If I could give no rating for this doctor I would. After being referred to this doctor because there is no surgeons within our area that take pediatrics. I called to set the appointment and asked if a test that was needed to determine the severity of my sons injury could be ordered before. Due to the fact this doctor is 3 hours from us. That way when we came the three hours down to this appointment the results would be there and we would know what the next step would be. Dr. Kevin Chi Chung responded with patients and parents don't dictate his practice and told me to go to a website and find someone else to see my son. I'm so glad he takes pride in taking care of the patients that are referred to him in such a professional manner. This experience was unbelievable now I'm back to square one and my son continues to be in pain. Thank you for nothing you inconsiderate a**.

He was a very good surgeon ..when no one else said they could fix my hand they all said there was nothing they could do.I went to dr chung and he said he could or would try..he did fix my hand I can use my hand again .my hand is fully functional again..

On February 1, 2018 I went in with the confidence not only of my faith and what I was believing for but I heard nothing but good news about Dr. Chang. Well I am here to tell you he went above and beyond what I thought I could ever imagine. This man, his staff, U of M, OT have been nothing but a miracle in my life. I came all the way from San Antonio to have my surgery. I am forever grateful for this man. Thank you Lord for putting him in my path

Dr. Chung and his team saved me from not only becoming an amputee, but also gave me the chance to actually use my hand again. Almost 12 years ago My Left hand was dead for over 2 years from a terrible degloving injury in a roll-over MVA. My radial nerve was completely severed going from my fingertips to my elbow and I was told I would never be able to use my hand, wrist, or fingers again. After performing tendon transfers, in multiple tiedious surgeries, I now have “almost” FULL function of my hand. 3 days ago I fell directly on the exact same arm and wrist, I broke my Radial Head, as well as my Triqetrum bones.... I’ve been laying around super anxious and full of despair at the thought of having to have more surgeries and physical therapies. At the ER, I was told to follow up with an Orthopedic Surgeon for further care. Dr. Chung is the ONLY Doctor whom I trust and allow to help me and today..... I can say I’m off the “pity potty whoa is me mentality” and looking forward to meeting with him after this past decade.... just so I can tell him personally how thankful I am for his dedication and persistence to allow me to live a somewhat normal life again! If there was a 100STAR rating system, he would get ALL 100 STARS! Thankyou Dr. Chung!
