A friend/Rn referred me to Dr. Sinno after I had had a consult with another doctor. I am so grateful I decided to consult with Dr. Sinno before making my decision. His consult was so personal and thorough, I knew right away he was the only doctor I wanted doing my procedure. He spent 50 minutes talking to me before the initial exam. I had never experienced that before. His knowledge and passion was genuine and evident. I booked months out due to my schedule and the entire staff worked with me to accommodate my hectic needs. The surgery day was smooth and comforting. The nurse anesthetist was amazing and it was the only time I have never been sick after anesthesia. The results are PERFECT. Dr. Sinno is an amazing doctor. He’s had treated me, for various things, over the last 14 years. I’ve also had the pleasure of working along side him and Rima. I’ve seen Dr. Sinno transform bodies into a work of art. He’s taken a mastectomy patient, after months, sometimes years of treatment, and made them feel “whole” again. He’s created beautiful breasts with nothing but skin. He is compassionate and understanding. Everyone loves him, including myself. I’ve learned so much working with him. He’s also treated me, my family, and my friends. Nobody ever leaves our office disappointed. You’ll always be treated by him directly. I may sound biased, but he is the best plastic surgeon in Maryland.

After Having three children I wanted to get a tummy tuck. I also needed to get a hernia repaired. Dr. Sinno and his staff received me with warm friendly and comforting service which made me feel like family. Dr. Sinno’s level of care did not diminish after the surgery. I have been a patient of Dr. Sinno for about 2 years now and I would highly recommend him. When I was 17 I was diagnosed with a very rare congenital disease called MRKH. The surgery I had done was a vaginal reconstruction by use of a split thickness skin graft. Dr. Sinno did an amazing job of keeping things positive and keeping my hopes up while at the same time being very thorough. The surgery went perfectly. The majority of my time was spend in the office after my surgery, for follow up visits. The office itself is very cozy and welcoming as well as the staff. As a mom of 3, my body has had its ups and downs. After my first kid I had a breast reduction by another doctor who I never felt did it right. Then 5 years after the 3rd kid I was so unhappy with my body, I couldn't lose the weight, I felt like I had abs, but you couldn't see them. I felt unattractive and self conscious. My chest I felt was deflated and had some issues from the earlier reduction. My friend recommended Dr. Sinno. I found Dr. Sinno by chance. I was looking for a surgeon with experience with hernia repair. Searching the internet and looking at before and after images is what made me call for a consultation. He immediately made me feel like he really cared about my worries and concerns with this surgery....even pulling in one of his associates to go over the process that he was planning....to get that 2nd opinion. Dr. Sinno and his staff have treated me so graciously throughout this process. The women in his office are truly wonderful. To say that I am thrilled with my outcome would be an understatement and I am only 2 weeks out from my surgery. I decided to go the route of hernia repair/abdominoplasty because I was not comfortable with a permanent mesh being put into my body. I got the best of both worlds....permanent hernia repair with the added flat tummy bonus. There are not enough thank you's to give.

I have been treated with genuine care and concern throughout the process. I am also satisfied with the hospital experience, which eased my worries to begin with, regarding going under anesthesia. The nurses, technicians, and staff were all professional and compassionate with what I was going through, which was all new and intimidating to me. If I ever require other procedures, I will absolutely stay with Dr. Sinno, and I would recommend his practice to anyone considering plastic surgery.

I can't say enough of Dr Sinno and his skills as a surgeon. I had gastric bypass 9 years ago and had a lot of extra skin around the stomach after the 130lbs weight loss. I have had the best experience with Dr. Sinno and I knew he would be the doctor to perform my surgery after my initial consultation. After having a baby at 23, I was left with a lot of extra hanging skin and separated stomach muscles. During my consultation, Dr. Sinno discussed what exactly he would repair and the process of my surgery, making me feel confident that he would do the best extended abdominoplasty for me. One word that describes Dr. Sinno is “amazing”. At my initial consultation he thoroughly explained the procedure and answered all my questions. He was very positive and confident. I’ve been seeing doctor Sinno for 20 years due to a skin condition - which has always resulted in minor procedures a couple times a year. However, after a c-section with twins who amounted to 13.5 lbs, my little frame was beyond self-recovery. Doctor Sinno gently told me at 1 month postpartum that I had a major hernia, and to call him when I was ready to fix it. Stubborn as I am, I spent 8 months trying every exercise in the book to fix it myself, to no avail. So I finally called Dr. Sinno and told him I’m was ready. I tell you this because it’s important to know, as a plastic surgeon, how modest he is. He wasn’t pushy or aggressive - he waited for me to come to terms with my situation on my own time. My first time visiting the office for a different purpose felt strange, but as always, Dr. Sinno and his staff (Rima, Tayra and Justine) made me feel right at home and treated me like a part of the family, as they always do. Even though I had been to his office more times than I can count, Dr. Sinno still took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process of fixing my hernia and severe muscle separation through the route of abdominoplasty. The day of my surgery went so smooth - even though I had my surgery at a local hospital rather than the surgery center, I knew I was in the best care with Dr. Sinno and his staff of nurses and technicians. Dr. Sinno even made a special, personal call to my husband after my surgery to let him know I was in recovery and that everything went smooth - something we both appreciated more than he probably knew. Dr. Sinno takes so much pride in his work, and he and his staff are there around the clock to answer any questions you may have, even taking the time to make house calls post-op. They’re always helpful and attentive, and never make you feel judged. The sincere care they have for each of their patients is truly one-of-a-kind. To say I’m happy with my results is an understatement. At only 3 weeks post-op, all the pelvic and back pain I’ve dealt with for the past year are totally gone. And not only is my hernia fixed, but I have a flat tummy again too (woo!) Welcome back, self confidence. I am so happy with the results of my brachioplasty. After a large weight loss I was left with arms that I hated and was uncomfortable letting anyone see. Dr. Sinno was very down to earth, talked to me about the procedure but I never felt like he was trying to "sell" me on doing more then I wanted done. Dr. Sinno and his staff were incredible. I have never experienced such great care, from the first consult all the way through the surgery process. I had no complications from the surgery and my scars are fading and look great. This review is way overdo but much deserved. I underwent labial reduction back in August of this year with Dr. Sinno. I randomly and thankfully chose Dr. Sinno as there aren’t many plastic surgeons who do this particular type of surgery. I also don’t know of any friends that have had this type of procedure that could have referred me to someone. As a health care provider, I understand all too well the seriousness and risks involved with surgery. I did not make my decision to undergo surgery lightheartedly. The office is very nice and my initial impression of the staff and Dr Sinno was that they were incredibly professional and trustworthy. I first spoke with Tayra who was beyond accommodating and caring. I later met Rima and Justine who were also wonderful. Three months postoperatively, I can say I couldn’t be happier with my results. In part I’m sure it’s the area of the body but I have no scars and it looks like I was born this way. Having been in the OR for over 25 years, I am well versed with surgical talent when I see it. Dr. Sinno is a true artist. You can’t just have good hands and good judgement although they are imperative as a surgeon. Dr. Sinno appears to have it all. I would certainly trust him to do any other surgery on me and from experience can recommend him without reservation. I feel so fortunate to have found him, he seems to be a sincerely good-hearted individual who happens to be an outstanding surgeon.

It is a scary thing to trust a doctor in reconstructing your body. The minute I sat down with Dr. Sinno my nerves subsided and it was a great experience from start to finish. Him and his staff are excellent and make you feel very comfortable. I am so happy with the results!
