I had a tummy tuck with muscle repair and lipo of the flanks on 11/29/18. Dr. Jones is amazing.....extremely professional and eases any anxiety and nervousness you may feel if you are thinking about getting any procedures done or are actually having any done. The entire experience from consult to post surgery visits were fantastic. His office staff are also very professional and patient, and very good at what they do. Dr. Jones is like a celebrity at CC Hospital too.....everyone raved about him when I went for my pre op testing which made me even more confident that I decided to choose the right doctor for my procedure. I love my results at even just 6 weeks post op. I would recommend Dr. Jones to anyone who is thinking about having any type of cosmetic surgery done.....he is amazing at what he does! Cape and Islands Plastic Surgery is the best!

Dr. Loffredo performed a breast reduction on me 2 weeks ago and I am amazed at his work. I have been researching a BR well over a year and I did my homework on Dr. Loffredo. His beside manner is terrific and explained the procedure in detailed and answered all my questions. His staff is super friendly and helpful as well. The procedure was performed at Cape Cod Hospital and the staff there is extremely nice. I would highly recommend Dr. Loffredo to anyone, his work is outstanding

Dr. Loffredo exceeded my expectations!! I went to him with ruptured Saline implant. He was kind and thorough explaining my options. His office was wonderful to work with getting me in for appointments and making me feel comfortable. I’m more than happy with my results and would recommend him 100%!

I cannot thank Dr Seth Jones enough for what an amazing job he did. It was such a smooth and easy process to get started. I had my liposuction surgery on February 14th, 2019 and i have never felt better. He does truly amazing work and I couldn't be happier. It was less expensive than I thought, and his staff were so nice and accommodating. I am at the 6 week post surgery mark and the results far exceed everything i could have wished for. I was referred by a friend to this practice and couldn’t be happier. In September, I had a full abdominal reconstruction. A very intense surgery that was handled amazingly by the team. Dr Loffredo has such a nice way about him, making you feel at ease about the procedure. He is professional, yet down to earth. Exactly what I look for. These procedures can be very tricky and he is so thorough at explaining the details and the recovery expectations. Sandy and Kelly are both awesome, they are always so helpful and friendly. My surgery results are incredible I couldn’t be happier. I look forward to having other procedures done in the future and always look forward to my follow up appointments because there is such a positive vibe here. Dr Lofreddo also assisted with a small repair on my 12 year old son’s lip. He was so patient with him as he was very anxious and it healed to perfection. I recently had a breast reduction and brachioplasty performed by Dr. Michael Loffredo of Cape and Islands Plastic Surgery at Cape Cod Hospital. I cannot say enough about the positive experience I had from start to finish with both the practice and the hospital. Dr. Loffredo was not the only doctor with whom I consulted, but he was definitely the best, so the decision to go “all the way down” to Plymouth, MA (for doctor appointments) and Hyannis on The Cape (for the hospital) from the North Shore wasn’t difficult at all. My health was too important to let a few extra miles or a longer drive time get in the way of great care. The first thing you will see upon meeting Dr. Loffredo is his amazing bedside manner and that caring nature is evident in the office staff he works with. On my first appointment, he took a very long time to explain the breast reduction procedure to me. He took measurements and copious notes about symptoms I was experiencing in order to present a case for coverage to my insurance company. Three weeks after my initial visit, and without any work on my part, I was approved by my insurance company. In addition, because I was going to be under anesthesia anyway, I inquired about having brachioplasty and decided to get it. Today, I am ten days post-op. Not only do I look fantastic, but I feel wonderful. Upon waking up from anesthesia, the range of motion in my neck had already improved. I am not a petite person, so I was very worried about my breasts ending up too small for the rest of my body. Dr. Loffredo completely understood my fear of being out of proportion and assured me that he would make me “look right”. To say he achieved this goal is an understatement. I am still amazed (and a bit giddy) at how great my breasts look. My arms look fantastic, as well! In conclusion, if you are considering cosmetic surgery, whether it be medically necessary or mentally necessary, you owe it to yourself to consult with Dr. Loffredo at Cape and Islands Plastic Surgery. You will be so glad you did!

I have had 2 surgeries with Dr. Loffredo and they have both been phenomenal. The first one I had July of last year. It was to do an implant exchange after having 3 kids. Everything from the first consult to the recovery appointments was awesome. I had no worries going into the surgery either. I felt comfortable calling the staff with any questions I had post op. The results were everything I was looking for and have continued to be a year later. The second surgery I had was this past May and it was a tummy tuck. No matter what kind of diet I had tried or exercise I could not get rid of the loose skin around my stomach. I went back to Dr. Loffredo and I am extremely happy I did. I came out of the surgery extremely flat and no excess skin at all. Same as the prior surgery everything about this was awesome. Sandy and everyone at the front desk are so sweet and awesome. I have had to bring my kids for most of trips and they are always so welcoming and made it so much fun for the kids. With my tummy tuck I was very pleased with how up front he was about what to expect after and how to maintain all my results. I go back for my last follow up in November and am looking forward to hearing how things have progressed. Would recommend 10/10 Dr. Loffredo and his staff!

Dr. Loffredo transformed my body into something beautiful again. I can look in the mirror now and not be reminded of Cancer everyday. Sometimes I forget I even had it. Dr. Loffredo can transform you.
