I went to Dr. Willis for Botox as well as a smart Lipo consult. He is very intelligent and honest about results which I liked. However, they don’t schedule far enough out to book a consecutive Botox appt. So to book you need to call or text the secretary and wait for a response. It took me a while to hear back so I went to ideal image (they’ll squeeze you in as soon as they can). I received a VERY UNPROFESSIONAL text response from his secretary tonight, and will not be back. I highly recommend you find a better Dr. who’s staff has more maturity for the position they’re in. I've attached a photo of the texts. (side note: a grown woman texted me this ONLY because I went somewhere else one time... a grown woman. Not a 12 yo. SMH)

This positive review for New England Laser Lipo is long overdue. After high pressure, high price consults at other locations, I stumbled upon Dr. Willis and his staff. I drove over an hour and a half for my first appointment after easily solidifying the date and time via text with the secretary. Upon arrival I was instantly put at ease. If anybody was to outline the worst areas of my body with a Sharpie and take pictures, I would hands down want it to be Dr. Paul. He is an intelligent, highly personable, down to earth professional. Both he and his assistant combine honesty, a sense of humor, and meticulous attention to detail which is second to none. Personally, I have gone back for three procedures to date. The bedside manner I have received both during the sessions and after has been genuinely impeccable. Combine all those things with a clean office, sincere follow-ups, and a staff devoted to providing you with the overall best possible experience and it is a win for everyone. If this place is even remotely on your radar then there is absolutely no need to hesitate or look any further. I can say with the utmost confidence there is not a chance you will be disappointed with Dr. Willis. I cannot wait to go back for another procedure...and who can say that about a trip to the Dr. Everything about New England Laser Lipo is just that great!

New England Laser Lipo Dr. Willis I love the personal service and attention I receive when I come here. Holly, Dr. Willis’s assistant is terrific. She makes a huge effort to accommodate my forever changing schedule with patience. Dr. Willis is exceptional. I am greeted in the waiting room, he always takes his time and listens to all my concerns without rushing. Dr Willis is both knowledgeable and does an excellent job. His personality is such that you feel like you’re visiting an old friend.

Dr. Willis and his staff are amazing! They take so much time to explain and answer all your questions and concerns before any procedure. I have also shopped around a bit and have never found prices this reasonable any where else. Also, the flexibility with scheduling is a plus as they can always fit you in and offer late appointment times for those who work late. I highly recommend New England Laser Lipo and Dr. Willis you will not be disappointed, I can promise you that! :)

Impeccable results, compassionate, friendly staff that always goes above and beyond to meet my crazy schedule. I have been a patient of Dr Willis and his expert staff have for a few years after moving to the area. I have tried so many places all over Massachusetts that did not come close to my needs. After many “word of mouth” recommendations and seeing the results of Dr. Willis’s work on others it was a no brainier.
