I was very satisfied with the over all vibe of the office. They welcomed me with the best customer service I have ever experienced, they even scheduled me in same day! I highly recommend seeing Raquel. Raquel explained the lip filler process to a T, very thorough with how the process worked and examined my lips to perfect the look that would best suit me. My results came out better then what I was even expecting. I will be a long time customer from here on out.

Dr. Schenden is an absolute professional and the most amazing person I have ever met in the medical industry. He is so patient and detailed and if you are considering getting any procedure done by him you will be very happy amd rewarded with the results. He actually saved my mother from suffering after a horrific laser procedure she had from another doctor that burned her skin for years. It actually left my mother’s skin scarred and affected our whole family for yeara. Dr Schenden took my mother under his wing and gave her skin graphs to her forehead and jaw bones to save her skin from deteriorating. He cared for her as well as his wonderful nurses and staff. He didn’t have to take on this responsibility in cleaning up a botches procedure from another doctor but he did with such class and dedication. We spent dozens and dozens of visits at his office and every time we would go inside he would act like if it was our first time and made my mother feel protected and comforted. We wished we would have known of him prior to my mothers laser surgery becauae she had put her trust in the the other female plastic surgeon later in Birmingham and later found out that she did not have much experience in the procedure that she did and just FYI being board-certified doesn’t mean anything. It so crucial in which I cannot express how important it is to seek a plastic surgeon that has decades of experience and to know people who have went and had the same procedure done as you and the results. We did not do so and we are so thankful for Sr. Schenden’s expertise and the decades in the medical field that he has had and is excellent bedside manners. I always recommend him years even later and thank him for his angelic hands on my mother. Thank you so much.
