Wow is all I can say! I’m now 12 days post op and I’m loving my results. Dr.Richards and his staff were wonderful through this whole process. I saw Dr. Magee about a laxity in my neck after a thyroidectomy. I was aware of his expert qualifications with advanced training in craniofacial surgery and I was also impressed by the relatively safe method of sedation used by CSA. I could not be happier with the success of my S lift. The neck looks better as expected and my face has a younger but natural look. Dr. Magee and the staff have been wonderful at every step of the way and follow up meticulous.

Dr. Richards is an phenomenal surgeon. Not only is his staff professional and accommodating, but he has an amazing bedside manner. I went with Cosmetic Surgery Associates, more specifically Dr. Richards, based off his reviews, and post op pictures. His work was natural, and exactly what I was looking for. He performed a breast augmentation/ lift, and a transconjunctival blepharoplasty with skin pinch. I couldn't be happier. He is truly an expert in regards to both surgeries, and I am living proof. From the day of surgery, to the months that followed, everything was a breeze. He eased my mind with any concerns, making sure I was comfortable, and aware of the process. Healing, pain, and results exceeded my expectations. I without a doubt recommend Doctor Richards. Surgery mentally and physically isn't easy. I had reservations when it can to the outcome, and I don't like to gamble. Yet I wasn't happy, and my self esteem suffered. Dr Richards changed that. He advised me that if it bothers you, fix it. I took that chance knowing he was the preeminent choice for me and what I wanted, and I'm glad I did.

I recently had a procedure with Dr. Jabs for lipo suction in my upper arms. I did my due diligence and saw a few different cosmetic surgeons as I had never gotten a procedure like this done before. I decided to go with Dr. Jabs and his team because of the surgery technique discussed as well as they had facilities to do within house as well as their expertise. Cost was reasonable. I moved ahead with the procedure. It went very well. I was prepared for what to expect and staff/ team were able to answer any questions after the surgery I had while I was recovering. I couldn’t have chose a better Dr. After quite some research I found Dr. Magge on real self. I called the office the next day and was in the following day for a consult. At my consult the check-in process was easy and welcoming. When I was put in a room they were extremely accommodating, as I had my husband and small children. Mariah was great. I told her what my expectations were and had me try on 3 sizes. One she thought would be too small, too big, and one she thought would be perfect. Her recommendation was perfect. When Dr. Magge came in he was very knowledgeable and easy going, and also made me feel super comfortable. I booked my surgery To be done 5 days later from my consult. I was very nervous, but everyone I had an encounter with that day to get me prepped was happy for me and made me at ease. I would recommend Dr. Magge and Cosmetic Plastic Surgery 1000x over again. I LOVE Dr. Magge!!!! My life and mental health has changed since receiving a wonderful Mommy Makeover that included a breast lift and tummy tuck!! Dr. Magge himself is very professional and personable. He made me comfortable from the initial assessment and still 6 months later, very responsive and supportive with any questions. I went in for a long desired breast lift but I had many questions about other interested target areas. Dr. Magge was reassuring and very honest and discussed what was best for me. It resulted in a breast lift (with no augmentation) and a tummy tuck. The tummy tuck was a real treat for me and I was super apprehensive but I was assured by Dr. Magge and also my "intake consultant", Jennifer. A major plus for the office is that not only is Dr. Magge phenomenal but the support staff is as well. In fact, one of the distinguishing factors was my intake process. Jennifer was very candid with me and I shared my experiences about other consultations and recommendations. Jennifer was not partial and provided feedback that allowed me to make the best decision for myself. The support from Dr. Magge and his nurse post surgery was on point. I never had any issue with reaching the office or getting a response. Dr. Magge personally checked on me post surgery within 24 hours. I really cannot say enough about Cosmetic Surgery Associates and Dr. Magge specifically. While I do not necessarily have a planned need for any further cosmetic surgery, if I need to, I will go right back to Dr. Magge for certain! I recommend him to anyone who asks about my procedures. The only reason I am anonymous is because I rather not put my procedures on blast to everyone but I do want everyone to know how great Dr. Magge and CSA is for cosmetic surgery! I'm happier than I have ever been. Due to complications with my second child following birth, I did not have the time I needed to work on my "snap back" like I did with my first so taking these steps for myself has been game changing!

I had liposuction of the abdominal, flanks, and back. My waist line was originally 40 (on those full days) 36 inches (on a really great day). Now after 3 months post op I am 34.5 inches. My back fat especially the bra area is completely smooth. And I have to say I am very very happy with my current results. I’m wearing clothing I never thought I could wear with no cardigan or shawl or cover up to hide my stomach or muffin top. I can see my curves and my hips finally pop out. Dr. Richards was truly a phenomenal doctor. He was so thorough, patient, and kind, as well as incredibly skilled. I presented to him in need of difficult surgical revision, other physicians had refused to even work with me. The process was not easy, and took several surgeries to correct, but Dr. Richards was dedicated to helping me, providing me with realistic expectations, education regarding my surgeries, answers to all of my questions, and follow up with post surgical phone calls (not from an associate, he always called personally to check on me). I felt like I had truly unlimited support. After my 2nd surgery, I had a minor complication on a day Dr. Richards was scheduled to go on a cruise. I was ready to panic, however he made sure to contact me prior to boarding, and left me with ways to reach him if needed while he was away. He truly goes above and beyond for his patients. Great doctor and great experience. I was a little uneasy with taking this huge step but Dr. Jabs made me feel so comfortable. After doing TONS of research on Drs in the DMV, I chose cosmetic surgery associates. I live in VA but finding a good Dr and one that made me feel comfortable was on the top of my list. The process was smooth, the pricing was great, and the results were amazing. I couldn't be happier with my breast augmentation. The healing process was quick and my scarring is almost gone. I would definitely recommend Dr. Jabs for anyone considering a breast augmentation.

I was not impressed with the local doctors in the Baltimore area, so I googled DC’s top Cosmetic Surgeons. CSA came up right away. I am 54 y.o. and was intrigued by Dr. Magge’s before/after pictures of women my age. I took note of the ones I thought were most similar to my “before” picture -and the results I was looking for as my “after.” From my phone initial conversation with Joanne, I knew this was the practice for me. She looked up the images and told me that they were surgeries completed by Dr. Magge. I was given an appointment within 2 weeks and was just as comfortable after our initial in person meeting. Joanne went over my options, the risks, my expectations and really answered all of my questions... plus. Dr. Magge entered the exam room and I was completely comfortable with him from the start. He’s quiet and gentle with a wonderful bedside manner and his surgical skills speak for themselves. Dr. Magge is clearly a perfectionist, which is definitely not a bad quality for your surgeon! My surgical appointment was scheduled for a Monday, so when “the nerves” kicked in on a Sunday, I was a bit anxious because there was no one to call with questions. I texted Joanne and she got right back to me (even though she was on vacation on a holiday weekend.) Joy and Tiffany also called that Sunday night to go over everything, answer questions and just assure me that I was given everyone’s cell numbers and to call or text anytime with concerns. I am not a phone person the option to text is right up my alley! I could not be any happier with the care I was given from the start. The most important part...obviously the end result of my surgery...I am only 10 days post op, so there is still a lot of swelling but my breasts are gorgeous!
