I want to begin this positive review by giving imense credit to the courtesy and professionalism Dr. Naderi, Dr. Kulak and his staff have provided to me during my rhinoplasty procedure and subsequent filler appointments. Most of the time not enough credit is given to the office staff and they are such an integral part of the overall customer experience. If you are looking to have rhinoplasty performed, look no further. I have done the research for you, scoured the Internet and had multiple consultations which lead me to Dr. Naderi's office. He is a true master at his craft and takes YOUR facial features into account to create facial balance. He focused on my specific goals but also gave his professional feedback and recommendations, setting the perfect expectations. The other surgeons I consulted were so quick to ask for pictures of celebrities' noses that I liked to appease me and did not take into account MY facial features. They also wanted to perform a more invasive rhinoplasty, which I realized after meeting Dr. Naderi, was not necessary to acheive my goals. He did a wonderful job and I could not be happier!!

Dr. Naderi and his staff are amazing! I wanted fuller, but still natural-looking, lips. I was a bit apprehensive at first, as I had very small lips and do not like needles, but Dr. Naderi was great and made me feel very comfortable. He thoroughly explained the procedure to me, was extremely gentle, and answered all of questions. The procedure was fast, easy, and so effective. I now have fuller, natural-looking lips. I love my results! I will most certainly be back.

Went to this place in June for a non surgical nose job. Staff members were nice and friendly, the reason for a low rating is the doctor. I was not having a good day when I came in as I suffer from anxiety so I was a little nervous about the injections. As the doctor did the procedure I asked for a break because my anxiety was acting up and the doctor seemed very bothered. He stepped out and when he came back he said he did not think I needed anymore of the solution because it looked "fine". Results were supposed to last a year and it's only been 6 months and my nose is back to where it was before I got the fillers. I did like how my nose looked while it lasted, no doubt he is talented. However I honestly feel that I was ripped off and felt uncomfortable with this doctor. Before they say this is a "fake review" the last name I use is Somarriba and my procedure was June 4th. Bottom line is just don't go if you have an anxiety disorder, the doctor is not very compassionate.

If there was a negative star option I would choose negative 20 stars. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I spent over 2600 dollars on lip injections, under eye, and cheek injections. I got my procedures done over 6 months ago, my lips are completely lop sided and my under eyes continue to swell at least 2 times a week. They refuse to refund me or offer any type of reimbursement. Their customer service is incompetent, useless, and just plain rude. DO NOT GO HERE.

Despite his seemingly very professional and caring approach in discussing all issues pertaining to the rhinoplasty and septoplasty procedures he undertook to perform on my teenage son- (let it suffice to mention that a mere two weeks after the operation, during the course of a telephone conversation, he could not remember my son by name , and, quite elatedly, mistook him for another potential customer)-- the re-constructed nose failed miserably to live up to the images that we were shown and told to expect prior to the surgery. The explanation that he offered for this inexcusable shortcoming was, quite simply, that he ran out of skin during the procedure and that my son would need to have another operation, with him, in order to have the nose he was initially promised. I was charged $7,980, out of pocket, prior to the procedure. Further, Naderi's office failed to mention that there was a bill to be to sent to my insurance company. Needless to mention, how shocked I was to be informed by my insurance company that the hospital where he performed the operation, namely INOVA of Fairfax, had sent a claim of over $10,2000 to them. And all that, for a horribly performed procedure, in terms of how my son's nose looks now. To sum up, over $18,200 for a 2 hour procedure from the result of which, one should imagine, any novice individual to the field, could perform at a much lower cost; and in all likelihood without the ensuing side-effects (i.e, an outbreak of severe acne a few weeks after the procedure leaving behind deep-tissue, not to mention emotional, scars-- for a teenager- that is still going through laser treatment which has cost us close to $5000 so far).

I visited a few doctors for a consultation for rhinoplasty before having my consultation with Dr.Naderi. I felt hesitant after each consultation, not knowing if i was going to be pleased with how i would look post surgery. After my consultation with Dr.Naderi, i was completely sold. He was able to show me exactly what he was capable of doing and seemed like a really down to earth guy, unlike a few of the other doctors i visited. The fact that he focuses only on rhinoplasty, was probably the detail that really won me over, he is truly an artist when it comes to his work. His staff was also very accommodating and any question or doubt that i had was answered throughly and explained very clearly. Anticipating surgery i was nervous about the pain level i would experience after surgery, and to my surprise i had absolutely no pain post surgery. It has been almost 3 weeks since surgery and even though i still have swelling the results are already amazing. I honestly do not think i could recommend a better doctor.

I think of Dr. Naderi as a Picasso in the Rhinoplasty and Injection world. He is tasteful and very knowledgeable in the aesthetics of the face. He takes my needs and wants into consideration and has a very gentle/calm yet confident energy about him that puts me at ease. I have seen Dr. Naderi twice and both times I had to fly in from out of state. I saw him in consult for rhinoplasty (still pending a date) and for fillers/botox. I tried to get away with seeing someone local the second time around for fillers/botox, but after a couple of consults I did not feel secure handing my face over to anyone but him. The best part is I can fly in and out the same day without having to worry about any annoying side effects like hard lumps/bumps or asymmetry. The entire team at the Naderi centre are very pleasant and accommodating. I definitely recommend him to anyone.

If I could rate this practice any lower than 1 I would have done that with great pleasure I want any one that is wise enough to google this practice to not make the huge mistake that I made . I truly suffered and I have to blame myself for believing the false reviews of this doctor and the lies posted on different web sites. When I went in I found the office staff rude and unprofessional and that should have been a red flag for me but I thought they just had a bad day and things would get better. Dr Naderi was initially Nice until he got me to sign up for his procedures. I had one complication after other. I truly suffered and I could not even get a proper follow up with the doctor. Staff were rude to me on several occasions but Dr Naderi refused to accept any criticism of his staff and instead got more angry with me. He had no compassion or understanding for what he had put me through, I was nothing to him but dollar sign. Its so unfortunate that we as regular people have to work so hard for a dollar and then we give it to people like him to treat us this way. I found the doctor very arrogant and disconnected with patients. All my appeals for help and correction of his mistakes went unanswered and I had to leave his practice brokenhearted and seek help else where.

Avoid this place. Especially Dr Jessica Kulak. She must think a lot of her self. Do you know simply because I complimented her work and used the same words you see here and used in other reviews that she banned me from their office. But because I am an old male she disliked me from the start - I could tell. The staff was weird too. They seem to act suspicious of me because of my age. I was clearly discriminated against because of my age and because I was not attractive and young. Dr Kulak did not like my compliments that i offered immediately following my surgery. So I never I got the needed follow up examines beyond the initial examines after surgery. Now I am talking $30000 in surgery. So now much of work is down the drain because I did not get the necessary follow up care or treatments. My nose now has more bumps on it and inside it my nose than before. In addition my nose is still too big for my face in terms of its width. Dr Naderi did nothing to correct this aspect of proportionality. I was really disappointed. I got the sense that everything with them was about turning over patients just as fast they could turn patients. I do not trust them. I would really love to go after both doctors for discrimination. I know what it is like to be an older unattractive male and as such treated like a second class person. Just discarded like trash in their treatment. These people are also untruthful. The price changed several times. So do not believe anything they put in writing. It is run like a sweat shop. Terrible place. Underhanded untruthful and mean spirited group. Stay away.

Dr Naderi and his staff are excellent. I had a filler treatment with another doctor, and it was an extremely painful and unpleasant experience. After that experience, I was very reluctant to have another filler procdedure. However, I was looking 'tired' and really wanted to restore the volume loss in my face. After meeting Dr. Naderi, I felt completely at ease. Dr. Naderi knows exactly where to inject the filler to achieve the desired result. I felt absolutely no pain or discomfort. He takes his time and makes you feel relaxed during the procedure. I immediately saw the difference in my face! So. I had a worst case of deviated septum probably Dr. Naderi has ever seen (maybe) . Couldn't breathe from one nostril for as long as I can remember. I couldn't have gotten a better surgeon to do the surgery . Probably everyone who had septoplasty done would say that breathing is 100 times better, but not many people will have the worst septum which needs extensive correction and have everything go perfect from surgery to recovery to no change in the nose structure. If you need septoplasty I would recommend just to go with Dr. Naderi and don't waste time to shop around .

He is a cool person. He works with the patients to hear them out. But ultimately he will end up doing things he did not communicate. And questions i had following those complications, he either brushed off, suggested nasal spray which messed me up further, or told me i was crazy. Essentially i ended up botched and now have an insane amount of complications from it. they are rare, yes. I'm not saying i completely hate my nose. But i believe he didn't fully know the extent of everything. But i believe the surgery was AGGRESSIVE! He also messed with my turbinates which was never supposed to be a thing. Looking back, i think if you're going to get work done, make sure you go to someone who is an ENT as well. There are so many plastic surgery places out there. This review may get deleted. If it does that just goes to show you how the internet can skew things

if you had a Failed septoplasty, do NOT bother going to this dr, all he's gonna do is blablabla the whole consultation, he won't be interested in touching you, maybe he'll look into ur nose using a Q tip, then start talking about taking a part from your rib and putting it on ur nose, and act like that's something normal he does all the time, he'll simply show u that he's a butcher and end up referring you to a better dr than himself AND still make that $400 out of the useless consultation AND laugh at you, he won't bother asking u to do any exams, so my advise, look for more experienced dr, i believe he's overrated and too much advertisement makes him look like the expert in the field which is not, this is my experience with this dr.

entitled doctor he charges to much compared to other doctors in the area that maybe are better than Naderi . My sister ended paying $ 400 for 15 units of botox when other doctors in the area are charging half of that . ripp off!!! Update . For your information... Your wonderful Dr Naderi botched me in 2015. He put so much botox and filler in my face without even suggesting whether I need it or not leaving my face looking all weird for months . On top of that he did not applied numbing cream!! it was so paiful. And I did not write a review then because it was my first time doing fillers and botox and didnt know any better. He was very careless its all I have to say. Instead of arguing with the costumers that give you bad reviews , you should be more polite and put yourself in their shoes .

Extremely pleased with my visit(s) to Dr. Naderi. I scheduled an appointment with him for a non surgical nose job, unfortunately I did not properly prepare myself for the appointment and ended up fainting during the procedure (make sure you eat before you go!) Dr. Naderi and his staff were so caring and helpful during the entire ordeal. He assured me that we could continue the procedure another day and that I only worry about feeling better. He even went out of his way to email and call me the next day to check up. I just returned from finishing up the procedure and I could not be happier with the results. He applied plenty of numbing cream and administered the injections laying down taking extra precautions. This time having eaten before, it was a breeze and my nose has never looked better. I have fallen in love with Dr. Naderi and the entire staff, I will never go anywhere else for any type of cosmetic procedure. Having a doctor that really cares about their patients is extremely important and something you can be sure to find here.

i recently got a rhinoplasty with Dr. Naderi. I was scared, he made me feel calm, but i have a lot of scar tissue now and didn't know that was a thing... He didn't really warn me too much about that. I avoided certain things before and after the surgery. But he did not offer any solutions for the scars. I hear of doctors giving injections? But then i read he does surgery for scar revision so is he just trying to make more $ off of the scars you have? He looked into my nose with a flashlight and said "i don't see anything" But if you have a flashlight from the store and look into your nose, you don't see anything but blackness so... I thought that was a little dumb. Hopefully the scars goes away because i don't like them very much and they feel weird.

Staff is unprofessional and unfriendly. The Doctor is selfish , at times rude , unapproachable , with lack of empathy for patients and extremely expensive for the service that can be provided by other surgeons.Think twice before you make an appointment. Updated: I wish you had left my review alone. Unfortunately, I did come in and did get treated by Dr. Nadari. I had complications which where not corrected. I was told to be having a psychological disturbance and in need to see a psychiatrist. I never asked for any money back. No money in the world will make up for the pain and suffering that I experienced. Dr. Naderi , you can never correct what you did to me. So please use better judgement and don't hurt other patients in the future.
