After two years at looking at this small lesion on my face, my doctor suggested seeing Dr Hertl I wondered why, because Beverly is 90 minutes away with the wonderful Boston traffic North of the city It became apparent as soon as you walk in. The place is immaculate and her staff is wonderful which says a ton about her and then The removal was flawless. You.cannot tell where the incision occurred, but more importantly she spent the time talking about skin and rosacea Unfortunately, the story has an unhappy ending. Dr Hertl will be closing her practice to join her husband in Chicago However, if you ever need a very competent, knowledgeable and thorough plastic surgeon, Chicago is only a 2 hour plane ride It will be worth the trip....thank you, Doctor. Good luck
