I went to Dr. Ali for a breast augmentation about 6 months ago. My experience was nothing less than perfect. He was very knowledgeable and professional to work with and you can sincerely tell he cares about his patients. Dr. Ali took the time to answer all of my questions, and was very honest about result expectations. I am SO happy with my reduction, and in fact, the results were even better than I had hoped for!

Amazing, words can not describe the gratitude I have for him and his staff! I had a breast augmentation back in 2014, by one of those big shots that put their names all over the radio... Worst mistake of my life! I was botched, implants bigger than I wanted were put in, the doctor pretty much shoved them into my chest. It was a horrible surgery and experience! A month goes by, and my implants raised even higher, where the top of my implants were at my collar bone, and they were completely different looking. This doctor blamed me for what happened, and told me I had capsular contraction. Now given that I spent 8k on the surgery, they wanted an additional 9k for the surgery to correct it, plus I paid 100 dollars every 2 weeks to get steroids and a laser treatment that was unnecessary. Knowing I couldn't afford the surgery, about one year later I visited another big named doctor that was advertised everywhere. Who belittled me for the chest that I had and how I would almost have to go down 200cc (I'm a 425cc) and I would have to have a surgery for capsular contraction as well. These Doctors are not plastic surgeons come to find out! One is an ear, throat, and nose doctor, and the other being a doctor of general medicine. Who just took classes online to be certified to do cosmetic surgery. I wish I would have known, so educate yourselves and do your homework before having any kind of surgery. From someone who has had an awful surgery/experience, I am telling you Doctor Ali is the best! I seen him in April of 2018 (4 years with awful implants), from the moment I walked into his office I was very comfortable and knew I found an amazing doctor. When I had my consolation with him, he knew right away it wasn't capsular contraction, but a botched surgery. The fact that he sympathized with what I have had been through, and didn't just try to make it just about the money was comforting. He told me it was going to be a challenge but he would make them look as good as he possibly could. I had my surgery this previous June, and he did everything and beyond that he told me! I was able to keep my original implants instead of buying new ones, and he made them look so natural and perfect in my eyes! The hospital he works out of was amazing, the staff who works alongside him, and his knowledge and bedside manner is what we all want when undergoing a surgery! I am beyond grateful with the outcome and experience!

I had a breast reduction and lift a few months ago. The same day of the surgery I felt an amazing weight lifted off of my shoulders. I was so nervous about the recovery and scaring, but Dr. Ali and his staff were so comforting and supporting prior to and after the surgery. I had very little pain and only took a couple pain pills the first two days. I was up and about the very next day (with restrictions of course). Dr. Ali did AMAZING work and he made "The Girls" look so beautiful with the shape and lift and the scaring is minimal (and will get lighter over time). I couldn't have asked for better results. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Ali and the Amae Plastic Surgery!

I had no idea that this lever of professionalism still exists in the modern world. I’ve been a client of aesthetic places in many states. Now, when I moved to MI, and found this Spa, I must tell you - it’s a world wonder. It feels that this not a very big team is all on one page. They work like a nicely oiled machine without any hiccups. I was invited to attend their Open House, and I must tell you it was incredible!!!!!!! I am in sales myself, and I know a lot of the tricks of sales, and I get that OH are strictly for sale. But you know what!? I did not feel a second be pushed or tricked. AMAE SPA members bring this approach of personal touch, which makes this Sale smooth and non-pressuring. I loved the whole organization of it. Reps from multiple companies, mixed in with AMAe Spa employees and their employer were implacable. Food, drinks, and free massages!! WOW! Who doesn’t want a nice massage, even it’s only five to ten minutes? Believe, I was one of those who does. So, if you’re looking to find a nice place where you can get all skin and body care services, do not pass AMAE SPA. It’s in Downtown Birmingham, MI.

5 stars is nothing compared to what Dr. Ali deserves! 100 stars if I could! It's very hard to find a doctor these days that actually wants to listen to what you want and address all of your concerns. He makes you feel very safe and comfortable. I had a rhinoplasty and I am extremely happy I had chosen him. The staff is wonderful. Debbie, Kim and Jeannie are the sweetest women I've met! Had a breast reduction and liposuction on my stomach. Dr.Ali did an excellent job, he makes you feel comfortable and he wants you to look and feel good about yourself. Dr. Ali did an absolutely excellent job as I look SO NATURAL, just like myself, only 30+ years younger!:) As a woman, you worry if you are going to end up like some of those freak botched jobs. With Dr. Ali that will never happen! Dr. Ali is by far the best surgeon out there because he not only is a terrific and talented surgeon, but he also has the great added benefit of being a terrific ARTIST! His artistic talent combined with his surgery skills makes him the most excellent, talented Plastic Surgeon that he is. Not only is Dr. Ali excellent at surgery, but even more important is the fact that he is also the most kindest, caring doctor and person I have ever met. He puts his patients first and cares about them and takes so much time with them to make them feel comfortable and to make sure they get the results they are wanting. If I ever need or want any other type of plastic surgery, Dr. Ali will always be my doctor. His office and staff are also truly wonderful and kind. You couldn't find or choose a better Dr. anywhere than Dr. Ali. I felt so safe and comfortable with him. Dr. Ali and his staff are personable and friendly. Dr. Ali made sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed. He also made sure that I knew what I needed to do to ensure that I would have the best possible results. I have lost about 130 pounds, and found that my "bat-wings" made it difficult to fit into smaller tops and I was very self conscious about how my arms looked. After the surgery, I am extremely happy with the results and am 100% satisfied! He took off about 2 pounds of loose skin and did such a nice job contouring my arms so that the change looks very natural. The incision sites are tucked up to the back of the arm, therefore I cannot see them from the front, and they are less noticeable from the back too! So glad I did this, and I would recommend Dr. Ali to anyone looking for a plastic surgeon!

Hello I had my breast reduction Oct 12, 2017. I must say that I didn’t experience any pain. Pain was my biggest concern after surgery. And to my surprise I haven’t had any severe pain or discomfort. The surgery went well however I keep getting calls from LJRoss collection agency for the anesthesia being billed twice of over $4,000. Called Kim in accounting several times regarding this matter. I keep getting the run around saying it is going to be taken care of and it still hasn't. My surgery was in January and it is almost August!!! Not sure why I was billed twice for anesthesia anyways!

I'm an RN, which means I am scared to death of any medical professional ever touching me. However, I wouldn't go to anyone else or let my friends and family go to anyone else but Dr Ali. He has a very professional bedside manner, his office staff are wonderful, and his work is amazing. I had a tummy tuck in two parts, the first time for lipo and the second time the actual tummy tuck. I am 4 days post op today, when I showed my husband my stomach today his jaw literally dropped. The results exceeded my expectations. My stomach has never ever been this flat. There is pain but it is manageable and well controlled. My 43 year old stomach now looks like a 16 year old stomach. My incision is very thin and low, and my new belly button looks better then my old one did. I will definitely heal without any indications that I had surgery. However I'm so amazed with my results that I want everyone to know! An absolute dream come true. Thank you Dr Ali!
