Dr. Schuster performed a rhinoplasty for me to correct multiple nose traumas from years of bumps and breaks. I am now 10 months out and his ability to keep me looking like me (only better) has been remarkable. I was always afraid I would emerge looking unlike myself, but the difference is positive for breathing and for my appearance. His staff and practice are wonderfully warm and provide comprehensive assistance through the process.

i had to go in for a surgery that i had been waiting 7 years to get and after talking to several different surgeons over the years i finally felt that i had found the right one with Dr Schuster. Right after contacting him on his website one of his staff was on the phone with me within the hour answering my questions and scheduling me in for an appointment. i had to go to him a total of 5 times (twice before the surgery and 3 times after) and was never left in the waiting room for more then 10 minutes, and during that time the very friendly staff made sure i was comfortable by offering drinks and snacks. Once i met the doctor himself i was very relieved to see that he understood my situation and worked very hard to get the procedure underway as soon as possible which all in all happened in less then a month. I would strongly recommend

My experience started when I called in for my consultation, the staff was very professional, warm and very knowledgeable, My very first appointment with Dr. Schuster was a great one, he was personable and answered all of my questions at that time. Dr. Schuster made sure that I was completely comfortable up until my surgery and the day off I was at ease knowing that I was in good hands. Dr. Schuster did my abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) and breast augmentation in the Spring of 2014. I cannot say enough good things about him, both as a surgeon and as a person. Before I had my surgery done, I asked a few folks about him. A friend of mine from the gym had the same procedures done by Dr. Schuster several years ago. She looks phenomenal, so that was a big plus. I asked another friend, a physician’s assistant that worked with him in the operating room. She told me that he would be doing her surgery someday, and described him as an “artist”. I was sold! Before my surgery, I had a prominent diastasis (separation) in my abdominal muscles resulting from my twin pregnancy. I literally looked 5 months pregnant nearly two years after the birth of my twins, despite hard-core workouts and a strict diet. Not to mention breast-feeding did a “job” on my already small breasts. Almost 1 year after my surgery, and I feel like a new person. Regarding the breast aug, ask around and you will hear that Dr. S is known as the “boob guy”. With good reason! I could not be happier with my new look. Regarding the tummy tuck, I can’t believe how flat my stomach is now. The man is an artist and I would not hesitate to have him do any other procedures I may have in the future. He is a highly-skilled surgeon and in my opinion the best around. On top of that, he was kind, compassionate, and very attentive. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering plastic surgery.

Very happy with my results from a surgery to remove breast tissue from underarms and to have a kybella injection at the base of my neck where I had a fat pocket. (Throat area) Dr. Shuster was extremely kind and made me feel very at ease with both procedures. He was also very encouraging, confident and positive. He is very professional, kind, quick to answer and questions or concerns, offers sincere advice vs. just giving you something you THINK you want, and explaining every detail of the surgical process to the fullest to make you feel comfortable. I received a breast augmentation surgery- 30AA to 30 full C on a 5ft 5in 105lb frame, 22yo, no kids. I'm very pleased with how it turned out. I was afraid I would look top heavy, but he assured me he would use his best judgement on the size based off of images I provided of people of similar size and go with the implant that looked best. I had an easy recovery; back to work FT post-op day 2 with minimal arm movements for first week, swelling gone by 1 1/2 mos post-op, and looking natural and perfect (in my opinion) on month 4 post-op! I would 100% recommend Dr. Schuster AND the Ideal Implant to anyone! (:

Dr. Schreiber was amazing with my son when he got injured in school and was in need of stitches. He went out of his way to accomodate our emergency and met us in the office that was closest to school. The injury was a pretty bad cut, cut in a few different directions, and Dr. Schreiber did a beautiful job of stitching it up!

Dr. Schuster was awesome..I had Lipo of my abdomen, lower back and waist done a last year and I'm very satisfied with the results. I still have a long way to go (need to loose a few pounds to get better results) which he told me from the beginning, but he did not give me unrealistic expectations. I had a huge abdomen,...but it's a BIG difference from where I was. He is professional and did not try to sell me on procedures that I did not need. I see why he wins "Baltimore's Top Doc" just about every year. If you are in the Baltimore area and thinking of cosmetic surgery he is your guy. Remember cheaper is not always better especially when you are dealing with your body. You get what you pay for!!...Dr. Schuster is the best and this is the best investment I've made by far.

Dr. Schuster performed a face lift for me seven months ago. I am thrilled with the excellent results and, hiding the fact that I had this procedure to anyone of my my friends, I continue to receive ongoing complements on how great I look, how rested and how young I look. Honestly, this has made me appear, easily, fifteen years younger. It's funny. You don't think that improving your appearance could so impact your mental outlook, but, it does. You are elated when you look in the mirror and see yourself looking so incredibly much better. And, knowing that this is how your face appears in other peoples eyes, you literally FEEL YOUNGER! Yes, what is INSIDE is what makes you a beautiful person, but why shouldn't the OUTSIDE reflect what is inside? My final note refers to the surgery procedure itself. It was so inconsequential in terms of downtime and there was never pain. I mean it hurts worse to scrap your knee. Dr. Schuster is honest, forthright and extremely professional, talented and kind. I would do this again in a flash...but I don't need to now!

This is a review of Dr. Schuster's business practices. I scheduled an appointment for IPL treatments to treat brown spots and rosacea. I was asked if I would see Dr. Phyllis Schuster. I was quoted one treatment for $250 or three treatments for $700. I agreed to three treatments. I was in the office, received my treatment and on the road in 15 minutes!!!! Before the second treatment a family hardship came up and when I asked for a refund of the balance they were going to charge me an additional $100. I used my debit card and they said the $100 was to cover credit card fees. I was very upset and felt I was being ripped off. I ended up paying $250 plus an additional $25. I have had treatments before and really wanted to get out of the deal because the first visit was so poor and now I know why!!!! Dr. Phyllis Schuster is a PEDIATRICIAN and walked over from her office next door. I feel like I was ripped off and that they should disclose she is a PEDIATRICIAN! So the moral is just because you call a Cosmetic Surgeonm do your research to see who is really treating you. You might end up with a PEDIATRICIAN and $275 less in your pocket.

Kim was very rude when I addressed a issue I had. A simple (we apologize) would’ve done and they could’ve kept me as a client. When I booked the appointment they matched a quote I got elsewhere. They told me to bring that so I printed it out and had it ready. I was then left a message later in the day that stayed they called and checked and were told a different price. I was treated as if I lied about a quote and that’s not a good feeling to have when you’re about to spend $300 plus for a treatment. It was shocking considering I have a print out of the quote. I’ve booked elsewhere and I won’t be recommending them to anyone.

I have had three surgeries performed by Dr Schuster in the past 9 months, tummy tuck, inner thigh lift and partial face lift. After a large weight loss these surgeries were greatly needed. My doctor recommended Dr. Schuster and after my own personal research I made my first appointment to see him. Immediately I felt at ease and knew that he came highly recommended and would be the doctor that would perform these surgeries on me. He is a perfectionist and had only my best interests and was truly focused on the best results for me. I can’t begin to explain how happy I am with my results. I look 15 years younger, I am more confident and happier than in 25 years! I had no issues at all from these surgeries and recuperated extremely fast under his care. I highly recommend Dr Schuster for any of your plastic surgery needs. I would never see another doctor other than him. He is fantastic!

This review is long but please please read. Dr. Shuster is truly one of a kind. If you’re thinking of choosing him as your surgeon please do! The scariest part about having surgery is trusting your surgeon and feeling secure that they have your best interest at heart. I sought out Dr. Shuster (his work is AH-MAZING!) about a secondary rhinoplasty and explained to him my concerns about my current result. Without even being a patient, Dr. Shuster took his time to review my photos and THOROUGHLY address my concerns. He was extremely honest and broke down why he believed a secondary rhinoplasty was not needed. I was soooo impressed by my entire interaction with Dr. Shuster. Again, I stress, I was NOT a patient yet he took his time (while he was away might I add) to review, examine, and assess my nose, address my concerns, thoroughly walk through them with me, and ultimately stop me from making a decision that was not in my best interest. I’ve spoken to other surgeons who were QUICK to offer services in an attempt to gain money and so I have nothing but respect for him. He also made sure that I wasn’t disappointed in his assessment, offered continued communication, and offered even more advice on how to correct other issues that I later brought up. He went above and beyond what was needed and I wish we had more surgeons like this! If this is how he treats people who aren’t his patients, actually being his patient must be absolutely incredible. We all know his work clearly speaks for itself (duh!) but I thought his character was so important to highlight as this is often overlooked and probably the most important part in choosing a surgeon. You are in the BEST hands. Untouchable work, extremelyyy knowledgeable, caring, and trustworthy. To have a surgeon with impeccable skills and great morals/character is a rare jackpot. If I ever need surgery in the future, he’ll be the only doctor I consider. Hands down. P.S. I was in communication with the staff and they are just as amazing as he is! You have a great team Dr. Shuster!

At a time when I had made a decision to have a bi-lateral mastectomy, Dr. Schuster made me feel comfortable with my decision and was very reassuring in my outcome. His office staff were friendly and efficient, and all of my questions were answered right away. Dr. Schuster is a very talented plastic surgeon, my results are terrific, I would recommend him. In addition to my breast reconstruction I decided to have a neck lift. Done at the time of my final implants I left the hospital with beautiful breasts and a subtle more youthful profile. I had an amazing experience. The staff was unbelievably nice, supportive and responsive to all my questions. Everyone was professional and friendly and helped me feel I had made the right decision. The process had been well explained and I felt well prepared. Painlessly, I was able to watch a couple of episodes of a new favorite show on netflix while undergoing my cool sculpting procedure. I also had a little botox for the first time between my brows. I was afraid of looking strange but Dr. Schuster injected the perfect amount to relax my brow but still have some movement.
