I had a very positive experience with Dr. Fechner and his team of nurses and assistants. The facility is beautiful and immaculate and my results have been life changing. It is hard to put into words the emotional and psychological benefits that a woman of a certain age experiences when she looks into the mirror and sees that she has been able to banish the old lady in the mirror and return to the world of attractiveness and desirability. The physical results are astonishing but pale in comparison to the emotional. Do it for yourself!

I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Fechner's! I am 59 years old, but when I looked in the mirror, I saw someone who looked 75 years old. Saggy jowls, sunken cheeks, hooded eyes. Dr. Fechner did a facelift, eyelift, fat transfer and a chin implant. It's been five months now and I'm very happy with the results. I feel like I look like I'm supposed to look. All positive comments from people who know I had surgery and from people who have no idea. So happy I did it! The entire staff is great from the office to the esthetician to the nurses and Dr. Fechner himself. All very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions. Top notch!!!

I could not be happier with both the incredible care and service I received at Dr. Fechner's office, along with the result of my rhinoplasty. All of the staff at the office is incredibly kind, cheerful, and helpful. I have had procedures in the past where I needed double the amount of the medications normally used to put me to sleep, and I am also on high-dose of pain medications due to chronic Lyme disease. I initially went to see someone named Dr. Ahn for a consult but he ultimately refused due to the fact that I had had some issues in the past with staying knocked out during procedures. Their office refused to call me back even though I repeatedly called to ask if I could speak with the anesthesiologist. I then started looking for a different surgeon and found Dr. Fechner. When I made my appointment for the consult with Dr. Fechner, Lacey the nurse practitioner spent 20 minutes on the phone with me answering all my questions and assuring me that they would find a way to accommodate my difficulty staying knocked out with twilight sedation. After meeting with Dr. Fechner and talking to him, I completely trusted that he would do a great job... and he did! The procedure was relatively painless and the recovery was relatively painless as well. I am Jewish and I had a bump in my nose along with some asymmetry. I am thrilled with how it turned out. I finally feel pretty and not afraid to have my picture taken when my face is turned. The healing also was VERY fast. After 10 days I looked normal with most bruising gone. They were incredible during my follow-up visits and my entire experience there was fantastic. I 100% recommend using Dr. fechner for any facial procedures. He was also about $2000 cheaper than Dr. Ahn whom I initially thought I would go with. I can't say enough how happy I am with the care I received and the results of my surgery with Dr. Fechner. After about 3 months, my nose was back to normal (in terms of swelling and pain) but it looked “normal” after only 2weks post-surgery. I can’t imagine a better surgeon than Dr. Fechner

2 days ago I had my first facial with Tabitha, it was amazing. Typically after a facial my face is red and blotchy for 24-48 hours. My skin instantly looked better; Softer, smoother, and more hydrated. She took her time and never rushed, she made it feel like her whole day was about your visit. By far the over all best experience I've had with a facial. The staff was very welcoming and professional. There isn't a doubt I will be back.

I interviewed 6 plastic surgeons before I decided to trust my face, neck and eyes to Dr. Fechner. That decision was the best decision I ever made! From the consultation to the surgery, everything went exactly as it was described to me. A few weeks prior I received a very large package full of information on what to do and not to do before and after the surgery. Every one of my questions were answered, it was extremely detailed and to the point. The day of the surgery, I was let in at 7am through the back door, no waiting, no fuss. One of the nurses went over my health history, last minute questions, the anesthesiologist went over my history and within half an hour I was in his OR room. I have very tough veins and usually have issues with the IVs etc. The anesthesiologist was incredible! While Dr. Fechner started the minor shaving around my hair line, I was gone! It was fantastic! This was all followed up by several appointments, calls and constant care while going through my 2 week recuperation. Now 6 weeks later, I receive compliments on a daily basis, especially from people who did not know I visited Dr. Fechner's office!

I started seeing Jennifer Verdini in March of 2019 for some Microblading of my eyebrows. Because I had a less than optimal Microblading application done a couple of years prior it was necessary for Jennifer to remove the old pigment so that we could start with a fresh slate. We worked together through several visits to remove the old pigment as well as reshape and add the right pigment colors. The results are beautiful and I am so happy I found Jennifer. Jennifer is extremely conscientious as well as practiced in her her craft. She is also a perfectionist when it comes to the eye brows and that is not a bad thing. Many of us women know our eye brows are sisters not twins. Jennifer made sure I had a set of twins :) Highly recommend Jennifer Verdini for eye brow perfection.

I got my lips done by lacy. I’ve gotten them done before by other injectors. My lips are lopsided. There’s more filled than the other on one side. Plus she keeps dropping everything and the needles. Also didn’t prepare myself that I’d be swollen like Bart Simpson for a week and couldn’t leave my house. Lucky me I have to pay even more money to go get these fixed . Fyi 5 weeks post from getting it done.

First of all, let me start by saying I would have gave him way more then 5 stars. He was great. I went to Dr. Fechner because I had a cyst on the bridge of my nose. It was gradually getting bigger and I knew I had to do something about it. I was very worried because of the location. Dr Fechner took the time and walked me through what he would do and answer all my questions. I had the cyst removed in March 2017. While he was performing the extraction he told me exactly what he was doing step by step. No surprises. I went back a week later and had the stitches removed. I have seen him twice after the procedure so he could make sure everything was o.k. Again, taking the time to talk with me and making sure I was o.k. It has only been 4 month and it looks awesome. You would have to be up close and personnel to see were the procedure was done. Not only is he AWESOME!!! He has an amazing staff as while. I highly recommend Dr. Fechner for any of your facial plastic surgery needs. You will not be disappointed.
