much do you weigh I tell him my weight Dr.-- how tall are you I tell him my height Dr.-- You have to much weight for this surgery you need to consider some sort of bariatric surgery to get some of the weight off first. I'm sorry you had to wait so long for me to tell you that, Why wasn't this said at the consultation a week ago Dr.--Well they aren't doctors how would they know BMI is a very simple calculation even I could have given it to you. If this is something that is required then at the consultation you should train your staff to calculate it. I am very busy and even had to move meetings while waiting on you. Your staff was prepared to take the payment and schedule the surgery when I walked in 2 hours ago. He looked like a I don't know what you want me to do look and said let us know if you are interested in like a sleeve. While I do believe from photos Dr. Sampson does great work the way they handled business makes this a no go for me (Even if I were considering the sleeve)

Hey everyone, I honestly had such an amazing experience at the Masri Clinic. I went to the Birmingham location and I can assure you it was the best decision I have made. They were so sweet and so nice, they told me all about the HydraFacial before I got it done, during the facial I kept asking so many questions about other offers they had and the technician was so nice and so informative. Hands down they are well trained and educated, they know exactly what products they are putting on your face and explain their effect while you are doing the facial. I actually won this facial on their Instagram (follow their page and u could win too) and I am definitely going back to do more! My face is very very very sensitive, I have done facials before and instantly broke out and bruised but I am telling you this is the first time I don’t break out and the first time I actually feel like my skin is so clear and soft! Because of this great experience I recommend you guys go check them out!

Worst racist experience !!! If you are not there nationality don't go. I sat for hours and never was seen. Have a complaint with eeoc filed against the Dearborn location. Doctor takes his time and is all over the place. The staff is rude and will let you sit instead of rescheduling if doctor gets behind. I was simply getting my ear repierced after he was paid 500 for 10 minutes of surgery each follow up appointment was longgg waits and no service. Never again !!!!

hi Ive been a patient of Dr.Masri for the past 9 months for a birthmark that Ive had for the past 22 years of my life. The past 18 years Ive had to deal with this birthmark that was on the my left whole cheek, chin, and top part of my nose area. Ive been to other doctors in the past but the all said it was impossible to get ride of such birthmark that took better part of my face. I was hopeless at the time and suffered from a deep depression. I would not leave the house, didn't eat or sleep well. My best friend Told me about Dr.Masri. She said that he's a really talented surgeon and has 22 years of experience. At first I was against it and didn't want to go.But eventually I gave in and went to see him. Dr. Masri was really nice and very caring. Most down to earth person Ive met from the other doctors Ive seen. He didn't turn me down and explained to me that it was possible to get ride of the birthmark that was on my face. He also knew the birthmark and has treated a patient before that was a way older then me.And he gave me a price that best fit my Budget. So 9 months later after after 2 surgeries, endless laser sessions and facial peels. Its gotten 80% better and its less visible. I'm so happy with the results!! :) Everyone noticed and have been complementing me on how great I look, and how amazing Dr. Masi's work did on my face. I really recommend anyone that has a problem like me to see Dr. Masri I promise you, you wont regret it and that anything is possible. I went in for a septoplasty and rhinoplasty. He told me that my nose would not be perfect but did not tell me that it would end up being worse than it was before. I can not breathe. Two doctors told me that I had a deviated septum still, but he denies it. I continuously visited him and told him that my nose still looks big, and he would constantly tell me that it was still swollen. 8 months after surgery, I see him and I get no where. 1 year and 2 months after, I told him I was not satisfied and he came up with something new. This time, he could apparently remove some of the cartilage at the tip of my nose and he claimed that this could not be done during surgery a year and 2 months ago for whatever reason. Moral is, everytime I go in, he has a different story to tell me. I felt robbed, and my issue of self consciousness was not solved. I feel worse than I did before. I do not recommend this doctor to anybody. Please. This is coming from a genuine patient. He is so good at selling himself to people because of his fancy clinic and his surgical facility but do not be fooled. He hasn't posted recent pictures of rhinoplasty before and afters in so long because they're barely successful under his hand. The after pictures are embarrassing results. They'll make people stay away. He out right insulted me after seeing him so much by telling me that I'll never have a decent nose. I went to him to begin with so that I can feel better about myself but I only felt worse. When people see my nose now, they ask why I haven't ever thought of having nose surgery, and when I say that I have, everybody becomes shocked. I write this out of heartbreak for myself. I wouldn't want anybody going through what I had to go through with him.

Consulted with 2 specialist after having a procedure done here and they could not believe Dr. Sampson's work. Advised me to speak with him about correcting his work. When I then met again with Dr. Sampson he had the audacity to say "Jesus Christ isn't performing your procedure". This place is a joke. Trust me spend a little more and get it done right the first time.

I have been to 2 of my 6 appointments. So far I have been treated very well. The first time I went I waited awhile but it was my fault for not asking questions when I got there. They have 2 waiting rooms and if you are in the wrong one you wait. Once I asked and got directed to the proper place I had no problems. My second visit I was in and out in 30 min. Oh yeah...I am getting the hair removal groupon offer and am very pleased with the price and results. The staff is very friendly and I really like the person who is giving me my treatments. She is always cheerful and attentive to my states of pain. (Yes it is painful but worth all of it.) The pain only lasts a second and once it is over there is no residual pain. I am so happy I decided to do this. Thank you groupon because I would not have been able to afford this without you. Keep up the good offers.

I came in for juvederm in my lips at 10:30am, and I was finished by 11:30am. The wait was very quick, especially for being a first time patient! The assistant, Christina, was very friendly and made me feel at ease by chatting with me while I waited for the doctor. She answered any questions I had. The doctor came in soon after I finished with Christina, and he was also very friendly. Him and Christina chatted as he gave me the injections, which helped calm my nerves, as I've never had anything done before. He knew what I was looking for, and so far I like the results. :) I would recommend Masri Clinic to anyone looking to enhance themselves.

Poor - Fair is generous. This is bad business at best. I purchased a Groupon for a small cosmetic alteration (Botox). I was informed that Groupons were only accepted on two office days; one specific day during the week and on Saturdays. As if groupon users are substandard individuals that need not be mixed in with their other consumers. Needless to say, I had difficulty getting an appointment. My appointment date ended up being a few days after my groupon expired. I clearly explained this to the receptionist WHEN I MADE THE APPOINTMENT. She said, it was no problem since I had made the appointment in plenty of time. I arrived at the office, waited 50 minutes without any explanation, was called into a room and waited another 10 minutes. They prepped and cleansed my forehead in preparation for the procedure, and then stopped and told me that my groupon had expired and the office manager didn't agree with the person who booked the appointment. I was offered to pay double for the service if I still wanted it. They even tried to upsell me to use more Botox than I had originally purchased. I left, and will never go back. My recommendation is to avoid this office altogether.

Horrible doctor and horrible results doesn’t even deserve a one star review. My mom had an eyelid surgery and the results are HORRIBLE. She has to go to a different doctor to fix all of the mistakes dr. Masri made and yet he doesn’t admit that he made any mistakes but other doctors who saw the results a few months after the surgery were shocked because the surgery was a complete failure. Other than all of that on the day of the surgery we had to wait for 4 hours before my mom went into the surgery the appointment was at 2 we didn’t get out of the clinic until 9. After my mom wasted a lot of money for this complete failure she has to do another surgery and go through a lot of pain and pay more money to fix dr. Masri’s mistakes.

Dr is great! But they're very unorganized and the wait is ridiculously long. I have waited over 2hrs for the doctor to see me-and I'm not even a new patient. I told them numerous times that I have other responsibilities to attend to, and the staff blew me off. Dr Masri is fantastic but I wish he would work on the way he manages his office. I've been going to the Masri Clinic in Dearborn for over 10 years. I have visited for skin disorders, Botox, Juvederm, chemical peels and lasers. I've also been to him for more than vanity reasons. Years ago I had a terrible throat problem which had been misdiagnosed by other doctors for two years! Dr Masri sent the scope down my throat, correctly diagnosed me and explained what was happening. I was finally able to heal after years of discomfort that if I hadn't addressed soon would have done permanent damage to my esophagus. Im sure he's probably forgotten but I am eternally grateful! Ive sent friends for Botox deals and major cosmetic surgery. We all love the staff (especially Rebecca), the prices, his bedside manner, the beautiful facility and the results. I highly recommend the Masri Clinic.

Very Bad Patient Experience !!!!!!! I went in for chronic sinusitis and loss of smell and taste due to a viral infection I recently had. The doctor sent me for a cat scan and when i returned for the results he claimed that i had polyps and other blockage. he insisted i needed surgery. naturally I had several questions and the doctor did not seem to like answering them. I just had to take what he said. his staff was no different. since the doctor did not want to answer my questions and seemed to be in a rush to get to the next patient i tired to ask his nurses of what the surgery would do for me. they to made me feel as if i was annoying them and the one nurse named Ayah was really rude. when i asked her what exactly was causing me to not smell or taste and why i needed surgery??? ,,, her response was " if you have any doubts we just wont schedule you for surgery" i thought that was very unprofessional. Finally i decided to see another Ent at Henry Ford Hospital. they were very thoral and they ruled out any polyps in my nose as dr.Masri said i had, they also said they would not recommend surgery at this time until they exhausted other options and treatments for the chronic sinusitis first. they also said my olfactory nerves were killed due to the infection and surgery would not bring it back. but it was possible my sense of smell could return on its own. they were excellent about answering any of my questions that i had, and made me feel comfortable. unlike dr.Masri office who made me feel like it was an assembly line and just wanted to make money off my insurance., Stay away from this place. you will not be treated like a human being.

If I can give them no stars I would. I rarely do reviews but you better believe I’m writing this one cause I’m so shocked at the treatment I got today. The worst medical office I’ve been to in my life. The ladies at the desk are extremely rude and are annoyed if you ask any questions. I came in for a chemical peel ( I’ve had many before at other places), I met the doc and he kept telling me that I needed a different peel than what I came in for and that I needed to do it at least 10 times!!! Like he took me for a fool, Ive had this done before with great results and he wanted to do another kind peel just so he has me coming back over 10 times. I asked him what was in the peel and he looked at me as if I asked a dumb question and answered “acids” umm like duh it’s acids, what kind. I told him I want to know exactly what and that I studied medication and understand what acids are! If you aren’t their nationality they treat you like you’re dumb and uneducated, as a doc he should answer my question and not act like this. So I finally got him to agree to do the peel I came for and and they tried to sell me medication ( RX skin bleach and Retin A). I said ok I’ll use the meds he recommend because I got them at home and no need to buy it. So the nurse goes back to him and he says ok the she has to buy this other cream package for $350!!!! Like are you kidding me! The peel package is 4 chemical peels for $106 and he wants me to buy some products that aren’t even Rx strength for $350! I told them I’d rather use the ones I have that are RX and I wouldn’t be buying their products for $350. So she told the doc that and he said then I won’t do the chemical peel for her if she won’t buy our products! What kind of doctor forces you to buy their overly priced products or refused to do a service you paid for! I’m in complete shock I can’t even believe they are still open. Save your money and dignity and don’t go to these rude racists. I just wonder how many poor people they have ripped off.

Over a year ago I went in for a rhinoplasty consultation already knowing I was going to book with Dr. Masri because a lot of my friends received good results with their rhinoplasty surgery with him. Worst surgeon EVER! Do your self a favor and go somewhere else. He did my nose a few years back and believe it or not I have breathing problems that I DIDNT have before going to him!!!! He left damage in my nose that other doctors have been disvovering, he left the mark where he stitched me up when he promised to lasor it off and didnt. The fact that his medical license was suspended TWICE should tell you enough. Not to mention his office said they would call me schedule a follow up appointment but not only did they not call but when i called to make the appointment my self they wanted to charge me to see him!!!!!!!! He took his money and ran after he destroyed my nose and caused all these breathing problems for me and the other 10 things my doctors have named that he screwed up. I hear stories of how hes ruined lives and its surprising to me that his "clinic" is still open.
