I have been seeing Dr. Polacheck and Beth for a couple of years now. I did not take very good care of my skin in my younger days and really starting to see signs of aging. I started with seeing Dr. Polacek first and I completely trusted her and her opinion on what was best for my face. I sat with Beth a few times and she is just amazing as far as looking at you and telling you exactly what you need to do. I have been on her beauty regimen for over a year now and I can say my face is so much more youthful and in such better condition. It is work and commitment and does not happen over night, but I’m happy to have such a great team of woman I can go to and trust 100% to do what is best for me. They are magical, all of them!

When I arrived at the Polacek Center my first impression was that the office was extremely clean. The staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome. As this was my first experience I had a lot of questions. The procedure was explained to me and Dr. Polacek made me feel comfortable by talking me through the whole experience. The procedure was painless. The results were better than I had even anticipated. I received the subtle enhancement that I was hoping for and a great boost in confidence! I will definitely return to Dr. Polacek for other procedures in the future.

I went today to Dr. Polacek. I was very happy with my results. But more importantly I was impressed with how everything was done. I have had Botox and fillers before at other drs. but never experienced all the attention I was given today. First my face was thoroughly cleaned, then a numbing cream was applied. So when the needles went in I hardly felt it. And when I got home you couldn't see any evidence of needle marks or redness. Results were very good. All in all I will definitely go back to Dr Polacek to address other procedures.

My first experience at the Polacek Center was wonderful. When I first walked in, I was warmly greeted by Kristen the Medical Assistant who happily got me in with the friendly Esthetician Catherine who was giving me a hydrafacial. The entire office was immaculately clean. It was a very comfortable atmosphere. My facial was extremely relaxing and was a great experience. I left GLOWING. As I was leaving, Dr. Polacek herself greeted me on her day off. Just goes to show the friendliness of the entire office. Great experience and I would highly recommend!

I was so pleased with the Polacek Center. Dr. Polacek is a very experienced and competent surgeon which is wonderful but also she is a very warm and caring person. She took the time with me to explain my procedure in detail. She also listened to my concerns and was willing to make allowances in her regular protocol for me. Her staff is also very warm and friendly and very responsive. I would strongly recommend Dr. Polacek and her office.

There is a reason Dr. Polacek has been named a "Top Doc" in Rhode Island. She is a through professional with an exacting eye. I have always found her to be compassionate. Her work is subtle and enhancing. She insists patients stay in the hospital overnight after procedures as an added precaution. It is easy to get an appointment and her office and office staff are lovely.

I can only rate this on my consultation experience as I have not decided yet whether to go through with treatments. Dr. Polacek was engaging company and listened well, taking as much time as I needed to answer my " laundry list" ( yes, literally a list, although there was no mention of starching shirts) of questions. It was a completely different experience from an earlier consultation with another doctor who was somewhat dismissive with my inquiries, leaving me with more questions than answers. Dr. Polacek should be considered a serious contender for anyone seeking non-invasive cosmetic surgery.

I have been a patient 3 times for filler. One time I forgot my wallet and by the time I got home and paid it was the next day. Every time I call I get the other in full pay in full which is no problem. I don’t appreciate the sarcasm so I won’t be booking anymore. This place doesn’t value customers just money.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Polacek. Before my surgery, I was apprehensive since I had never had surgery before. Dr. Polacek is both professional and caring. She eased my fears, explained the procedure in full detail and never made me feel rushed like other doctors. Her office is incredibly organized and, if you can not resolve the matter with one of her very capable office staff, Dr. Polacek is available to speak with if you have concerns or questions (unlike so many doctors offices that never call you back.) Most importantly, Dr. Polacek is an excellent surgeon. I have absolutely no scarring from a procedure that was performed only 5 months ago. Amazing. Before the procedure, while I was being prepped, the staff at the hospital complimented Dr. Polacek as an exceptional surgeon and doctor (when I hadn't even asked); she is very well respected by her co workers. Lastly, I'd like to share one small story because I think it says so much about the level of care that Dr. Polacek and her staff provide. On the morning of my procedure, I was due at the hospital at 10 am. Around 8:30, Dr. Polacek's office called to tell me that I needn't come until noon because the hospital needed the operating room which Dr. Polacek would use for an emergency so rather than sit around the hospital for the extra wait time, I was able to be comfortable in my own home. I was so thankful that Dr. Polacek and her staff would monitor this situation and keep me posted. Thank you. My heartfelt thanks go to Dr. Polacek and her staff and if I ever need surgery again, I would only go to see Dr. P!

Dr. Polacek is terrific! She takes time to speak with her patents about their expectations and explains the options and procedures that are available. She is never in a hurry. Dr. Polacek is very pleasant and makes her patients feel very comfortable. In addition, her staff is very welcoming. If as a patient I were to give Dr. Polacek a grade . . . it would be an A+.

I'm so happy with Dr.Polacek's office. Everyone from the reception staff to the amazing esthetician, Beth Walker. After 2 treatments of V beam laser I already see a much needed improvement in my skin. I cant wait for my upcoming appointment with Dr Polacek for a little more tweaking! I found Dr. Polacek to be very cool and aloof. Additionally, she advised she would not consider the surgery as I requested which was a slightly larger implant size, she wanted to replace my implants with the same size (325cc not huge). Did not LISTEN to what I wanted & I was advised by her to go elsewhere. Find a doctor who listens. Top Doc, I think not. Would not recommend to anyone.
