Their laser machines doesn't work really good and the owner knows that but he doesn't care about that, they uses the machines like that .When you start a plan to lose weight, it's suppose to take measures and your weight and take pictures too, to see the progress, but they don't do it, you feel like they don't care about your progress, the owner,"Dr" Victor is too lazy to do his job , After 15 sections that I did, nothing happened, I just lost my money.

First session was fine. Second session had the recepgionist put on numbing cream DId not know where to apply it, then woman who did the laser starting on high heat in middle of my lip which burned and left permenant scar on my face, my grandmother passed I of course completely forgot about my appointment, they never called. Two days later I called back to reschedule was told I would need to still pay for that session that they made severbal attempts to call me. Did not call once ! Told them forget it I'll go somewhere that Wong burn me. Worst place ever.
