Alicia the esthetician is AMAZING! She gave me hands down the best microdermabrasion treatment I've ever experienced! She's so knowledgable about anything skin related that it instantly puts you at ease. She gave me a regimen to follow after the treatment and a ton of information about my keeping my skin looking great :) Dr. Chang is also amazing, I felt very comfortable after the consultation and my new lips look INCREDIBLE! I just had an abdominoplasty with plication done by Dr. Chang. Prior to surgery, I was impressed with his bedside manner. He is a great listener and takes his time answering questions. Dr. Chang is very knowledgeable as well. I also thought his nurse was extremely nice as well as his front office staff. I wish he could be my primary care doctor, too! I am writing to thank Dr. Chang and entire staff for the excellent care received from the first visit to until now, he always treats my daughter with tender loving care and he is one of the cool head doctors that I have seen so far. Am pleased with all the staff that I meet at doctor office and so grateful that we have these quality service, the doctor has been busy but still look the time to make me feel like we were the only patient there. When my LO was born she had Micrognathia and Cleft palate and we were so tensed for the next steps. Luckily, we took appointment with Dr. Chang and I still remember he draw in a paper and described how it would be and in what way he is going to do surgery then we felt that we are in safe hands. last week Micrognathia surgery successfully done by removing Instrument from Jaw and now my LO is so happy with smiley face all the time, I think cleft palate surgery will be after 9 Months old and we definitely go with Dr. Chang for that one too. I highly recommend a visit to Dr. Chang for any Plastic surgery procedures.

This is a rare pleasure for me to write a review that is 100% positive! My daughter had an accident which required stitches on her nose. Dr. Chang was at the hospital tending to his "smile kids" when he so graciously agreed to work on her. He turned out to be the "poster boy" for the perfect doctor! He demonstrated a gentle bedside manner and an unruffled composure in dealing with my daughter, the patient as well as that of her totally stressed out mother. His knowledge about the procedure was amazing, he put both of us quickly at ease b explaining in detail what he was going to do. After one week, the scar was barely visible and now after a few months....it is impossible to even detect where on her nose the stitches were. I simply can't praise Dr. Chang highly enough after seeing the results on my daughter. He absolutely, without a doubt did a perfect job......THANK YOU DR. CHANG!!!!!!!!!

My almost 6 month daughter has plagiocephaly so we met with Dr. Chang for his opinion and expertise. He gave us his undivided attention during our consultation. After the consult, he gave me his business card and said I could contact him if I had further questions. Of course, I had more questions so I emailed him that night and he emailed me back within 45 minutes! I REALLY appreciate individuals who are responsive to my concerns and questions via email or phone. I have seen many different doctors over the year (ob-gyns, pediatricians, specialists, etc.) and I have never had such great follow-up as I did with Dr. Chang. When I had a question about insurance, he followed up with that issue immediately as well since his office manager was out of the office. I would definitely recommend Dr. Chang for a great bedside manner, expertise, professionalism, and responsiveness!

I had a consultation with Dr. Chang on Friday, March 11, 2016 for a breast augmentation. Dr. Chang was very attentive and heard out all of my questions and concerns. He asked what I wanted my breasts to look like post surgery which made me very comfortable. After analyzing my measurements we discussed the size of implants to be used. Dr. Chang explained the no-touch technique he uses, which reduces some of the risks associated with the surgery. He also said I would be a candidate for the 24 hr recovery process which is very appealing to me, given my busy schedule. I am confident that Dr. Chang will help me achieve the look that I've been dreaming of for years. This is my fourth consultation and I've finally found the doctor I trust to perform this surgery. All of my worries have been put to rest and I cannot wait to go ahead with the surgery with Dr. Chang.

Dr.Chang is the most caring and thoughtful surgeon. He gives the best advices for clients that what is good for them and what they should not do. Unlike other doctors, they only tell you that they would do whatever you want without concerning about your body or the outcome. He did a good job on my breast augmentation. I was able to go back to normal routine the next day following his 24 hour recovery method. Definitely recommended.

I want to give Dr. Chang and his staff a shout-out for the amazing work they have done for me. I was first referred to Dr. Chang by a good friend of mine as he was highly recommended. I had been considering having a breast augmentation for several years, so when I heard they were hosting a meet-and-greet with the doctors at their Fairfax office, I knew I had to attend. After meeting with Dr. Chang and the staff, I knew I was ready to set up an official consultation! At the consultation, both Dr. Chang and his nurse were a wealth of knowledge. They both made me feel extremely comfortable and I felt confident in their hands. When I decided to proceed, I came in for my pre-op appointment where I then tried on different implant sizes to determine what would be the best fit for my body. We decided that 275 ccs would be perfect for me since I am petite. The day of surgery, I was a little nervous but also very excited. Everyone at the hospital was very attentive and had remarkable bedside manners. When I came out of surgery, I had no pain and no discomfort. I felt slight pressure, which was to be expected, but overall I was surprisingly very comfortable. After surgery, I began my “24-hour recovery”. A few hours after being home and resting, Dr. Chang called to check up on me, which I thought, “wow what a thoughtful doctor!” The very next day I went out to lunch with my friend and walked around the mosaic without any discomfort. I never once had to take any pain medicine as I didn’t feel it was needed. The healing process took no time at all, and I was back to work within a few days. I am so in love with my results and my confidence has skyrocketed! My new breasts look and feel so natural, and they are exactly what I was hoping for! I am very pleased with my experience from start to finish and am absolutely thrilled. Thank you so much Dr. Chang, you have definitely boosted my confidence!

Such a fantastic experience! First I was greeted by a lovely front desk staff, who made me feel welcome the second I walked in the door. I was then taken to the procedure room where Nurse Kelly walked me through the whole process and answered any questions I had! She was very patient with all my questions. When Dr. Chang arrived he again went over the process with me and made sure I wasn't nervous about anything. Nurse Kelly was there distracting me from the pinches of the needle .. which were very light because of Dr. Chang's knowledge of the procedure. I left 100% satisfied. Dr. Chang double checked his work to make sure everything was even and perfectly plump :) I was given instructions for after care. Recently went to Dr. Changs office for Mira Dry! I’ve been anticipating getting this done ever since I heard about the procedure. I have tried many antiperspirants over the years and even when it’s cold I still sweat under my arms. Talk about embarrassing! A few months ago I got the MIRADRY treatment at Congressional Plastic Surgery. Although nervous at first, the staff was patient, attentive and thorough in explaining the treatment to me and answering ALL of my questions during my consultation. I was immediately reassured and decided to get the treatment done. On my procedure date, Nurse Kelly was so kind and walked me through what to expect during the entire visit. After prepping my underarms, I was injected with some numbing solution. A brief "sting" and THAT WAS IT. The staff is also so funny and personable - it definitely took my mind off what was happening. Once the actual MiraDry treatment began, I felt absolutely nothing! I just chatted away with the staff members. In about 90 minutes, I was done, icing and heading back to work! I was sore for a few days but back in the gym within two days and out with friends that same night - 100% worth it. The MiraDry treatment is seriously life changing. It helped me so much with nervous, embarrassing sweat. I went from wearing men's prescription strength anti-antiperspirant to barely wearing deodorant at all. Before Miradry, I could never wear a tight fitting shirt or dress. Now I wear white all the time with no sweat at all. Unreal. I. am. blown. away. by the results. After my experience, my mom and both my sisters are so impressed by my experience and results that they are having it done this summer!
