I had surgery one week ago, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Dr. Perrotta did the surgery, and he is amazing. From our first meeting through the surgery, he explained everything, spent a good amount of time, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable. The nurses are fantastic. I knew I was in capable hands and being well cared for. The office staff is friendly, efficient and professional. I would recommend this team to everyone. So far, They’ve exceeded my expectations.

I scheduled my surgery four months in advance and planned my vacation accordingly. Less than 30 days before my surgery date i was told that day was not available. Now i am unable to have my surgery due to the short notice. However if i had wanted to change it i would have had to give them 30 days notice. Now im just waiting to see if i can get my deposit back since they screwed up, not me.

I love how knowledgeable Kylie is. Everything she has recommended for my face has helped. You can’t go wrong here, they offer ZO skin products which are awesome products! I will continue to come here for my monthly facials bc even the prices are affordable and they have great specials that change monthly as well! Definitely recommended!

Very rude and unprofessional!! I am thinking of suing them for breach of confidentiality, if you are looking for privacy, clients beware, they discuss their clients and their procedures they have had or are having outside the office, so please beware, they gossip!!! Ladies you never know who knows someone!! I am very disgusted!!! And thanks for letting your friends know I had a procedure done, how would you feel if someone did that to you??? So disappointed

The majority of the experience was negative. I gave two stars because the procedure went pretty well. After my initial visit, I waited over a week for Laurie to call me with an estimate. It took three (3) phone calls to her before I could get a return call. I finally resorted to email, as it seemed she responded better to that. My last, and most important email, "was not received". I ended up with a credit on my account after my minor procedure because of me overpaying. I called and requested a refund of my money, and was told in a sarcastic tone by the receptionist that "Oh, we already mailed that out", like it had been done weeks ago. I asked when, and she said yesterday. I waited a month without receiving it and called back, only to find out that they had entered my address wrong. They also sent me to collections because a bill that was sent to my attention was returned, again because they put my address in wrong. Most of the staff is friendly, however, I feel that Laurie is incompetent.

This is hands down the best place to go for esthetician treatments and cosmetic procedures. Emily and Kyle with the med spa are phenomenal, and so are the P.A.'s. They all make you feel welcome and are tremendously friendly as well as professional. I recommend it to everyone I know when they talk about skin concerns and cosmetic treatments. My father has even gone here for skin cancer on his face and he loves them too!

My 4 year old recently had a procedure preformed by Dr. Perrotta at Peninsula Plastic Surgery. I was very nervous about the entire experience, however the doctor, nurses and office staff were wonderful! Not only did they put me at ease, allow me to ask as many questions as I needed to and give me a detailed education about the procedure, they also were amazing with my son. They made him totally at comfortable. The experience was so positive for my whole family. I would definitely recommend this practice.

Dr. Perotta was recommended by my breast cancer surgeon to handle reconstruction. He did a wonderful job making me feel like myself again. I was referred to Dr. Perrotta by my primary care physician approximately ten years ago. To date, I have had multiple procedures and surgeries in the surgical facility and examination room. My results with all are exceptional and have exceeded my expectations. Dr. Perrotta and the staff have been consistently courteous, compassionate, and willing to accommodate me in all ways possible. To anyone posting a negative review, I am surprised to hear it and sorry this was your experience. The best establishments will have a bad day; five star restaurants occasionally serve a bad meal. Please reconsider this practice as you make permanent decisions about your body. Frustration will quickly fade; botched surgical procedures are forever. You will be glad you did.

The overall experience was good, I have nothing to complain about on that aspect. However I am leaving a review about the result of my surgery. I got smart lipo on my lower legs. I wanted thinner ankles and my doctor suggested doing the top of my lower legs as well so they looked better as a whole. I agreed but was really only concerned about right around my ankles. It's been two years (they said give it a year to fully heal and see full results) but I never said anything until now because I didn't think anything could be done and I would just need to get a whole other surgery to correct it and I don't have the money for that right now anyway... but I am unhappy because the upper inner part of my legs around my calves are uneven. One leg has more fat out so it's like a big dent where as the other leg doesn't have it. I also wish more fat was taken out of my ankles instead, they look smaller than they were but still not really small. I was hoping they would get better with time, and if I had the money I would go get it fixed but for now they will just have to stay.
