Physician phobia is a real state of mind, and it is rare that a doctor - by his or her demeanor, can make you feel at ease and comfortable - especially on first meeting, yet Dr. Dick is such a physician. In fact, his entire staff is wonderful: his receptionist Shelly was professional and kind and welcoming! I was most impressed with his ability to listen and hear what my concerns were; then he was empathetic of my needs, and lastly - he was reassuring. He performed the procedure and followed-up to ensure I was ok, and opened the door for me to return at any time if I needed his help. Dr. Dick has a great balance of professionalism mixed with calmness. There’s never a doubt that he is completely capable of addressing your needs. I trust his judgment, his skill and professional integrity.

My son was at the ER because he split his ear and needed stitches. The doctor suggested that we see a plastic surgeon. It was 5pm and my pediatrician was able to connect with Dr. Dick and he said to come right over. He graciously stayed late, was amazing in calming down my son and stitched up the cut in about 10 minutes. He then called later that night to help us mange the pain and make sure he's was doing ok. Dr. Dick is an incredible doctor! And I can't say enough about his sweet, compassionate, and accommodating staff. My 3 year old daughter split her lip open and needed stiches. His office squeezed her in within 2 hours and had her stitched up with a lollipop in hand within 10 minutes of our arrival. They took what could have been a horrific and traumatizing experience and turned it into a calm, pleasant experience (as much as can be expected with a 3 year old and a needle.) Dr. Dick's bedside manor was unbelievable! Even after having her faced sewn up my daughter now says she wants to be a doctor and help people like him :)

This office is a one stop address all your concerns from the immediate satisfaction of a few expertly places injections to the amazing long term beauty solutions of laser treatments! Honestly, there are no words to adequately express how fantastic these beauty angels are! Dr. Dick is refreshingly straight forward and always makes sure I get the get “the biggest bang for my buck” and explains all the options available to me that can help improve the things I show him that I wish looked different in the mirror and he takes the time to go over the cost of each option as well as his opinion on which will give me long term happiness! Dr. Olsen is fantastic with the laser, she is so knowledgeable and really seems to enjoy sharing her knowledge so you can make an informed decision about laser treatments or cool sculpting. I have never written a review before, but Dr. Dick and Dr. Olsen are soo special I felt compelled to comment. I initially came to Dr. Dick with stitches on my face and a broken nose due to an unfortunate accident in my home. He had to adjust my nose and remove the stitches above my eye. In order to minimize scarring, Dr. Dick explained to me all the things that I could do to ensure the best possible outcome. He was both kind and caring, as well as obviously experienced and talented. After all my swelling has disappeared, I will ask Dr. Dick to due surgery on my upper eyes. Dr. Olsen is currently performing laser surgery on my facial scars and I can already see positive results. She is equally kind, caring, experienced and talented. I will also be returning to Dr. Olsen for future beauty procedures. These two really are the PERFECT team. I would absolutely recommend them!

We were so grateful that Dr. Dick fit us in on an emergency basis after my daughter was injured at school. he fit us in within one hour and it was infinitely better than having to go to the ER since we knew she needed stitches. Since the cut was on her face it was a huge relief to know she was being treated by a plastic surgeon. Two months ago, Dr. Dick performed an upper eye lift on me in his office. The results are amazing. No more loose skin! Eyes are opened and makeup looks great. This procedure made such a huge difference in the way I feel too. I LOVE IT! From the beginning, Dr. Dick gave me all the information and answered every question I had and I always felt so comfortable and relaxed with every visit. Dr Dick is highly skilled in cosmetic and reconstructive facial surgery. Their is no pain just discomfort for a few days until the swelling is gone. He did reconstruction on my face to correct a scar from a long cut down the center of my check from melanoma surgery due to a cancerous mole in my side burn above the ear. Tissue had to be removed for a 'clean margin". After the surgery I went to Dr. Dick to restore my face and today you'd never know I had such a disfiguring scar. Thank you Dr Dick.

I was originally referred to a different plastic surgery practice to have a very minor procedure on the inside of my hand to remove a "cherry angioma" (a small, surfaced bundle of blood vessels creating a bubble that looked like a blood blister). Long story short, they wouldn't see me because of my insurance coverage, and I was frustrated that I had driven all the way to the office on my one day off for ONLY the consult (an additional copay!), and then couldn't be seen anyway! I called Dr. Dick's office as I was angrily walking out to my car to get a consult scheduled ASAP and they were so helpful and kind. Their receptionist, Shelly, had me walk over (their office was the nextdoor building) right then, and they were able fit me in to be seen right then! At this point I was so grateful to have just my consult so quickly, but then Dr. Dick came in and offered to remove my tiny angioma right then as well! As a cherry on top (no pun intended!), the nurse who helped Dr. Dick with the procedure and with my suture removal the next week (I believe her name was "Ellie"??), was such a joy to talk to. She is very experienced with many years of healthcare under her belt and made my time in the office pleasant and fun with all her stories! While this probably isn't standard practice for most offices, and obviously couldn't be done for all procedures, the point is that their office is incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Dr. Dick is very calm and reassuring, and his work is immaculate and exceptionally detail-oriented. I had a refreshingly positive experience with their office when I was expecting the normal "doctor's office shenanigans" with scheduling etc. I would highly recommend their office for any plastic surgery needs you might have. They're wonderful!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Dick. Due to a nasty laceration on my head, I was referred by the emergency room to a plastic surgeon who could not see me for two days (!) My regular physician then referred me to Dr. Dick, who asked the receptionist for the phone when I called in. After hearing my description of my injury, he had me come in in two hours. Everything about his clinic helped me remain calm and confident. He wasted no time getting to work, cleaning and suturing my wound. As a result, once I am fully healed, I do not expect to have any scarring. A little over a week after my follow up visit, I received a personal thank you letter from Dr. Dick. I had never received a thank you from a doctor before, and this was not a "canned" letter. He is very special that way. We are so grateful that he made himself available on such short notice and so clearly cared about taking care of my needs.
