My experience with Dr. Banks has been phenomenal and life changing. I'm so glad she has helped me so much through this life journey. I am at home healing from my procedure and thinking that I have been so lucky to have such an amazing doctor.

I received laser hair treatment. They have an updated machine which is very effective but be aware that Dr. Banks herself will not be doing the procedure. It will be a nurse or esthetician. My first few were with a nurse who was phenomenal but after that there was so much turn-over of staff. The newer people were not as competent. Furthermore, I agree with other comments that this practice is “money-hungry.”

I had mommy makeover and developed fupa area I was told most surgeons who sees that after healing will do Lipo to correct without a problem I paid her over 13k cash and she wanted charge me 3800 just for lipo in that small area that she was supposed to do when I went back for second session of lipo that I paid 3500 for after the 13K I already paid her she’s money hungry and never once checked back with me after I said I was not satisfied she stated lose weight it will disappear ok fast forward I lost over 30lbs and guess what it’s still there and now she says 3000 to correct the area I wouldn’t refer her to anyone

I had A Tummy Tuck and Lipo done by Dr. Banks a couple weeks ago. I was anticipating a lot of pain afterwards. To my surprise not much and the incision is beautiful. She changed my life.

This Doctor think she is too good for her patients. I went there with an issue she started to treat because the ER sent me to her. From the first day i felt i was not welcome. Why because i wasn't getting a cosmetic procedure with them. I was actually using my insurance. After a few visits and a procedure order by her, she told me to go see my physician which i did and my physician was surprised that she did that and sent me back to her. Fast forward..... Last visit, I went to her for a follow up from a another medical procedure she ordered, the doctor sent the front desk person to see what was my issue. The front desk person then came back and said the Dr. did not need to see me. I was so confused but i just left. I took off work to see the doctor only to find out i was going to be seen by a front desk person. Few days later, same problem and getting worst. I called made another follow up appointment and i got a call back about some issue with my insurance and they refusing to see me due to the insurance issue. This was just another excuse not to see me. I spoke with Miriam and i explained i have never felt welcome here and she just replied "oh well". Terrible service! The doctor do not care about her patients well being.
