Hey everyone i went to this practice because i heard good things about dr kane the atmosphere was quite lovly the staff professional but most of i travelled their from pa it was a drive WELL worth it my skin had turned dark and i looked old dr kane recommented a skin regimen i never heard of but now i feel good about how i look now and let me say kelley was amazing she showed me how to apply it and i came back and now i might be getting a facial or skin peel but all i can say try them i am a women color it really worked for me i m so grateful to them

Dr. Kane and Lauri are the kindest most caring people that l have ever met. The Staff are the best! I am a 46 year old black woman. When I went to see Dr. Kane I had lost a lot of weight. I’m very active and stayed in the gym. I looked great to everyone except me. My stomach and breast didn’t reflect how I felt on the inside. I knew no matter how much I exercised that stomach would never be flat the way I wanted. And my breasts were so flat they didn’t fit my body. My face had also lost a lot of volume. On to the good stuff! I did a tunny tuck w/liposuction first. OMG! My results are so far beyond what I could have ever expected. Three weeks later I did my breast lift. I also did a fat transfer to my cheeks, Botox and some filler. Let me just say I look ten years younger in my face. And my body wasn’t this hot EVER!! I am a full blown hottie! Seeing is believing. Dr. Kane and his staff are everything!!! And Lauri is great and beautiful.

I forgot this look The Cool Sculpting was a gift for Valentine's day for my wife and she is writing. So, you know how it is: full time job, double full time children, and eventually double pre-wedding size. I go to the gym 3-4 times per week exercise, doing circling and yoga, but... This kangaroo pouch after two difficult pregnancies and c-sections still there no matter what. I read and read reviews, many of them. There is my review now. I have two problem areas- lower abdomen and upper arms, you know these "wings". So, I am very happy with a result. I exchanged new pants size 8 to size 6. In less than 2 months after procedure lower abdomen is half size. I barely believe to my big mirror. If you want to do Cool sculpting to loose wait - for get it. Get liposuction instead. But Cool sculpting works for me. MedSpa looks like museum or like gorgeous art place at least, and right from the beginning you feel welcome and taken good care. Yes, the procedure is costly, but how much you would pay for your dream comes true?

I am a 63-year-old man and now most people think I am no older than my early 40s. Procedures I had: 1. Corregator resection (reduces vertical lines above the nose) 2. Bilateral upper lid blepharoplasty (removal of excess skin and fat from upper eyelids) 3. Standard rhytidectomy (removal of excess skin from the face, jowl and neck. Tightening the underlying fascia and muscle.) I choose to have the procedures done to have a more youthful appearance, particularly the excess skin at the jowl and neck. Dr Kane and his staff are superb. The word excellent would not give them enough credit for the outstanding experience I had. Everyone is very professional and friendly. I was fully informed as to what to expect and what the total costs would be in advance. If you are considering cosmetic surgery, Dr. Kane and his staff are, in my opinion, the best in their field and the only ones to choose. I honestly do feel this strongly about how outstanding they are. I chose Dr. Kane partially due to a recommendation from a friend of a friend and also after doing research online. I could not be more satisfied about the results. Several friends who knew I was getting cosmetic surgery say that the procedure has taken more than 20 years off my appearance. Other friends that do not know just comment either that I never seem to age or that I am looking good. This makes me feel better about appearance and myself. As I was writing this, I stopped to get my hair cut and this was the first time in years that I actually didn’t mind looking at my reflection in the mirror.

My experience at Dr. Kane’a office has exceeded my expectations in every way. I was so thrilled with my experience that I came back to have several other procedures done. I have Never had a dr standing in front of me with needles in my face (fillers) and I literally have to ask “Are we ready yet?) only to hear Dr. Kane say “I’m almost done”. I felt nothing! He is the most gentle doctor that I have ever dealt with. He is patient, understanding, and when my expectations are unrealistic, unfortunately, he tells me the truth, and doesn’t encourage me to spend money, if he doesn’t feel the outcome will meet or exceed my expectations. I oftentimes want instant gratification, and I expect him to be a magician, but he is also VERY qualified at giving me reality checks, sooooo........anyway....I’m really happy to have someone who treats me like a human being, and really works hard to please me. I highly recommend Dr. Dean Kane, but I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the very hard working team that supports him. Lauri, Debbie, Mary Lu, Lisa. They work as a unit, and they are such an important part of my journey, because we always find flaws with ourselves, even if others don’t see them. This office supports me, and allows me to make my own informed decisions about what I do and don’t want.

I have come to adore Dr. Dean Kane, his lovely wife Lauri (who has so much medical knowledge and achievement of her own), as well as not just their support staff but also their facilities. They all deserve nothing short of a 5-star rating. First, I will just bare-bones tell you how I would rate my experience at the Center for Cosmetic Surgery & Medi-Spa: 10/10 staff experience 10/10 confidence in guidance 10/10 recovery experience And so far I’ve elected for 3 procedures: 10/10 Dysport results 10/10 Restylane results (Lower-lid blepharoplasty TBD) For reference, I got the furrow and squint muscles neutralized in my forehead and beside my eyes, with Dysport. It’s similar to Botox. The muscles that tend to give people aging upper forehead lines don’t cause me any (grateful for that) so I had no need for that and both Dr. Kane and Lauri were positive and encouraging about allowing those to stay mobile and natural. So, I now cannot furrow my brows, which completely smoothed out the fine lines that were bothering me AND I can still raise and lower my brows, allowing natural expression without a hint of “having work done.” Absolutely 10/10. I also got Restylane filler at the spot where my under-eyes meet my cheeks, as well as over my cheek bones themselves, to lessen the appearance of the bags and lighten the shadow where my bags sit. Plus, having the filler plump up my cheeks themselves subtly streamlined and contoured my features. The Restylane I rated 10/10 because my expectations were met. Still, the bags under my eyes were prominent, so I knew I would either need more filler, once the initial set in, or I could choose to have a lower-lid blepharoplasty. I chose the bleph because the bags under my eyes have been my most insecure feature and I wanted them GONE. :) However, I am still in the very preliminary stages of healing from the lower-lid bleph, so I will simply say that review is to be determined (TBD). As far as the Dyport and Restylane, it was probably 10 injections total for both procedures plus the local anesthesia. The swelling and injection bruises were definitely noticeable the first day and a half, but I hesitate to even call the injections painful because it was so light and did not linger. Now that I am fully healed, the area between my under eyes and my cheeks / nose is little tender to press on (only on one side) but truly unnoticeable and completely painless outside of just pushing on my own face, and I knew ahead of time that this could happen. I have no complaints. The doctor and his staff were great. I even fell in love with their Esthetician, and we have only just begun. I know the most important thing in a medical review is the procedures, and I am wholly satisfied, I would just feel so remiss if I did not sincerely express how much comfort and care Dr. Kane, Lauri, and their staff have given me. From start to finish, it was such a stress-free and relieving experience that the only thing I had to concern myself with was showing up (and of course the bill). To boot, they have a beautiful facility, fully equipped for all of your needs. I will be returning to Dr. Dean Kane’s Center for Cosmetic Surgery & Medi-Spa for all of my future work, at least for as long as I’m in the DMV (DC - MD - VA area).

I’ve not had surgery yet, but just the visits have been very productive. Both Dr. Kane and his wife sat and talked to me about what I needed. It wasn’t a forceful or rushed conversation and they put me at ease. I am 65 and feel I could look better. Amazing how your face and neck (as well as the rest of your body) can droop and drop. I still feel young and vibrant, so I should look the same way. Lisa was very friendly and helpful setting up pre-op for me. I look forward to my surgery date. This is an update...had the surgery. It went very well. I was met at the door by Mary Lou, was prepped for surgery, and Dr. Kane was ready. No waiting. I'm home healing. He even called that night to check on me. All looks good so far. Thanks to Dr. Kane and his kind and professional staff. September 2018: Just wanted to add that my neck looks so nice without the fat pocket. Dr. Kane put the fat from my neck into my sunken cheeks. I'm looking more youthful. I'm now getting facials at his Center. I am strengthening the skin on my face. Kelly is great with her soothing facials. Shes getting rid of my old, dead skin. I get compliments on how fresh and clean my face now looks. Not even wearing makeup!!! It's amazing how I started and how I look today. Will update in a month. Thank you Dr. Kane and staff. November 8, 2018: It’s been three months. My neck looks great and still getting tighter. Dr. Kane likes my progress. I feel good and I look good. I’m happy!!! Update: 12/11/18 I just had the most magnificent facial from Kelly. OMGoodness! She said my face is really looking great. I have gotten compliments and I'm not even wearing make-up. I was never one for massages and facials, but I'm a believer. I love how Kelly gives the facial, and I'll be back. I feel wonderful!! Update: 02/08/19 I met with Dr. Dean Kane to check my progress since my surgery. He was pleased, as I am. They took photos to document my progress. It was a nice visit. She went over all facials being offered so that I could decide which I wanted. I went for the seaweed. Interesting facial. The seaweed was slimy but it began to hug my face. Kelly gave my hands a warm conditioning while the seaweed was doing its thing. I felt like a queen!!! Two people told me my face was glowing while I was out shopping after the facial. Thx Kelly, it was awesome!!! Update: 03/09/19 I received a complimentary facial, called a clean up. It was very nice. I'm bringing my 96 year old mother for a facial. I know it will be great for her. Thx Kelly!!! Update: 04/12/19 I’ve been so impressed by the facials Kelly gives, I brought my 96 year old mother. Kelly was so gentle and careful with my mom. Mom received the relaxing facial where her hands are massaged and put in heated pouches, along with a great facial. My mother kept saying...WOW, TOTALLY INDESCRIBABLE! I then had the hydration facial where my face was deep cleaned with fluid and a suction gadget. Oh my, my skin looked so clean and bright. Another great day at The Kane Center. Kelly is the BEST!!!

I am U.S. Navy Retired - Due to a shoulder injury 6 years ago I've been unable to properly workout my chest/shoulders/back. I was getting disgusted with my chest fat and was advised quickly at "Center for Cosmetic Surgery & MediSpa" that some cool sculpting would do the trick. Indeed it did! I could see improvements in just a week even though I wasn't supposed to expect full results for 3 months. It's been 8 weeks now since the procedure and I am very comfortable in my clothes and at the beach now.Dr. Kane, Laurie, and the entire staff made me feel at ease and very comfortable every visit I've made there. I went to Dr. Kane’s office back in March 2019 for a consultation on cool sculpturing . The front desk was very friendly and I got taken in right away after filling out some paperwork . I met with Susan who would eventually do my cool sculpturing . She was a gem ... explaining the procedure and answering any questions that I had . Never at any point rushing me . When I had the procedure done she was the same way and I also had Dr. Kane check in before and after the procedure asking if I had any questions or concerns . Three months later I’m writing this review with a follow up on the cool sculpturing . I got to see the before and after pictures ... It made quite a difference in reduction of my belly fat and all that was promised was 20 to 25% ...which it looks like I achieved... I am going for another round in July and hope to get the same reduction but never at any point was I pressured into doing so ....it was always on my terms and my decision . Dr. Kane came in again to check on the results and any concerns I might have . I would have no hesitation in going to this office or having cool sculpturing/ procedure again.

My negative experience started with speaking to the receptionist. I called because I was never called using the online request for appointment. I was interrogated as to what I wanted to get done as well as all personal data and address to which her reaction was as if I was too ignorant to realize they were in Pikesville or not their kind of people adding they charge 75.00 for the first visit to evaluate. I reminded her what I wanted and was advised it wouldn’t happen on first visit and it could be 400 on subsequent visit. I advised the receptionist I was no longer interested in the appointment. They are not transparent on the website with their fees. I also opt out on the website they texted . 6 days later I received another text reference my appointment date and time? I called the office to have them remove my personal data from their data base to which I was told she would try. thendecided to write this review.

This was my first visit to Dr. Kane's office. I felt so comfortable and not anxious at all. They made me feel so welcome and the office atomsphere is wonderful. I met with Mrs. Kane and she was so friendly and didn't judge at all. She provided a wealth of information, to help me make a good decision. Dr. Kane was as friendly as her. They provided me the information to make a decision on what I will need to do. They explained everything regarding the process. I get Radiesse injections to correct the hollowing under my eyes and I've had flawless results every time. I feel so confident and beautiful after every procedure. I cant forget his wonderful staff. From the receptionist to the nurses, they are all so friendly and treat you like family. Laurie is one of the nicest people I've ever met and it's obvious that everyone who works there cares about your well-being. It's also obvious how much Dr. Kane loves his job and takes his work seriously. Highly recommend.

She was very helpful, friendly, and recommended the right products without overselling. I took advantage of their specials and got a facial package. My first facial with Deb was lovely...she did a great job. She is very knowledgeable, kind, and tailors every treatment to each individual. I recommend her highly. The products are pricey, especially if not on sale, but if you are willing to spend some money, they really do work. I went to the Pikesville location.

The waiting room is so lush I feel like I am in Beverly Hills very beautiful with Dr Kanes artwork adorning the walls. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!! I almost died twice after having abdominal liposuction. I was admitted to hospital the same night that I came home and had to have two blood transfusions....my blood pressure was so low that is almost died. A couple of weeks afterwards I ended up with cellulitis, which is an infection under the skin that spread down my legs. I was hospitalized for a week and had to have two more surgeries to clean out the infection in my abdomen. It has been two years and my stomach looks worse than before I had the surgery. Of course Dr. Kane assumes no responsibility in any of this.

Every time I visit Dr. Dean Kane’s office it is a positive experience. I actually come up from Florida once a year for Dr. Kane to do my fillers and TCA chemical peel. I love how Dr. Kane uses fillers in my cheeks to plump them and in my lips to smooth out my lip lines. I had acne scarring as a teenager and my yearly TCA chemical peel has made a wonderful difference that tightens and smooths my skin. I have stayed on their ZO skin products by Obagi for years and I have seen a major difference in my skin. I am 67 years old and these non-surgical treatments have truly kept my face refreshed and youthful. But this visit to Baltimore was a new and different experience with Dr. Kane, because ProNox (a laughing gas) was administered. This made a huge difference in that it provided relief to my anxiety and reduced my pain levels while Dr. Kane was working on me. Having done these two procedures in my prior visits, I will use ProNox in my future visits. I highly recommend it. I was still able to drive home right after my treatment. Dr. Kane is the quintessential doctor. He is kind, compassionate, caring and an artist. He really listens to my desired goals. He has done my breast augmentation many years ago and I still love them. The staff at Dr. Kane’s office are all exemplary. They are very attentive, warm and caring. Dr. Kane is my go to doctor’s office for all my cosmetic needs.

Dr. Kane thoroughly researched both conditions and was not deterred in the least. I’ve had Botox and lip injections other places, however after seeing Dr. Kane and getting Botox and Restyline, I see the difference between someone who just does Botox and someone who KNOWS Botox and Restyline. I love Dr. Kane’s bed side manner, always listening to me and explaining why what I may think would look amazing may or may not be the best option for me. I have never had someone spend so much time on my lips. His technique for lip injections is awesome, no pain during the injections. He injects, and smooths with his hands, never giving me duck lips or lumpy lips. I'll be honest. I've tried other place for injectables including Groupon offers. I never ever ever get the smooth forehead, subtle brow lift or fullness in my lips with them. I'll gladly spend the money for the best. And after each appointment, he always says, "After 2 weeks if it's not perfect or you need anything give us a call." I've never experience a need to go back for touch ups! Perfection on the 1st try. I have always been unhappy with the size of my breasts, large A small B, and went to Dr Kane for a consultation. Very personable, excellent care, high end skin care products, advanced antiaging enhancements. Dr. Dean and Lori Kane are passionate about antiaging treatment and offer the best practice in Baltimore! I went to Dr. Kane for Microneedling PRP a.k.a. "Vampire Facelift". The procedure took an hour and included a facial followup. During the procedure I got ProNox (for relief of pain and anxiety) which allowed me to increase the strength of the needling and with PRP (a must for microneedling), recovery was amazingly fast (minor discomfort during the night. I recommend sleeping next to a humidifier and requesting Obagi Post recovery cream along with the post op care box. Note: In a previous experience with microneedling (non-PRP) at another dermatology practice, the pain lasted for days and recovery was very painful. In comparison Dr. Kane offered deeper microneedling with ProNox and PRP to accelerate recovery for all around better results.

To be accurate, my wife was the patient. She was not given an accurate prognosis of the pain she would experience. The doctor was not qualified to manage the pain/medicine cycle. She was both in acute pain and over medicated simultaneously. Two days after the surgery she admitted that the whole surgery was a big mistake. Dr Cain was more interested in his policies and procedures than the patient's welfare. He denied any responsibility for any issue. He had no integrated strategy for the patient. He was completely out of touch with her condition. My feeling is that he should be reviewed by the appropriate overseeing entity as to his competence in administering drugs. The status quo is that I rate him closer to a criminal than a good doctor.
