She and her staff are absolutely incredible. They are kind, understanding, and extremely professional. I recently had to have an infected spider bite on my face drained and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Not only was it a comfortable expierences emotionally but physically I was perfectly numbed and didn’t feel a thing! They explained each step they were going to take before the procedure and walked me through everything while it was happening. After finishing I felt a bit dizzy and so they brought me peanut butter crackers and water and had me rest for as long as I needed. They truly showed so much empathy and care through their work. Not only was the expierence of the procedure great but I have the smallest scar ever! It’s hardly noticeable and I am so grateful for that as it is on my face. They scheduled a post procedure check up for me and I accidentally wrote the wrong day down. When I showed up two days early instead of sending me away they found a way to squeeze me in. I could not recommend them more!

Might be a great stitcher, but when it comes down to the line, her bedside manners and pain management are lacking and she closes ranks behind her inefficient associate over the patient's point of view.l

Dr. Topal is very kind, personable, and respectable. She was sensitive to my needs and very comforting. I have not had my surgery yet. However, the consult went well as she answered all my questions and put my mind at ease.
