Absolutely LOVE this place. The staff is so friendly and welcoming! Dr. Salvatore DiMercurio is seriously the BEST! I am getting tattoo laser removal. He and his help make it as comfortable as it can be. He talks to you during the procedure and is so friendly! I honestly would recommend anyone there for any of his procedures. I feel so comfortable there and am already looking forward towards my next session. 5 STARS hands down for him and his staff in Chambersburg, PA!

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. Every experience has been awful. From the phone calls to the actual in office visits. Staff are very rude and have no consideration for the patient. Not flexible at all with schedules and are very money hungry. Wanted to break up a simple appointment into THREE separate appointments. Will NOT be going back. Very unhappy. After a very uncomfortable encounter with the receptionist belittling me when I told her I was returning a phone call, I hung up. The doctor called me and said "whose this" upon me answering. He then yelled at me and refused me service

I had a really great experience at this practice. I had surgery with Dr. Dimercurio, and from my very first consultation appointment he was so helpful in answering my questions and letting me know what to expect. All the nurses and staff I had contact with were super sweet and made me feel comfortable. I'm very happy with the results of my surgery. Dr. Dimercurio did such a wonderful job! I would definitely recommend him!

My wife's friend told us of her horrific experience with this doctor. We would never recommend this guy to anyone after hearing what all the staff and nurses and doctor put her through. We were on the other end of the phone listening to these jerks talk to her friend that way. Don't waste your money or time, folks. This is just another one of those money hungry, inconsiderate jerks working in Hagerstown. Save yourself the hassle and find someone who treats their clients with respect.

Dr. D is an amazing doctor! We recently saw him for our 7 year old daughter and I was so impressed. He took his time with us, answered my questions and really made us feel like we mattered (rather than feeling like "just another patient"). I would highly recommend his practice.

I have wanted a breast augmentation for a very long time. Dr.D was the best person ever. He did a great job from consultation to after surgery care. He is truly a blessing. I have had a horrible self image issue because of my breast since I was in my teenage years. I am now 40 and I got my surgery done over a year ago and I now can look in the mirror everyday and feel so beautiful and complete with myself. He is so sweet and genuine, he has an amazing bed side manner, which is a big deal for me. His staff is also very professional and approachable. I did months of research before choosing Dr. D. I want to thank all the staff for being so wonderful to me. I also want to let Dr. D know I just love your kind heart and making me feel so beautiful each and everyday I look in the mirror. He explained my breast reduction surgery in detail and made me very comfortable. By the time my surgery came I was so excited. I liked the surgery was done in his surgical unit and managed as an outpatient procedure. The staff is so nice and welcoming. I’m 9mos post surgery and so glad I did it.

I had an amazing experience. Dr. DiMercurrio covers everything beginning to end with his procedures with absolute perfection. It's obvious he has been practicin for a long time and is very skilled at what he does along with the nurses. They've been flexible with last minute schedule changes as well as caring and empathetic before and after any procedures with my overall well being.

Office staff rude had an appointment at 4:00 a sign on door said would be back at 4:00 waited till 4:20 door still locked and lights off! Got a phone call after i called 2 days later about how unprofessional they were about not getting back to me and of course with an attitude they said they were there which is not true!! Botched botox job never going back. Will be taking this viral on social media

Great experience from start to finish. I was very satisfied with the work and skill. When you need a 3/4" long sist/metal debris removed from in between your eyeball and eyebrow don't just use a general surgeon use a professional. Sal is top notch with an awesome staff to back him up.

I have been seeing Dr DiMercurio for various reasons for over 15 years. His entire staff is professional, curious, friendly and are always very accommodating. I have at least 10 friends who have had a procedure or two or regular maintenance with him and wouldn't dream of ever going to anyone else. Dr. DiMercurio keeps current with the technology and procedures to keep people looking and feeling their best. You'd be hard pressed to find a physician who before and after any surgery, has a more compassionate bedside manner. He genuinely cares about all of his patients and anyone can feel that from the moment that he introduces himself. Dr. DiMercurio is not only a highly skilled surgeon, but he is an artist in his industry and one can rest assured that the results will be more than satisfactory and will result in a more confident and happier you! I had breast cancer and a bilateral mastectomy in April.I recently had breast replacement surgery. Dr. Dimercurio not only did an excellent job surgically but he was very considerate and caring about what i was going thru emotionally. He does everything possible to insure the patient's comfort. He also has an excellent staff available to answer any question that may arise during the entire process which took four months. Cudos to Dr. D and his staff.

I love Dr. D and his staff. They are very professional, kind and caring about their patients. He explained everything to my husband and I before my double mastectomy and reconstruction. The surgeries were very draining for me physically and emotionally, but he always made me feel good about my decisions to have the surgery. He did a great job on the reconstruction as well as all of my follow ups. He is one of the best Drs I have had.
