I have been seeing Dr. Ekstrom for a little over a year now. I had had previous cosmetic surgery at UMASS Plastics. To say I was displeased with them is an understatement. So when I decided to have my abdominoplasty, I went looking for a professional, experienced cosmetic surgeon. What I found was that I didn't need to look very far. Dr Ekstrom is amazing. She has done several procedures on me, and I am in the process of scheduling several more. I am a bariatric surgery patient that has lost over 130 pounds. Putting your body back together after such abuse as morbid obesity is trying, but Dr Ekstrom and her staff have been amazing!!! She is honest and realistic and will do everything she can to achieve the results you want. I feel completely safe with her, and I always feel incredible when I leave her office. She has an amazing bedside manner and after care is superb! I consistently call her a Magic Worker because of the results she has been able to achieve with me. If you feel you need anything done to enhance your look, GO SEE DEBORAH EKSTROM!!!! You won't regret it!!!

Went to an esthetician named Pam and it was the worst. She’s bad at upselling because she doesn’t know much. She kept referring to the hydra facial as ‘that thing’. She was pushy and rude. I got a chemical peel but nothing peeled, I think mainly because she was upset I didn’t buy into ‘that thing’. It was a shame because I’ve found and spent my money elsewhere. Needless to say I canceled my remaining appointments and won’t be returning.

I went to see Dr Ekstrom for a consultation. I did not appreciate the racist undertone at all. She asked me questions that I thought were inappropriate, she referred the apartment I rent from my mother as subsidized housing, she asked me if I could read, then she referred my church family as " My People ". And she did all of this with a smile mixing up insults and compliments like I was way too black and dumb to fathom what she was doing. She made it very apparent that I was not welcome

I’ve been going to Carlene for years. She knows exactly what my skin needs and doesn’t need. She’s extremely knowledgeable, up to date on all current trends in skincare, and so personable. She’s never pushy, just believes in good preventative care. The office is beautiful, extremely clean and modern. Highly recommend!!!!

Let me start by saying that selfishly, I rarely take the time to write a review unless I have an unpleasant experience worth telling the world about. I am taking the time to write today to share my absolute satisfaction with my experience at Salisbury Plastic surgery under the care of Carleen. I am 39 and have been through the gambit of med spas and treatments trying to fight the inevitable. Carleen is not only impressively knowledgeable about the different types of treatments, she is honest about cost vs outcome and I know I can trust her to tailor the right treatment for my budget. She is meticulous with her treatments and the outcome shows. I would highly recommend Carleen and the vast array of technology available to her and you at Salisbury Plastic Surgery!

will never come back to that place. I had an IPL but ended up having second degree burns. They never return my calls. I have to be absent from work for few days because my face was burnt. I had to go to another dermatologist for treatment. Took months for the scars to disappear.
