I have been a patient with Dr. Miller for about 2 years. What I love most about him is that he takes things very slow. I was very nervous when I started going to him and he took one step at a time. I feel like he never tries to "upsell" you on services and he talkes to you about what is really important to you.

Dr. Miller is soooo talented when it comes to facial work. I go to him for botox and filler a couple of times/year and I have had an eye lift and mini lift (about five years apart). He knows how to improve your looks without it being overdone, which is an art form he excels at. Or,put another way, Dr. Miller is the most conservative and careful of plastic surgeons. I have been going to Dr. Miller for about 15 years and consider myself lucky to be one of his many very satisfied clients.

Dr Miller was amazing, he was very professional and kind, might I say even loving, a rare combination. I am a nurse, so we are had patients to please, but I may not have gone ahead with a mini facelift if it wasn't for Dr Miller. His staff was also wonderful, everything was done on time, and I felt supported through each phase of the procedures. I love the results look 10 years younger and not a single person has said, "you look different." Very natural results, but I know and Dr Miller knows I am going to look great well into my 70's!!!

Dr miller has it all, I starts with his personality and just goes on. He makes u feel like u have known him forever. He can look right at u and see just what needs to be done and just how much, so u look so natural. I had my eyelids lifted 5 months ago, and I still look in that mirror and can't believe what a beautiful natural look my eyes have. I have also had botox, from Dr miller and someone else. I highly recommend him for the job.. I couldn't be happier. Planning on moving out of state, but definitely will return back to Boston to Dr miller as no one will ever touch my face but him.... I went to DR. Miller for facial rejuvenation, and my husband and I were extremely pleased with the outcome. I researced his practice throughly, and I would highly recommend Dr. Miller for any plastic surgery/treatments. The recovery was quick, natural looking, and with no side affects. I would never go to any other doctor other than Dr. Miller. His facilities are very convenient, and procedures are performed on the premises. His staff is very professional and approachable. I plan to use only DR. Miller in the future for any maintenance or new procedures.

Unlike many dermatologists who offer a myriad of cosmetic services that they were not highly trained for, Leonard was originally trained as a reconstuctive surgeon for accident victims and individuals with deformities; therefore, he has the skill, the artistry and the vision to "sculpt” your face so as to achieve his subtle but transformative results. One of the many differences that sets Dr Miller apart from my previous practitioners is that he really is an expert at contouring & takes the individuals entire face into consideration. Dr. Miller is a butcher. It sounds harsh but if you, too, were unable to close your eyes after upper eye lid surgery, you would be using the word as well. The only way I can sleep is with a towel over my eyes. Sleep is no longer a natural occurrence. And, you know all those documents you sign before any treatment? They mean, "See ya." after he's botched it. You have no recourse. Every year since his slicing my eyelids away, I've tried to find a competent surgeon to correct it. There are few who do this and it costs 10x the cost of the blepharoplasty. I'm still saving. I'm saving my $ to fix Dr. Leonard Miller's mess. I would not, under any circumstance, trust D. Miller to perform any kind of surgery on any part of my body. I used to be happy and enjoyed life. No more. The biggest mistake of my life was ever walking through those doors, to Dr. Miller's office.

I am so fortunate to have met Dr. Miller and his staff. I went to him for a consultation to "freshen up" my look with minimally invasive procedures and down time. He recommended a targeted procedure that he invented, ThermiTight RF as well as chin liposuction and a small amount of fat transfer in the lower face/jowl area. The whole procedure was drama free, taking about 1 1/2 hours and didn't even require a benzo for anxiety The sutures were trimmed in 6 days and I already could see a major difference. The results continue to improve and at a little over one month later, I can say the results have already exceeded my initial expectations. I highly recommend Dr. Miller and his staff for any cosmetic or aesthetician services and plan on consulting with him before looking elsewhere.
