I went to The Baltimore Center simply to buy product on a friend's referral because they have a trained medical esthetician on staff. I had such a great experience with Chelsey that I booked a hydrafacial with her for later in the week. Product visit : Chelsey was so down to earth and knowledge about every product. I also liked that she told me about product pricing so I didn't have to ask. I purchased SkinMedica Facial Cleanser and Dermal Repair Cream. I have been using them now for a 2 weeks and I love them both! Hydrafacial : My skin feels fantastic! Plus oddly there was something gratifying about seeing everything that Chelsey removed from my face. I also left the office looking great. Not at all red and blotchy like a regular facial.

Whether performing microdermabrasion, Hydrafacial, or peels, she is second to none! I trust her expertise in skincare products and am totally confident she prescribes what is appropriate. The environment at the Medi-Spa is serene and beautiful and very convenient. The staff is pleasant, professional, and extremely accommodating. The best!
