I really enjoyed going to see Dr. Lach. It was my first time going in for botox treatment. Dr. Lach was very friendly, and helpful, and the procedure was so simple. The doctor made me laugh, and made me feel very at ease with the whole procedure. I will definitely be coming back!

Dr Lach is very thorough, thoughtful and knowledgeable. He took his time, answered my questions. No rushing through the appointment. Patient and caring are two words to describe Dr. Lach. I would not hesitate to recommend him. Office staff are also very nice. Excellent experience.

Doctor Lach is the best doctor I have seen yet. You might Waite to be seen but it’s totally worth it. I was waiting with my mom around an hour in waiting area but when they call us our turn then I understood why the patient Waite that much? Because he don’t rush and listen the patient issue in very calm and answer the all patient question in very professionally manner. I can Waite all day long to be seen by this kind of doctor. 100% worthit

The experience with the doctor was positive. I personally am nervous going to the doctors. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed. He was ready to answer all my questions and gave me the time I needed to understand the process. The practice has become very popular and busy but the doctor did not make me feel rushed or like an in and out number which I appreciated.

As. Breast Cancer survivor I opted for reconstructive surgery 7 years ago. I only wish I knew about Dr Lach back then. After too many surgeries to count over the years ...he is the 3rd plastic surgeon I’ve seen. I needed him to clean up the mess left behind after I decided to have the implants removed. I have never been treated with such, skill and kindness from a Doctor. He talked with me about my entire health, taking a holistic approach to what I was asking of him. I’m now healing and feeling better than I have in a very long time physically and also about my appearance. He gave me options, no one else ever mentioned. I am extremely grateful.

Dr. Lach treated me like family. I broke my hand over 10 years ago and I was referred to him. I received outstanding care. Since that time, my 10 yo daughter developed an angioma that was treated effectively by Dr. Lach. She also severely cut her hand with a serrated butter knife. I was able to reach him after hours and he calmly told me what to do and she was seen first thing the next AM. She has a fear of most doctors/dentists but not Dr. Lach. He's friendly and able to put all at ease, especially a Mom that was in a panic after my daughter injured herself. I can't say enough positive things about him and the care he gives.

I started coming to Beautiful You with my daughters for facials (they were high schoolers then) Kiela has been wonderful with my daughters. All grown up now and in College they still come back here for their facials with Kiela they will not go anywhere else. Everyone here is polite and professional. Also, they are very satisfied with their facials. One daughter had a growing cyst on her cheek and was referred to Dr Lach Boston Surgical Group. Being a young lady and worried about a facial scar, Dr Lach removed the cyst, stitched the area and Voila! It was gone. Dr Lach did an amazing job. My daughter thinks he is amazing too. Very gentle, caring, professional Doctor. Finally, I addressed Dr Lach with 2 issues of my own. A lump near my breast which he removed (turned out to be a cyst). No more lump, and no scar. He also lasered a blood pimple on my cheek, also gone forever. I will no doubt come back if needed to Dr Lach and his professional staff. Gail, his assistant is very pleasant and she will make you feel very at ease. Thank you Dr Lach and staff for enriching our lives .

I saw this Dr back in 2013 for a fractured orbital blowout and let me just say he was so gentle and patient with my face before and after surgery! Just wish I didn't suffer now from constant daily all day migraines and be 1500 miles away from him to look into these migraines I've had now! Overall very professional and kind man and staff!
