I learned about coolsculpting while going to LaBella Medispa for chemical peels and was very interested. I was concerned with the shape of my abdomen and had already done a lot of proper eating and exercise and could just not get the stubborn fat off. I had a brief consultation with Shelly, the coolsculpting tech; she came up with a customized plan for how to address my individual concerns and expectations. I was very nervous when I arrived for my session, but Shelly put my mind at ease by thoroughly going over what to expect during and after the session. Her bedside manner was top notch and I felt at ease and trusting. The session went very well, with very little discomfort or pain. She performed coolsculpting on my front abdomen and on two sections of each of my sides. Three months later, I had lost ten pounds and two inches off of my waist. The contour of my abdomen turned out exactly how I desired. My clothes fit so much better and I feel so much more confident about the shape of my body. I highly recommend LaBella Medispa coolsculpting to anyone that has any discomfort about the stubborn fat on their body or the overall contour of their body. I just recently had a breast augmentation, lift and scar revision performed by Dr. Cappuccino. I am beyond happy with my results. I have very minimal scaring and my healing was very easy. Dr. Cappuccino is so great at what he does and is so great with the initial consult as well. He spent at least an hour and a half just at my consult with my husband and I, showing us all our options, lots of photos and explaining every step. My surgery it self was so easy to recover from. This past week I was admitted into the ER due to a vicious dog attack. Dr. Cappuccino has privileges at Carol County Hospital where I was taken. He was so good showing up in a timely manner, keeping me calm and talking to me the whole time. Such a positive and calming manner I was immediately reassured. But what puts him head and shoulders above the rest is his perfectionism and great work. When I was admitted all the hospital, the staff said to me "Oh good, Dr. Cappuccino is the one who is going to see you. He's the best." And he is! The work he has done to my face is nothing short of incredible. He was such a perfectionist (which is what you want when someone is working on putting your face back together!) His follow up is just as caring and careful. I can't recommend this doctor highly enough. I would trust him with any procedure a hundred times over and will recommend him highly to all my friends and family. He truly is the best!

I had a tummy tuck done by Dr. Cappuccino in January 2019. At 3 months post-op I can honestly say I have had an amazing experience! The initial consultation was very informative and I felt no pressure to schedule right away. He answered every question I had and was very clear with what would happen during the procedure. As someone who had lost over 100lbs but was still heavy. I wanted some of my excess skin removed, but my ultimate goal was not to be extremely skinny. The day of surgery went smoothly with everyone involved introducing themselves to me and everyone helped walk me through what was going to happen. Recovery went well and Dr Cappuccino kept in contact with me regularly. When I had concerns about the one drainage tube he worked to fit me in for an earlier appointment. My entire experience with Dr Cappuccino and his team has been great. I would highly recommend him as a surgeon.

Dr. C. and his staff have exceeded my expectations and gets a 5 all day long from me. A year ago, Dr. C. performed hernia repair and lipo of the abdomen, flanks and inner thighs. Because I was realistic with my expectations, I was thoroughly pleased with my results, especially considering where I'd started before the procedure. However, like any perfectionist, we both saw areas that could still be improved after my body fully healed. I stayed in contact with Dr. C. and his staff, and we scheduled a follow up to address those other areas. I had my second bout of lipo of the abdomen with Dr. C. on this past Monday and he truly demonstrated his commitment to making me look the best and feel even better. I have the typical swelling, but, no pain! We laughed and communicated throughout the entire procedure, which I truly appreciated. He spoke to me about what he was doing and why. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I already look great!! I cannot say enough about Dr. Cappuccino, two years ago my 9 year old soccer boy had a wart on his foot in a bad location. First we tried the Pediatric Doctors with no success, the wart never really went away and kept causing issues so we decided to go visit Dr. Cappuccino. Being a young boy he was a little scared but being a soccer player he was also tiered of the wart on his foot. Dr. Cappuccino was so good with my son and put him at ease, he actually enjoyed his office visit and thought it was cool to get his wart was surgically removed. Everyone at the office was very helpful and they even worked with us to reschedule until the office visit until after the playoffs; there has not been any regrowth nor any issues with that location off the foot, it is as though the wart never existed.

This experience was better than I ever imagined. I was so nervous and Dr C patiently answered all my questions before and after surgery. The nurses and anesthesiologist at the surgery center were great. Dr. C took the time to really listen to my concerns, and genuinely cared throughout the process that I was doing and getting exactly what I wanted. He also clearly explained every part of the process, every possible pain I would have (I was very worried about the pain), and the healing time. Everything was exactly as he described it would be. From the first time I met Dr. Cappuccino at his Open House in October, he made me feel very comfortable. I had the coolsulpting done! Shelly was amazing. She listened to all my concerns and needs. The procedure was not painful at all! I felt numb afterward for about 20 min and when I left the office I felt as if nothing had happened. I was a little sore then next morning but by the afternoon I was fine. The staff was amazing and I was checked on and asked if I was ok and if I needed anything. They offered me snacks and drinks and a extra blanket so I was comfortable. As one considers surgery in any circumstance it is a serious matter. As a patient it requires an individual to place their entire well being literally in the hands of another or others. I went to Dr. Cappuccino for a breast reduction, lift and augmentation! I could not be happier with not only my experience but my results as well! Dr.C and his staff were beyond amazing. They answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I was asking Dr. C to work a lot of magic when it came to my surgery and the one thing I loved was that he upfront and honest about what I could expect. He took photos and sent them off to be photoshoped to give me an idea of what my end result might look like. I was able to make changes to the photo so that both Dr. C and I were on the same page as to what I was hoping for. This was a great service that other Doctors I saw didn't offer. My surgery went very smoothly and for the most part so did my recovery. I am a mother of 4 boys and I also own my own company so down was not something I was going to have a lot of. I pushed myself a little to hard and popped a stitch Dr. C had given me the office cell phone to call or text in case of an emergency. So since it was a Sunday at 8pm I sent a text and got a reply within mins. I sent photos and Dr. C told me what to do to take care of the problem until my next appointment as it was nothing major. That following Sat. I was at work and popped a few more stitches and became very concerned. I texted the number and once again Dr.C replied within min. He was literally boarding a plain and still called me! Talk about above and beyond. He told me he was going to have Jen give me a call and she would walk me through what to do until I could get into the office on Monday. Jen is a very busy mother herself and called me within a min of hanging up the phone with Dr.C. She walked me through what I needed to do and answered all me questions. She then gave me her personal cell number in case I need anything else. She even took the time to text me that night to check up on me. I can not say enough about the quality of care and customer service that I received. In the end Dr.C was able to stitch up the couple stitches that I had popped and I was back on my way. It has been 4 months since my surgery and I could not be happier with my results! I have since been back to see Shelly and had coolsculpting done as well. Shelly is an absolute doll and once again I couldn't be happier with the quality of service I received. I would highly recommend Dr.C as this was by far one of the best things I could have ever done for myself and Dr.C & Staff just took it to the next level!

I went to see Dr. C after my most recent eye exam, when my doctor told me that my eyelids were starting to impede my peripheral vision. I knew of Dr. C. already through a friend, who had recommended him for a procedure she'd had a few years back. I was scared. I did not want a 'cosmetic procedure', I merely wanted to take of the eyelid issues. Dr. C. was respectful and kind, listened to my needs and honored them - and I could not be happier. The bonus was that, not only did he take care of my issue, I magically look younger and more awake after. Eye makeup goes on easier. I can wear contacts again! (the weight of my eyelids caused issues for me). I could not be more pleased with how Dr. C. listened to my needs and concerns, didn't push me to do more than I wanted, and is staff is fantastic - friendly, caring, etc. Could not recommend him and his staff any more highly.

I was evaluated by Dr. Cappuccino in late December 2017 to see what it would be like to have liposuction in my neck, chest, and belly. After initially meeting the staff at Dr. C's office, I felt very connected and welcomed. They are all very warm, great personalities and very helpful. Dr. C came in the room I was in and he explained everything that would take place if I decided to move forward with surgery. He took photos to have before pics and, after the 1st of the year, I decided to move forward with a surgery date, March 1. The surgery went great, I was in the surgery center around 7am, and on my way home by noon. Surgery lasted 2 1/2 hours, Dr. C explained everything that he was going to do before taking me back and he made me aware of any pain I might have. It has now been 10 weeks since surgery, I'm probably about 40% healed, I've been back for 2 post-ops and Dr. C said I'm healing great. He recently took photos being 9 weeks out, but he said I should see significant changes after 6 months post-op. I'm very happy with the staff, Dr. C, and of course... my surgical outcome. I'm looking forward to seeing what I'm going go look like down the road once the swelling has completed subsided. I highly recommend Dr. Cappuccino as he is a class act, as well as warm and welcoming and very passionate about his work. Dr. C performed a surgery on me. I had two consultation before it, and they were so patient with me, especially Dr. C. He is the weirdly good doctor that has time to get to know you and helps you to get what you want. His assessment of me during the consultation showed his ethics. I think he and his team must like their jobs a lot to be able to provide such care. I was treated like a human with respect, they served me with honor. I felt like a baby during my surgery with Dr. C. No one forced me to make a decision, or gave me just a glimpse of judgement, even I told them I had to save up a long time for this surgery. If you reading the reviews, you must be thinking about choosing Dr. C. At least just come for a consultation and test the team for yourself. I don't think they will disappointed you. I was so pleased from the beginning to the end, no complain at all. You will hear story about Dr. C's pretentious but stupid pet, which I enjoyed a lot. Of course the pet wasn't in the office.

I went to see Dr. Cappuccino a couple weeks ago about filling in a small bald spot in the front of my head. I have two previous hair transplants and one was horrible and left me with the strip scar and the second one covered the strip scar pretty well but I wasn't happy with the results for the front of my head. Instead of telling me what I wanted to hear and charging me 4-5 grand for a procedure, Dr. Cappuccino advised that "sometimes we are our own worst critics" and that I looked just fine. He actually got a second opinion and advised that there was nothing more he could do. I appreciate that so much because he looked out for my best interest instead of looking to make money and that really meant a lot to me. Definitely a stand up guy.

Before being recommended to go to Dr. Cappuccino, I went to lots of doctors even the famous John Hopkins ,but no one made me feel more appreciative and trustworthy besides Dr. Cappuccino. I had breast implant removal under local anesthesia with Dr. Cappuccino. He explained the procedure thoroughly, and made me feel comfortable about my decision. The procedure was painless, and Dr. Cappuccino made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. My recovery time was very minimal. Dr. C is an amazing doctor, and genuinely cares for his patients. This place was awesome! Very sweet staff and it is decorated beautifully inside. Christine Kelly was so so so sweet. She gave me a stress ball, a fan, and a ice pack to ensure I was comfortable the whole time. Exceeded my expectations. Most places you go to they just want your money and do not really care about the patients but this place I felt like I was in good hands.
