I had a good feeling about this place from the moment I walked in. The staff are phenomenal and Dr. Brown himself is absolutely amazing. He understood my case, was very clear in describing my procedure, and even post-op has been very communicative and supportive to ensure that my recovery is going as smoothly as possible. But not even just him, everyone there has been with me every step, even going so far as coming in on days off to ensure that I was taken care of. If I could have given more than 5 stars, I would.

Following a very successful "neck lift" at the skilled hands of Dr. French in 2009, I remain thrilled with the results of the surgery. My follow-up injectable treatments with Kathy have helped to maintain the initial fabulous outcome. The latest treatment included her use of a new product, Voluma, to correct under eye bags that were not amenable to surgical resolution. Kathy is top notch, her skillfulness and knowledge of the latest products and a realistic assessment of what is possible have kept me coming back for -- wow -- five years now. I highly recommend both Dr. French -- a skilled surgeon and a kind human being -- and Kathy the talented RN responsible for injectable treatments. .

Dr. Rao's skill as a plastic surgeon is matched only by his compassion and warmth as a doctor. The medial thigh lift he preformed on me could not have turned out any better. Although I am still in the recovery stage six weeks out from the procedure, the difference could be seen almost immediately. When I came for my first consultation with Dr. Rao he immediately put me at ease. He very confidently as he explained how he would help me. He knew the latest techniques, ensuring the best outcome for me. I was not your typical patient for a thigh lift, usually due to major weight loss, my thigh lift was to remove scarred skin. I remember seeing him in the surgery room, sensing I was feeling anxious, gently patting my arm, he said in a reassuring voice, "don't worry, everything will be fine, I will take good care of you." Next thing I knew I was waking up in recovery, and everything WAS fine, in fact, the surgery had gone beautifully. Although Dr. Rao had cautioned me about wound separation during the recovery process, I healed with no problems, a testament to his exceptional skill as a surgeon! I highly recommend Dr. Rao to anyone looking for a skilled surgeon who also happens to be a wonderful person! When he smiles, his entire face lights up, his kindness can't help but shine through. Dr. Rao not only healed my physical scars, but some emotional ones too.

Because I’ve suffered from acne all my life (I’m now in my 60s), I developed acne scarring on my cheeks. I went to see Marily Salls at the Center for Plastic Surgery in Annandale, VA. She listened carefully to my concerns and came up with a treatment plan. In preparation to having a couple chemical peels, she recommended that I first prepare my skin with good skin products. After 6 weeks of using the products, I had a superficial chemical peel. It was mostly painless, with only a slight stinging sensation. My skin was red for a day or two, and there was some mild flaking, but overall recovery was very quick. Marily followed this with microdermabrasion of the skin a week later. This procedure was totally painless. My skin was somewhat pink immediately afterwards, but fully recovered within 24 hours. You could still see the scarring, but my skin looked markedly better. I continued using the products at home and a month later went back for a medium chemical peel. This procedure was a little painful, but Marily brought in a fan to help diminish the burning sensation. The medium peel takes a little longer than the superficial peel, but not a lot. This procedure was also followed with microdermabrasion a week later. I can honestly say that the medium peel was totally worth it. The results are more dramatic, and the acne scars have markedly decreased. I have had no breakouts since I started treating my skin with Marily. She has managed to make my skin look healthier by improving its texture. Marily is very professional, with many years of experience doing these procedures. She’s patient, sweet, and caring. I would highly recommend her to anyone having concerns about his/her skin. She has done miracles with my skin.

It enhanced my features without looking “fake”. Dr. Rao is very careful, methodical, and he takes his time. He studies your face in detail and gives you the best look specifically for you. Not a rushed job nor a template. His work is high quality with excellent service and bedside manners. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Rao!

I have been going to Amanda Hopeck (Licensed Aesthetician) at Dr. Browns office for a series of chemical peels she recommend to help with my chin area acne. The peels are pain free, non invasive, and relatively inexpensive (around $150 each). My skin has improved drastically. I have significantly less blemishes, reduced scarring, and it helps with fine lines. Skip all the products that don’t give you results and go right to the peel! I’m so happy I found Amanda!

Dr. Brown and his staff are extraordinarily professional and knowledgeable regarding the services they offer. I met with Dr. Brown to discuss breast augmentation and I was so happy with the professionalism and reassurance I received from both the staff and Dr. Brown. Leaving my first consultation, I felt so comfortable that I decided this would be the surgeon to perform my surgery. In the weeks leading up to my surgery, I was naturally nervous, but I spoke regularly with Amanda Kubin and she eased all of my worries and helped all of the pre-op processes run smoothly. The day of my surgery, Northern Virginia experienced a massive snow storm, but it did not deter any plans that were set for surgery. The actual surgery went without a hitch and I was on my way home in about an hour and a half. Fast forward to now, six months post-op: I can not thank Dr. Brown and his staff enough... I absolutely LOVE the results. They far exceeded my expectations and I am so happy with my decision. I have recommended the unbelievably talented Dr. Brown to many friends and will consider him for any and all future opportunities.

I had an IPL treatment done to my face from Loudoun Center and the result was totally amazing! I wanted to remove freckles on my face and improve the tone and complexion of my face. I had to travel here and I was actually quite hesitant at first but then I found out that they were great from close friends. Well, I didn't regret my choice and indeed they were great. From the staff to the doctor who attended to me, was kind, friendly and very professional. The long travel was all worth it. It's not that easy to find a reliable fat reduction treatment, until I heard about this one. I was intrigued by this Vanquish device so I decided to try it. The doc was very nice and very knowledgeable. Carefully explained how the Vanquish works and answered all my questions without hesitations. The treatment took only a short time, about 30mins, and only need to have 4 sessions. The result was very amazing! I didn't feel any side effects or anything like that. Best treatment I ever had and would totally recommend this to my friends!

100% happy!!! Having a friend who had surgery with Doctor Price, and seeing how wonderful she looked, I knew that was who I was going to "celebrate" my 70th Birthday. It helped that when I asked my dermatologist and my regular doctor that his name was on the top of their lists. I am delighted, my fear was looking like Joan Rivers, but in fact, I look just like me only rested and rejuvenated. Dr. Price seemed to understand just what I hoped to accomplish. I can wear eye makeup again and have it look good, and thanks to him, and his suggestion to have a chemical peel, my skin looks better than it ever has. My hairdresser commented on how perfect the stitches were--so now she'll be recommending Dr. Price too.

Dr. Price is very knowledgeable but i would not recommended anyone if your looking for a second opinion. I have called multiple times to ask why i have received a bill for a serviced that was suppose to be complimentary as its stated on their website and also stated by there front desk staff. I was there for least the 30 minute due to his assistance not being there to informed me the next step to the procedure. I went to a different office to get a second opinion and i was not charge.

I wish I could rate Dr. Bonaldi more stars. I have had several procedures with him and my results always exceed my expectations. He is incredibly meticulous and a perfectionist. Dr. Bonaldi is truly a master in his profession and makes one feel so comfortable. I have had a hernia repair with zero scarring and have seen significant scarring with friends who have had the same procedure. My young daughter had emergency stitches out of town when she fell at a playground. I took her in to have Dr. Bonaldi remove the sutures and to make sure her healing was progressing well. I knew I had chose the right doctor from my consultation for my breasy augumation and lift. Dr. Brown and his amazing staff listened and were very understanding of my wants and needs. I'm almost positive he is part mind reader with in 2 shots he had the size I was wanting figured out. From there I made my appointment and the nurse (Maggie) and other staff answered ALL my many questions I had even when I asked the same question multiple times they never seemed annoyed. The day before the big day I received a call from Pam to check in on me and go over any last minute questions or concerns. The Big day: I arrived at the office and the staff seemed as excited as I was about it. The nurse took me back to get ready. I was handed over to another nurse, Jessica, who look my vitals and started my IV. She waa great and the 1st time ever an IV wasn't painful. She also had a great personality and made me feel so comfortable and kept any anxiety away. Dr Brown came in to take measurements and mark me up and again not even for a second did I fell akward (you would think someone drawing lines and measuring your breast would be incredibly akward but it wasn't at all). The anesthesia guy, Caleb (I think that was his name), came in and went over what he would be doing and made sure I felt comfortable about being anesthetized. Next I was taken to the OR and it was time to get started. All i remembered was 1 - the OR table was surprisingly comfortable and 2- Caleb putting something on my ear lobe and I was OUT! Woke up in recovery where my nurse offered me some ginger-ale and crackers, managed my pain, and helped me get dressed then went to tell my hubsand go pull the car up for me. We had a LONG drive home which Im pretty surr I slept through most of it. Now here's the kicker.... About a little over an hour I got home I got a phone call fro. Dr. Brown from his home! Just to check in and make sure I was doing. This suprised and impressed me that he cared not only to call himself but did it from home on his own time. If I had to do it all over again I would absolutely drive the 2 hours and lay a little more for the amazing quality care I received with Dr. Brown and his staff.

I have been very pleased and grateful for my medical and aesthetic results due to Dr. Rao’s technical expertise and professional advice! I have also found that the supporting staff within the Center - from Tina on medical issues, Laramie on scheduling, Veronica on insurance and Bianca at the front desk - are all excellent in their area of focus! These women create an atmosphere of genuine caring and interest in how you are doing. They are very responsive to any questions which makes the process as smooth as possible. Their approach makes the office visits very pleasant. For me they collectively created an environment where I felt ‘cared for’ and I believe this aided my quick recovery and healing.
