Quick, easy process. I came across this Dr on Groupon for Botox injections and was told to just pay when I come in. After talking to the admin & Dr, I opted to go for Dysport instead of Botox for crows feet area (my first time ever getting it done). The process was almost too quick and he didn't even have me smile while injecting the dysport which is how I saw it done in a few YouTube videos. Definitely more painful than I thought but I will be getting it done again. I loved how my crows feet area looked, but more bags formed under my eye when smiling, could be due to injection placement? I did some research and some Drs recommend injecting Dysport slightly under the eye to alleviate this. I saw a video of a Dr in DC doing this which I will show to the next Dr who does my injections. I paid $169 my first time and now my second would cost $300, so I am going to try somewhere else more comparable to the first price.. **edit, went somewhere else (ProMD for $149) and the injections hurt WAY less, and she did one under the eye to help those wrinkles, would recommend trying ProMD**

I first saw Dr. Rottman for Dysport and fillers. I loved my results and had very little swelling and minimal bruising. My lips looked very natural and symmetrical. Shortly after, I had him perform a breast lift/augmentation and I must say that Dr. Rottman exceeded my expectations, and the results look absolutely amazing. I met with Dr. Rottman to discuss having some scarring and adhesions repaired post surgery. I can’t begin to tell everyone out there how comfortable Dr. Rottman and his staff made me feel through the entire process. I had several visits and each one came with a wealth of education, comfort and support and a very thorough knowledge of how to proceed with minimizing and removing previous scarring. I ended up with a partial abdomino plasty and in all honesty had zero pain during the recovery process. I am two weeks out and the personal care and guidance from not only the staff but the surgical team was incredible. I was so anxious from previous GYN surgeries and the scars that had been left behind but I truly can’t begin to express how wonderful I feel having been guided through this process and to have such an amazing outcome. I started going to Dr. Rottman because he offered Groupon deals on Botox/fillers and has the least restrictions on use policies. Smart, I thought because that’s the way to build customer loyalty. So, when I made the decision to have cosmetic surgery at 49, going to him was a no brainer. I got two other quotes, and his price was in the ballpark. One August 7th, 2018 I received Liposuction 360 to create the waistline I always wanted. I was always a size 10, but I never curved in. Even with diet and exercise, it was getting more difficult to maintain what I had as I aged. A friend of mine, who is no stranger to plastic surgery, also advised me to get the fat that was removed injected in my face. Then, I could say goodbye to fillers for a long time. So, I asked Dr. Rottman if he could honor that request for the same fee. Without hesitation, he said yes! On the day of the surgery, Dr. Rottman noticed a rather large scar and significant indentation on my hip that I had acquired through a childhood surgery. I forget that it is even there, as I have had it for 45 years. But, he saw it, asked about, and then he’d FIX it while I was under. (My hips are now even.) This is getting long and I want to sum up, but the back story, to me, was important to share, as it truly defines his character in addition to his surgical skills. Let’s just say that I wish I would have done this a long time ago. Just under three weeks have passed since surgery , and my body looks the best it ever had, even in my 20s prior to my two kids. I love fashion, so I feel really good in everything I wear. And, I was told that I am still a bit puffy and will see EVEN MORE results in the next three weeks! Needless to say, this was a gamechanger for me. And my face, despite the 15 plus injections of fat that was applied, was a bit puffy, but not ridiculous- THINK -post dental surgery. And, I did not obtain one single bruise. I could literally go out in public 3 days later without too many questions asked. That being said, I slathered my face with oils and herbal remedies during my down time to ensure the prevention of swelling and bruising. I would post the photos that I took daily, because they are incredible- but I have not figured out which app to use to blur the face.

I can not say enough about how amazing Dr. Rottman is. I was referred to Dr Rottman by another plastic surgeon because I was interested in getting breast augmentation. I was advised that he specialized in breast augmentations and simply he was the best surgeon to go to. And that was from one of his peers. My first visit with Dr Rottman solidified the referral. He was extremely professional, and completely on top of all the newest advancements in augmentations. I felt I had done my research before my visit, and he was still able to teach me some things and make me aware of some things I didn't think about. He also recommended I visited other surgeons to make sure I found a surgeon I was happy with. At the same time, I had 2 other friends that were interested in Breast augmentation, so I went with them to their consultations as well to see what their doctors advised. In the end, I chose Dr. Rottman, one of my friends chose Luxxery Plastic Surgery (Dr Hakki), and the other chose Bella Cosmetic Surgery. All of us paid right about the same, so his pricing is on par with industry. My surgery was performed with absolutely no issues. I had minimal discomfort and was back to my normal work out routine, which include push up, in no time. My scars are minimal and my breasts are amazing! I also appreciate his bedside matter. I really feel like a part of his family. I have since visited his office for recommendation on sports bras, and check ups to make sure my breast are properly healed. I know that I am not just a face, but a member of the family when I come into his office. The proof is in the result. Between the three of us, my breast look the most natural, and I have absolutely NO issues with my result. Both of my friends wish they had listened to me instead of going with their surgeons. One of my friends is already seeking a revision because she feels that hers are messed up. I an so thankful for my experience with Dr. Rottman. My sister had been a patient of Dr. Rottman’s for breast reconstruction as a result of breast cancer. She had such a good experience and results with Dr. Rottman, that she suggested I meet with him. I am the mother of twins and as a result was in need of a tummy tuck. In meeting with Dr. Rottman, it was decided that I would have a tummy tuck and also lipo suction of my back. I found him to be very knowledgable and his manner to be very kind and comforting. He and his staff spent as much time as I needed during the consultation to explain the procedures and to answer any and all questions. I found his office to run smoothly and his staff to be very friendly and professional. Brooke was my main contact and she was so kind to deal with and could not have been nicer or more professional! I had researched the procedure but was still not quite sure what to expect. I will say that it was better than I could have imagined. My surgery was done at Northwest Hospital. The staff there was amazing and did everything they could for me. I experienced an unexpected allergic reaction to the pain medication and the nurses were so attentive, kind and professional. Dr. Rottman’s surgical method made my recovery very smooth and thankfully, uneventful. I had a major tummy tuck, with reconstruction of my abdominal muscles and lipo suction of my back, Initially, I had the normal restrictions of rest and limited movement but I was able to shower within 2 days, and had little to no pain within a few days as well. Due to the extent of the procedure that I personally had done, my total time of restrictions and recovery took about 3 months. During that time, I followed all instructions given by Dr. Rottman during my follow up appointments, and the results are unbelievable! It has been over six months and I am continually getting compliments! I will add that my husband found Dr. Rottman to be confident and reassuring during his conversations before and after the procedure. I would also recommend Northwest Hospital for this type of elective surgery.
