Dr Hein CHANGED MY LIFE! I suffered for 16 years with chronic pain and digestive issues due to childbirth. Dr. Hein was the first surgeon to fully understand my issue and repair my rectus diastases. I have had surgery with Dr. Hein 10 years ago and again 1.5 years ago. In addition to surgery, i have also had minor excisions and cosmetic fillers and botox. I couldn't be happier with all my results and would recommend her to friends and family without hesitation.

She is the worst surgery dr I ever had in my life she destroyed my breast, I went for breast reduction with her I don’t know what she did with my breast that it’s sagging like I was 80 years old and the scar on my nipples it’s horrible, this size of my nipples is it’s total different from one another ,I had my surgery done in 2009 and until now I totally regret to meet her, and I wish I would search for a better doctor at that time. Do never go to her, better search for different doctor.

Very, very pleased with nearly invisible scar on my face. A skin lesion (skin cancer) sprouted & continued to grow quite prominently right in the middle of my forehead. With her skilled and patient hands, Dr. Hein removed it as if it was never there. The growth was large enough to require an incision ~1.5 inches but you'd never know. I'm truly grateful. Her office staff was extremely gracious, as well, given that I had to reschedule twice due to work conflicts. Thank you ever so much!

I knew when I walked into this office that it would be a good experience. I was nervous going in for a minor procedure but the friendly staff made me feel so comfortable right away. Dr. Hein was great and reassuring. The procedure went perfect and my scar looks great! Thanks for a great experience. I would definitely recommend Dr. Hein!

About a year ago I had a "mommy makeover" done, tummy tuck and breast augmentation done with Dr. Hein. From the first consultation she made me feel like she knew exactly what I wanted done and I went into the surgery feeling confident. There was an issue during the surgery that couldn't have been predicted and was not caused by her. She has kept a very close eye of the issue since then and there is no way to tell anything didn't go as planned. She has taken great care of me and has fixed any petty little thing I've picked on since the surgery. She is sweet and caring and the entire staff makes you feel welcome whenever you go in or call. Thanks ladies!!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Hein! She performed a minor inpatient procedure on scalp that was quick, painless and professional. The post-procedure care and follow-up was both thorough and comforting. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and the facilities are state of the art.

It took me a long time to come here to leave my review, but I want to alert people to avoid this doctor if you are considering a “tummy-tuck”. I ended up with a very high asymmetrical scar and a bellybutton with 3 holes! Yes, a horrible plastic surgery performed by Dr. Hein at the metro-west hospital in Framingham. About 1 year after my surgery I had to courage to come back to see if she could fix my bellybutton (at least), and she told me she knew what went wrong and we could schedule another surgery, but I was responsible for the hospital fee and other fees... are you kidding me? After years of therapy I am finally better, and would love you to consider someone professional to perform your dream surgery!

I brought my daughter (6 year old) to see Dr. Hein for an unusual spot on her leg and she as well as her staff were all very friendly, professional and courteous. Dr. Hein made my very anxious little one feel at ease, and provided us exceptional care. I was introduced to this office through groupon and although they were overwhelmed by the enormous response by the groupon sales, they were not willing to compromise their work just to fulfill their vouchers. They worked with me to satisfy my balance and I am grateful for that. The staff were professional and gave the highest level of care possible. You should respect a physician that is looking out for your well being and not willing to do a hack job just for a buck.

DO NOT go to her for a Breast Reduction. She has left me with terrible breasts. I waited for mine to heal before writing this review in hopes that maybe in the early stages I had been over reacting but I was not. She does not use the tradition anchor or lollipop technique but her own version of the anchor that leaves the breast looking misshaped and sagging. Prior to surgery she told me she would be using the anchor technique but then decided on her own to use her own strange incision method that has left me with bad visible scars. Im so distraught and sad that she has left me botch and I now know after extensive searching that I am not the only one I have seen many reviews similar to mine. I wish I had done more research before going ahead with her. This "new technique" she is trying to create is terrible and she should not be doing it without talking to patients about in full detail prior to surgery!

Dr. Hein has given me several services on the less invasive side and I’ve been very happy with the results. She is a great listener and does not push more services than you want. She explains everything carefully and is very professional, caring and kind. I have also been happy with the products I’ve purchased through her recommendations and office and will continue to use them. Do not hesitate to consult with Dr. Hein, even if you are just looking a smaller, positive change in your appearance. For me these less invasive and easy services provide me with a more positive attitude as I age.
