My friend and I went on a consultation together at Finesse, and we both had an exceptional experience. My goal was to get bikini ready for the summer and after completing a series of Laser Hair Removal for my bikini/underarms/legs and two coolsculpting treatments for my stomach, I feel so much more confident and comfortable in my own body. I thought the staff was very honest during the consultation in setting expectations. I knew with the amount of fat I had, I would need 2 treatments of coolsculpting. I definitely see the results and now looking forward to the summer! Finesse will definitely remain my beauty consultants! Don’t waste your money. They will tell you that the fat will not come back in the area that was done but it’s not true. Just another way to con us out of $10,000.00. After the surgery they then tell you the only way to get rid of the fat is by diet and exercise because it is subcutaneous fat. Why is that not disclosed on onset.

The doctor was very rude. He talked like he is the only one who do the treatment in the whole Boston and his prices are too way high compared to other known places. He was asking $325 for a treatment that takes less than 5 minutes which I did the same treatment for $100 outside and was really good. I would give zero star if I could but the people in the reception were nice, they were very welcoming and nice. But the doctor is so disgusting to talk and the worst one I have ever seen in my life. It seems to me that he is there just for money and don’t care about patient much! I rarely give negative feedback or low rating but this doctor behavior makes me do so, so that other people will be aware of and don’t waste their valuable time and money.

He treats his patients with great care and his staff members are professional and kind.I had Smartlipo done on my abdomen, sides and chest. He gave me his cell number in case I had any questions the night of my surgery and the night after my surgery. He has a great bedside manner and my results are better than I expected. I struggled with weight gain approaching my 40’s because of my hectic work schedule. By the time I arrived home, I was too tired to hit the gym every night. I decided to get laser lipo not because I was lazy, I tried diet and exercise (stationary bike at home when I didn’t get to the gym) but couldn’t get rid of some stubborn areas. I couldn’t be happier with my laser lipo results. Everyone at Finesse treats you like a best friend. Dr. Kruy did a great job on my abs and flanks. I look like I did in my early 30’s.

This place is terrible and dishonest. I only wish I could leave zero stars. I purchased a Groupon on July 6, 2017 for laser hair removal. When I called the same day to make an appointment, they told me they hadn't offered that Groupon deal "for a while." The woman I spoke with was rude and also called me "honey," which I find to be incredibly condescending. As of today, July 13, 2017, the deal is still posted on Groupon. Groupon has reached out to Finesse twice and the merchant refuses to contact me or schedule an appointment. This company is clearly disreputable.

I'm writing this review to talk about my experience of having a lipo/laser procedure done by Dr. Peter J Kruy. I used to be in pretty good shape, but I was always unhappy with the cellulite on the back of my legs and exercising never helped me to get rid of it. After I had gained about 12 pounds, it got worse. I did some research about cellulite treatment on the internet and decided to have a consultation with Dr. Kruy. Dr Kruy told me that I would need a liposuction on both of my legs and laser treatment to reduce the fat and achieve better results. He also told me that the cellulite that I had on the back of my legs would have a 60/70% chance of improvement. In 2014 after seeing him a few times I did the treatment. I didn't really want to have liposuction done but I trusted Dr.Kruy and went for the treatment that cost me a lot . During the laser/ liposuction procedure on both of my legs I told him that I was feeling a lot of pain and he only commented that I was moving my legs too much and didn't say anything else. The nurse that was assisting him with the procedure whose name I can't remember was really nice to me. She was the one who gave me the first post massage treatment. My legs were hurting and very sore. Dr.Kruy wasn't gentle with me during the procedure. After the surgery, my legs were bleeding, swollen and had a lot of bruises. Also they were very painful. A week later, still very swollen/sore, I went for a post massage that was included with the treatment. It was very painful during the first and second massage. About 3 months later, I noticed no improvement whatsoever with the cellulite on the back of my legs. I was left with an INDENTATION ON MY INNER THIGHS, DIMPLING ON THE BACK Of MY THIGHS, AND LUMPS on both legs, SCARS, LOOSE SAGGY SKIN ON THE BACK AND FRONT OF BOTH OF MY LEGS. He removed so much fat from the inner part of both of my knees that I now need to place a pillow between my legs when I go to sleep because they hurt when they touch one another. Dr. Kruy told me to do lots of exercises like running, biking, lifting weights to firm my skin to see improvement and that after the first and second year, it would get better. I followed all his advice trying to achieve some good results. I ate healthy foods but nothing seemed to help to improve the damage he caused on the appearance of my legs. I would be very satisfied and happy if my legs had improved at least 50%, but they are worse than they were before the treatment. I felt Dr. Kruy didn't seem to care about the results that I had but only cared for the $$$money that he was making off of me. I paid for the treatments in advance. I told him that I wasn't happy with the results but he never offered to do anything to fix the damage he had caused on my legs. The only thing he said to me was that he and his staff were comparing the before and after pictures of my legs. Every time Dr. Kruy’s team saw me back at the office they wouid tell me that my legs were looking great compared with the before pictures. When I asked why the ‘before pictures’ were taken under bright lights and the ‘after pictures’ were taken in a darker setting. I did not get an answer for my question. So I felt they were not being honest with me by saying that my legs were looking great. I have been so upset and want to cry every time I look at my legs in the mirror! They look horrible and much worse than before the treatment. My friends keep telling me that I should see another doctor and maybe he/she would be able to help me. It's unfair that I paid Dr Peter J Kruy almost $8.000 to damage my legs forever, and I have been feeling my confidence so low since than.
