I needed to have eyelid / eyebrow surgery done as my field of vision was being affected and also being a motorcyclist, this became a priority . A top rated doctor in the greater Boston area repaired (or so I thought) my eyelid years ago and it never came out right. So several years later, I'd had enough with the vision problems. After searching many of the "top" plastic surgeons in my area, none of them offered help for "medical needs" , only cosmetic. Not Dr. Montilla, they said YES, we do help people with medical needs! His schedule person, John, whom I've never met but spoke to several times setting up the procedure got me in faster than I expected and Dr. Montilla did a fantastic job. Prior to the procedure Dr. Montilla went over what needed to be done to make this work, which included brow lifting, unlike the last doc who simply sowed the lid and it never took properly. Dr. Montilla's staff is also quite awesome. You don't have to go to Boston for top care! He's right at St. V's where I've gotten excellent care for other issues, and also down the Cape for you Jet Setters. He also had a 3rd Massachusetts location as well. I'd give these folks SIX stars if allowed. Nuff said.

The experience was extremely positive. Nobody likes to have surgery, however Dr. Montilla and staff made it easier and more comfortable then I had envisioned going in. I would highly recommend Dr. Montilla.

I went to Dr. Montilla with a tumor in my chest. It was very aggressive and growing rapidly. At that time I was under the impression that my chances of a full and successful recovery would prove negative. Dr. Montilla conducted the operation and was successful in removing the tumor with minimal interruption to my skin and chest cavity. Dr. Montilla's work is truly amazing. He is a dedicated expert surgeon with amazing skills as well as a caring and empathetic personality. I would advise anyone to contact his office (a wonderful office) for any procedure. And I would never hesitate to return with any future needs I may have. This amazing surgeon is definitely the real deal.

Great service and friendly staff, good environment, feels like walking into a shopping mall and not a hospital. I did the hydrafacial which is NOT painful at all but leave your skin feeling so fresh and clean. It has been a week since I did it but my face still looks great using some of the cream that they provide to me to help with my pores and acne. It's not just for girls like I thought all this time, guys should try it too.

I saw Dr. Montilla for Xeomin to calm crow's feet that I only get when I smile. I was really impressed how Dr. Montilla took his time evaluating my face by asking me to smile after each injection. I've been to other doctors, and Dr. Montilla was the only doctor that I felt cared to give me the best results possible.

I don’t see results as before!!! If I can give 0 star on google I will ! I had several laser treatment for freckles removal with staff Sarah ,She try to make me buy some products at first and told me I need four laser treatment to get rid of freckles . I have been deceived by Sarah in whom I have believed so much. Thousands of dollars just GONE !!!!!

Broken nose. No plastic surgeon on Cape Cod would fix it. ( I live on the Cape). Clled Dr Montilla's office. They were unbelievable. Over 3 weeks and Dr. Montilla not only fixed it but did not have to rebreak it as it was over the 2 week period. He, and their office are outstanding.
