After meeting Dr. Magge I knew right away I wanted to get my surgery done with him. His demeanor, and knowledge showed me that he definitely knew what he was doing and had lots of experience with it. His vision that he had for me was exactly what I wanted. My surgery went smooth and any questions I have had since I have been able to call or text him with, which has really made me feel okay as well. I'm 7 months post op today and I couldn't have made a better decision choosing Dr. Magge as my surgeon. I saw Dr. Magee about a laxity in my neck after a thyroidectomy. I was aware of his expert qualifications with advanced training in craniofacial surgery and I was also impressed by the relatively safe method of sedation used by CSA. I could not be happier with the success of my S lift. The neck looks better as expected and my face has a younger but natural look. Dr. Magee and the staff have been wonderful at every step of the way and follow up meticulous.

Dr. Magge is an extraordinary doctor, he is skilled and knowledgeable. I had a much needed breast reduction. My breast were so large and heavy that it caused my back, neck and shoulders excruciating pain. My shoulders had deep dark indentation marks. Dr. Magge was the second doctor that I sought out for an opinion. He is the best, along with his staff that were able to answer questions prior to me meeting the doctor. I feel so much better, I look damn good and yes, I look at my youthful breast with delight and smile. I should have done it sooner, but after consultation with Dr. Magge, I did not hesitate, I immediately made an appointment to get the reduction. I have very little scaring that is not really noticeable and pretty breast. At present, I am wearing a sport's bra until I completely heal. Just wait, I am not wearing nothing, let them be free, stand at attention and be sexy. My husband is always smiling, I am happy and so is he; the old ones were too heavy for him even though I carried the load. Thank God that I found Dr. Magge, I cannot thank him enough on how I feel and the outcome of my new youthful breast.

Dr. Magge often says "I am not GOD; I'm a MD." He may not be God, but he sure is God sent. He has done an incredible job on my body. I’ve gotten several procedures done including tummy tuck, breast augmentation, thigh, back and arm lift. All I can say is WOW! I love the results. I had lost a lot of weight and had a lot of saggy skin all over. Despite having slimmed down significantly, I looked like a blob. Dr. Magge very patiently and professionally discussed and explained all my options, procedures, and steps. He made great recommendations. The results are amazing. Due to the amount of sag my butt and breast were looking very droopy and I was very unhappy. However, I did not want those silicone implants. Dr. Magge totally understood my concerns and used the tissue around those areas to give me an uplifted, natural, and beautiful look. I was absolutely amazed with the results. I was referred by a friend to Cosmetic Surgery Associates (she had a recent breast reduction by another doctor in the office in July 2017). When I called to inquire about abdominal lipo, Jennifer was assigned as my Patient Coordinator. I was extremely nervous about the consultation and really didn’t know if I was a good candidate. Upon meeting Dr. Magge and Jennifer, they both put me right at ease. Jennifer was warm, open and spoke openly as to what other female patients inquired about. Dr. Magge was professional, soothing and (most importantly) honest about the areas that needed attention. I truly appreciated the fact that Dr. Magge didn’t try to “up sell” me on areas that he felt I could achieve results on my own. After the consultation I knew Dr. Magge was to be my surgeon. My name is Barbara and I am from Ohio. My PCP recommend Dr. Maggee ( he worked in Ohio àt the time) when I told him how much the excess skin on my stomach bothered me after a substantial weight loss. I was very nervous but I went and was so glad I did! Although embarrassed, Dr. made me feel at ease right away and he explained what he would do and said we were going to have a home run, not 2nd or 3rd base (his quote)...he wanted me to look for the best outcome there could be, a d that is just what he did! To my surprise, he didn't just remove the skin, I have the beautiful tummy of an 18 year old (I was 67 at the time!) Dr.Maggee is a surgical "Michealangelo!" I ended up deciding to wait on the rhinoplasty because I had gotten approval to have weight loss surgery. Instead I had him perform a chin liposuction on me. I am now about 4 weeks post op and the results are fantastic! The procedure itself was fairly painless and took very little time. My recovery was easy and the healing process is going very well. I LOVE Dr. Magge!!!! My life and mental health has changed since receiving a wonderful Mommy Makeover that included a breast lift and tummy tuck!! Dr. Magge himself is very professional and personable. He made me comfortable from the initial assessment and still 6 months later, very responsive and supportive with any questions. While I do not necessarily have a planned need for any further cosmetic surgery, if I need to, I will go right back to Dr. Magge for certain! I recommend him to anyone who asks about my procedures. I had liposuction of the abdominal, flanks, and back. My waist line was originally 40 (on those full days) 36 inches (on a really great day). Now after 3 months post op I am 34.5 inches. My name is Maureen and I'm a woman in her 40ish who found myself in the market of looking for a surgeon to replace my implants after ten years ASAP due to a car accident. After several trips to Chicago (as I live in Milwaukee) and searching locally 4 consultations later I was more than frustrated and decided to take my mothers advice and start a search in Bathesda Maryland as it was there I had my first surgery done and Dr. Conrod as since retired. I am 53 and I have lost about 50+ pounds and I CrossFit. However, I had excess skin in my arms and pockets of fat in my hips. I have been able to lose weight and build strong upper arms BUT the excess fat and weight in my under arms and pocket in my hip area nothing helped. As the more weight I lost the worse I felt about my arms. I hated wearing tank tops or bathing suits and did not feel good about myself. As a someone who is legally trained and very particular I did a lot of due diligence and research and consulted several doctors in my area. I knew going in an arm lift would have been the best solution BUT at my age and my lifestyle this is not what I wanted. I am ok with some extra skin but total flan no, especially when I do at least 100 pushups a day and working on pull ups. Several plastic surgeons told me that Smartlipo would not help much at my age and did not recommend it and did a hard sell for an arm lift, a tummy tuck, etc. I really wanted to look better so I had a consultation with Dr. Keshav Magee. He was so positive and encouraging and the entire office staff was amazing and kind. He did not give me false expectations but was certainly willing to make my arms and hip area look better. He did not promise I would have the arms of a 21-year-old again but felt I would be happy and comfortable with a tank top and as I work out felt I would be able to hopefully tighten up my arms even more after surgery. I had the procedures at the very end of November and only had slight discomfort and I healed quickly. I saw improvements right away and continue to see my skin tighten each day. I had the procedure on Tuesday and was back at work on Monday. The results are fantastic and I am so happy that I came to Cosmetic Surgery Associates! I have total confidence in Dr. Magge ' s ability to keep me looking good and feeling good about myself for many years to come. These pictures are a month out. I am now going on four months later, and I couldn't be happier with the results! (new pictures tomorrow) I am Incredibly thrilled with how much difference there is in my arms and my hips are amazing (no pictures) but let me say the area is flat and looks great in my leggings and yoga pants I am loving my results and the removal of the excess has helped me in my working out and my self-confidence. My results were as expected – and in fact I should say better than expected. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Magge and in fact I have and will move forward with other procedures with him over time.

I went to Dr. Magge for a mommy makeover (breast augmentation with breast implants and a tummy tuck). I had reservations about the procedure as I was unsure if the risk associated with surgery was worth the potential benefit of an aesthetically pleasing outcome. I am beyond pleased with my results! I have no regrets about the surgery...just wish I had it done by Dr. Magge 10 years ago. Dr. Magee is a true professional. He explained the procedure in detail, answered all of my questions(I had a lot) and put me at ease with the idea of having surgery. He assured me that he would not perform surgery if I was a surgical risk(that was much appreciated). He gave me a realistic timeframe to be off of work which was great for planning. I was concerned about having an anchor scar on my breast. He listened to my concern and gave me the option of a crescent lift with implants which look great. My breasts are firm, fuller and without visible scars. He was available for pre and post-op questions via phone. I text him the weekend before surgery, a few days and weeks post-op. Each text was promptly answered. His staff (particularly Joanne Gildea) is knowledgeable and professional. The office and surgical suite are pristine. Dr. Magge is an awesome plastic surgeon and a true perfectionist. I see why he is referred to as "the artist". I highly recommend him for a mommy makeover!

I look better now than I did at 25! I looked in the mirror after only week with some minimal swelling and broke down into tears. I sent him a picture and said thank you! I didn't think I would ever look or feel normal again. I can not express how happy I am with him, the CSA staff and these results!!! This was my 40th birthday gift to myself. I deserve all of this! Dr. Magge is a miracle worker. I was so impressed with a minor mole removal that Dr. Magge performed on my chin that I decided to see him for my first real "surgery." He was thoughtful, patient, and encouraging every step of the way. He's the type of surgeon that makes you feel at ease from the beginning. Procedures of this nature are already nerve-racking to begin with, but Dr. Magee and the staff at CSA outshone every medical experience I've had. The procedure went flawlessly and the staff was very upfront about reality: it took a good 2 months before the swelling completely subsided (it would have healed faster if I used a massage roller), but the result is amazing. I could feel the small area that always bothered me stripped of fat cells right away, so I knew it'd be worthwhile to wait out the swelling. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and am so happy I had a highly skilled and top doctor in every way for my first procedure.

After a great experience with regular breast augmentation at CSA back in 2009, I returned there for a prophylactic mastectomy following a genetic test and review of family history. I was assigned to work with Dr. Magge who had experience in this type of reconstruction. My breast surgeon, who performed the first part of the surgery, called him an "artist." I met with him several times prior to the surgery, and each time I was amazed at how supportive and personal my interactions with him were. He was not rushed, there was no question or concern too small, and he was thorough in his explanation of the procedure. HIs office staff and nurses were also terrific - no waiting, very professional. The surgery went so smoothly with no infection at all. The post-op expansion and subsequent exchange surgery (this is about a four month process) was equally promising. Again, I was struck by how supportive and caring Dr. Magge was. One month after my exchange, and I have to say that the final product is gorgeous - it's difficult to tell that I had the procedure done at all. This was not the case with the many women I connected with online in various mastectomy support groups. Their experiences were often plagued with issues. I can only speculate that my doctor, Dr. Magge, made all the difference in the world.
