By far the best Surgeon and staff hands down! He performed my brachioplasty, lipo and laser hair removal and I look absolutely amazing. Dr. Ashruf has excellent bedside manor and truly cares for his patients! I absolutely love the staff and the facility. Its a great environment and they really make sure that you are well educated on the procedures, expectations and costs. What I love the most however is the Dr. Ashruf takes the time to truly listen to your wants and carves out the time in his schedule to address your needs and provide you with his full attention.

If I could rate a zero I would. He was ABSOULTELY TERRIBLE. NO bedside manner. Literally was there 30 minutes just for him to come in with 2 questions and. 1 minute consultation, didn't even look at my face. Bet it was so quick because it was Friday, after seeing the other patients in their before and after pictures I don't know why I went to him in the first place, they look like Frankenstein. Just awful. I have two witnesses that came with me. Never again.

I'm currently 2months post op. What an amazing experience from start to finish. A few things stood out most from my experience: A. I was allowed to tour the facility with no notice. B. the sheer enthusiasm from my treatment team. Everyone from surgery coordinator, the lead surgeon Dr. Ashruf, my anesthesiologist, and my nurse were very optimistic and excited to be intrusted with my care. I truly appreciated that I wasnt made to feel like they were doing me a favor by taking me as a patient. I appreciate how quickly Farah the coordinator got me scheduled and helped me figure out financing. I also really appreciate the lead plastic surgeon Dr. Ashruf giving me realistic advice about what procedures I could/should have and which ones would be too much pain on the body at one time. Im so glad i listened. I'm very happy with my results and appreciate all of the frantic after hours text messages they responded to when i was in unbearable pain. 10/10 would recommend

Wow, byfar the best experience I could imagine. I was horrified with the idea of having surgery but Dr. ashruf and his team's level of professionalism and service expelled all fears. From the minute I spoke with their office over the phone I knew they were who I wanted to work with for such a life-changing surgery. Here we are almost a year later and I am still very happy with my decision. This process is truly a journey, so I advise that you feel the utmost comfort with whoever you choose to work with... Dr. Salman Ashruf and his surgical team, including his patient coordinator, Farah, have been amazing! Within 20 minutes of an email enquiry, I was called, my consultation arranged and within days meeting with their wonderful team. I had a set appointment at 3pm but the admin person Sandra called the day of the appointment asking if I could come in at 11am instead. Uhh, what?? Obviously I was at work and couldn't make it. Tried to get a reschedule but the people were completely unresponsive. Didn't even get a callback or an apology, let alone a reason for the reschedule. Completely unprofessional. Which is sad because I was super excited about getting work done and had read they got good reviews. I'll have to find another location that is a little more professional.

From the beginning, I felt at home, comfortable, and that I was going to be in good hands. After losing 100 pounds, I went through with a tummy tuck and breast augmentation. Dr. Ashruf and his entire staff were knowledgeable, helpful and extremely caring. Surgery day I was super nervous, but was reassured I was in good hands. I am 3 months post op and could not be happier with everything. My work is fantastic, scaring minimal, and dr ashruf and his team have been there every step of the way through recovery. I am so happy I decided to go through these procedures at cosmetic plastic surgery of Maryland! Definitely the best!

Nice atmosphere and most people were nice. Went in for consult and left saying they couldn’t help me there. I went for rhinoplasty, went over all details, pictures and issues thinking it wasn’t going to be a difficult procedure. I’ve been wanting this done for a VERY long time and finally made the step for with my hopes up REALLY high. I’ve been researching non stop the past few months and was so ready to go through with it. After my consult, I sat in the front area and the front lady called me up, handed me a piece of paper with a different doctor and number on there saying to call there, they can help me. I had all intentions on wanting my rhinoplasty here. So now I don’t know what to do because that office is over an hour away and they have a four month wait time. I’m a busy mom and that totally took an hour away from my kids and my husband from work. Total waste of time. So reconsider if you’re wanting rhinoplasty for sure!

I went with my friend for a consultation. The office manager who i was informed by another patient is also his wife is very pushy in getting patients to come in for consultation. Sounded like they are begging for patients. The office had old dried up products displayed. I felt like i was sitting in the lobby of home goods. I have been to many other plastic surgeons and have never experienced so much pressure to have a procedure done so quickly. My friend went on a Monday and they insisted on her having the surgery the same week. Lost all confidence in physician when I heard that.

Just Mine

After researching the tummy tuck for a few years I finally decided to go for it for my 40th birthday gift to myself. I was determined to go to Miami as I’ve heard that’s the place to go but I thought about being able to visit my doctor if I had complications. I did a few local consults and out of about 5 Farrah was “THE ONLY” was that made me feel as comfortable as I did. The communication totally eased any doubt I ever had, she was not speaking to me as if she was an employee of the company and I as a patient. I had another consult the same day and the staff was nowhere near as friendly, the assistant sat in the back as the doctor was checking me out peeling polish off not once engaging or even making eye contact, they took no pictures BUT handed me an estimate saying get back to us when you decide.. not only did that happen but I was given a small bottle of water when I signed in and still had it as I was leaving out(never opened) the assistant says “IF YOU’RR NOT GOING TO DRINK THAT I CAN TAKE IT BACK FOR THE NEXT CUSTOMER”

This is the best place to go. From the first minute I walked in a great experience. Front Office staff friendly and very helpful. Dr Ashruf is a Perfectionist and listens to what you are saying and what your needs are. I was very pleased with my experience. He explains everything in great details and makes sure you understand and answers all questions by giving you time to ask all your questions. His operating room staff is outstanding also. I was very relaxed and comfortable with everyone. I have to admit that surgery was easiest surgery I have every had, I was in really no pain, but I also listened and did what he told me to do. Best carring staff hands down and best care you could ask for. They answer all your questions and comfort you when you need it. They help you figure out what's best for you and nothing more. Any fears or concerns you have the doctor is right there with answers, even on Sunday's. I fully recommend them.

My experince here at Dr. Ashruf office was amazing. I had an bilateral breast reduction. I had health concerns that my breast was causing. I highly recommend him. I came in to see Dr. Ashruf 1 year ago. From the start, the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. I got help with financing a breast lift(with augmentation). Dr. Ashruf and his team assured me that I would be up after the procedure. He was right. There was little down time. I was back in the gym 2 weeks after and my results are AMAZING. My boyfriend thinks it looks very natural. I decided to go with saline vs silicone (for personal reasons). Either way they look great. I recovered so fast. I was back to work and back with my kids. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Ashruf.

Dr. Ashruf is amazing! His staff are always friendly, very helpful, and quick to respond to any and all questions I had during the whole process. I had a virtual consultation which was great because I could do it from the privacy of my home. After the procedure I stayed at the Marriot. He has private suites that are reserved for his patients. The day after my procedure, Dr. Ashruf and assistant came over to my suite for the post-surgical visit. I only have wonderful things to say regarding Dr. Ashruf and his staff, so if anyone is looking for an excellent cosmetic plastic surgeon, look no further. I can’t imagine going to see anyone else after experiencing the best!

Cosmetic Plastic Surgery of Maryland provides excellent hydra facials. I received a hydra facial at the Ritz Carleton in Orlando, FL and was disappointed with their service. One would think the standard would be the same across the board for this facial, but it’s not. For example, the Ritz Carleton did not use as much product nor did they do my entire face. They even insisted that only completing the T zone was necessary. In contrast, Cosmetic Plastic Surgery of Maryland took the time to provide additional service and time to meet my skin needs and goals. I highly recommend getting a hydra facial done here. Rachel
