Growing up I was 117lbs, skinny big breasts but “Perfect” in my eyes. As life went on I married had two kids. I took the saying of “eating for two” to a whole other level!! After having my son the scale read “235” ! Months went by and the scale was still at 235. I started to work out and change my eating habits. As time went on the scale read “165” but my body screamed Extra Skin, Saggy Breasts...I decided to consult with several doctors. After some thought I chose Dr. Gray. My final outcome is amazing in my eyes! Breast lift , implants, mini tummy tuck, liposuction to full abdomen and waist. I continued to exercise 3 times a week and still watch what I eat but I still Enjoy sweets :) Recovery was challenging as a mother we really do not get to rest but I focused on me so that I wouldn’t run into set-backs. At times I would get frustrated but had a great support system in place. My advice is...do not wait till tomorrow, do it today, enjoy life ! You will always have an excuse so just “Do It”. I would Always set goals but never really fulfill my goals...now I just Do It! Dr. Gray is a good doctor. Keep in mind yes he talks fast, yes he uses words and analogies that confused me BUT his staff is there to help us understand / translate his language/analogies. Notice also his staff has a nearly zero turn-over which speaks for itself. Thank you to the Staff and Dr. Gray !

I got an tummy tuck the first of February. I'm going to tell you a little about me , was a young when I had my son too young to care about me body . Once I started to care and make the decision to seek plastic surgery the idea scared me lol . But I'm telling you to be a single mom with little to no money , the thought that I would be able to have this done before I was 35 excited me . I had to have looked up so many videos on what this surgery intell. But once I was able to take me bandages off man !!! I DONT have a belly button the scare IS from back to back and yes your reading right !!! I'm tearing up now just writing this post ... but please coming from a mom who is just barely making but could save my income tax hold it for a year before I had the courage to go through with it ...I swear I wish I could've waited and saved more money . Cheap is not always best and in my case this was a life changing mistake . to trust Dr. Michael gray with my body now eight months later still no bellybutton my stomach still hurts my scar feels like it's Stretchin or ripping open very painful ... his staff is awesome . but when you talk to him it seems like he doesn't care about your feelings / concerns he just tells you you're fine dismiss you really quick and just like that he's out of the room . Just really think about it think how important your body is to you read this and don't go to Dr. Gray

Dr. Gray changed my life. After having two almost 10lb babies, I felt really depressed about the way my body looked. I also have severe scoliosis which made me very self conscious my appearance. I went on several consultations to see about a tummy tuck, and lipo to make my back appear more even. Dr. Gray was very thorough in explaining everything about the procedures, and very confident that he could give me a better body than I had even pre pregnancies. I ultimately chose Dr. Gray, based on his experience, professionalism, and after seeing the results that several friends had after having surgery with him. I had the Hourglass Tuck, with lipo for my back & waist. He also did an abdominal muscle & hernia repair. I was 36 years old and it was the first time I was ever able to wear a crop top & bikini! The recovery was better than I had anticipated & the office staff was very caring, and supportive. My review is based on breast augmentation work I had gotten done by Dr.Gray many, many moons ago when his office was still located at Telegraph and Maple. I unfortunately was in my early twenties when the gigantic, fake Baywatch look was in. I had the "scarless" breast augmentation which consisted of two bowling ball size implants inserted through my belly button and inflated. At the time, Dr. Gray decided how big I would be, which was freakin' huge. By the way, I was not able to breastfeed either of my children after the surgery as my ducts were damaged from it. I was only twenty years old at the time and didn't know any better. I am now almost 41, and my chest has looked absolutely awful for years. Everyone has asked why I went so large and out of proportion to my shoulder size. I have been suffering from excrutiating upper back and shoulder pain for about a decade due to having J-cup sized breasts. I cannot afford a revision and all I want is the things to come out. Unfortunately a quality doctor does not come cheap and I now suffer from all the ailments that naturally large busted women suffer from. I also look fat and matronly with my "softball in a tube sock J cup breasts. I was a 34C prior and sought implants to proportion my very wide hips out. Now at 40, my hips are out of control wide after having two kids and my chest has plenty of natural breast tissue. I have the classic pear shape bone structure (Very tiny upper body with extremely wide pelvic bone.) To all the women reading this, breast implants do not last forever and need to be replaced after significant weight gain/loss or after several years. He put over the muscle implants inside me and they had no support and while they looked ok for a few years after the surgery, they have progressed to looking like a old senior citizen droopy breast for years now. I now suffer from immense daily upper back and shoulder pain. During both my pregnancies, the pain was magnified even more. I cannot afford the revision surgery which is around 15k from a quality doctor. I have gotten several quotes and some doctors want up to 20k. All I want is my implants completely removed and breasts lifted so I can be out of pain.

Today was consultation with the doctor. I arrived for my 3pm appt at 2:50pm. It is currently 4:10 PM and the doctor just walked in to another patients room. I have still not been seen. This is the timeline of events. 2:50pm: Arrive at the office and have no greeting whatsoever. When I walk up to the desk to ask which side I should check in on, I am then directed to a computer where I am handed health questionnaire to complete. 3:25pm: Still not been addressed by any member of staff or been shown to a room. I ask how behind the doctor is running, and am answered with an, "I believe it should be about 10-15 more minutes". As I am waiting I see one of his patients sitting in the waiting room for a check up and strike up a conversation. I found out she is 4 weeks post-OP with drains that are registering output at over 70cc's a day (very, VERY abnormal) and has recently been discharged from the hospital because she had a deadly low hemoglobin. She had a hemoglobin level of 6. THERE WAS NO BLOODWORK DONE THE DAY OF HER SURGERY. HE PERFORMED AGGRESSIVE LIPO AND A TUMMY TUCK WITH NO BLOODWORK). I was completely flabbergasted at the complete disregard for the patient's safety. 3:35pm: Called and shown an exam room that was occupied (an oops on their part) and then redirected to a conference room with implants all over the table. (I am here for a mastectomy). I am then shown a video for a mastoplexy (a breast lift), completely different procedure because they do not have a video for my procedure. Despite having told me on the phone this was one of his specialities. 4:00pm: Still no doctor, I leave the conference room to ask again how behind the doctor is. I am told a nurse will be right in. Shortly after a nurse comes in and shows me to a now empty exam room. I ask again how much longer until the doctor is actually in. I get attitude and a cheeky, "I do not know, it could be 10 minutes, it could be 20 minutes. It depends how many questions the patient he is with now has." 4:20pm: Doctor finally walked in. Appt observation: The doctor walked in and told me immediately to open my gown. No apology for the delay, no easing in or trying to make me comfortable. After opening my gown, he goes on to spend the next 15 minutes comparing my breasts (an A cup) to layers of cake and house building materials. While he is asking me what I do for a living (personal trainer), and if I got A's in school so I could "flow" him. He tried to tell me I had an incredible about of extra skin (I do not). Then told me how he would need to do two different procedure . And how I would really benefit for Hyper-baric therapy (something he of course offers) and takes another 10 minutes telling me how his daughters Goldfish bowl is like a hyper baric chamber. This was a completely unprofessional, high pressure, mass sales pitch. No consideration for individuals, no time for proper consults and appts (let's cram as many in as we can) and add 3 different procedures to the one they want. Stay away.

I was so excited to have some work done by Dr. Michal Gray, 6 days after I set the appointment I found out I needed to get a medical procedure done (medical not cosmetic) I called his office right away to cancel for now until I find out what is going on with this other issue. 6 days keep that in mind. Dr. Michael Gray office kept $1000.00 of my money. Yep I guess he needs the money more than me who lives pay check to pay check. I understand he has a policy but I was not cancelling just to cancel it was for a reason and I ever provided paperwork to show this. Even his office girl said she has never has this happen. Well I'm sorry but my life is more important then the cosmetic procedure right now, but I hope you enjoy my $1000.00 that you kept for no reason!!!!! So keep in mind people he doesn't care if something comes up that is more important as long as he gets to keep your money. I will never go back to him now when I get ready to have this done. So disappointed in the way he does things. This man does not need my money as much as I do. and again it was 6 days so not like he did anything and my procedure was over a month away. Hope no one get sick before doing anything with him you could lose all your money depending on when it happens.

If you want no belly button he's is the man. Hundreds left with no belly button as he cuts the stalk off for his hr glass tuck but informs you a new one will be made which is impossible. Its extremely rare to lose a bb during a tummy tuck which someone stated in a prior review , their not dying there being cut off and thrown away for no resson. I traveled out of state for this and had to have another doctor repair. They never seen anything like it. I emailed many news stations and got a call back today !!!

I just recently received surgery by Dr. Michael Gray and he won me over at the consultation. He answered all my questions before I even asked him and explained everything on such detail and used metaphors so your "everyday" person could understand exactly why he did certain things and why you have to follow the aftercare directions to a T. The staff as well as Dr. Gray were amazing. I was so nervous and they made me feel absolutely comfortable! I'm still in the recovery stage of my procedure but I'm in minimal pain and my breast look amazing! The office also gave me a check up call to see exactly how I was feeling and made sure I had no other questions and told me they will give me a call tomorrow to check up as well! My boyfriend came with me and he is a nurse and had nothing but compliments for the team! (And his work!) They really impressed us and I would recommend them to anyone.

I find all of these reviews about the tummy tuck and no belly button Etc funny. Did you do your research beforehand? Sometimes this happens. Is not always possible to keep your belly button Etc. It's extremely dependent on how much skin needs to be removed how much muscle needs to be reorganized Etc. Make sure you do your research before you leave it bad review.
