I appreciate the time,knowledge and compassion you give to your patients. I highly recommend anyone to come to this office whether it's medically needed or cosmetic because they take the time to explain everything and they make you feel like you are the only one in their care you never feel rushed and the results are well worth it. I just had a surgery at Dr. Sterlings office and had a great experience so far !! The consultation with Ellen was sooo informative and much different then one I had at another office . I felt so comfortable and i felt they really took the time to map out my best avenue to have a successful surgery ! Liz was super helpful over email going above and beyond to help get referrals and set up appointment times . I was even lucky enough to get in earlier then expected due to a cancelation ... so on top of it ! The day of surgery was today at the BASC . The nurses and doctors were all so nice and caring . I never felt like I was 1 of 50 patients because the care was so individual and genuine . Dr. Sterling even went out of his way to personally call me the night before surgery and the night I had my surgery to check in . I go for my post op tomorrow and am excited to see the results even though they already look great ! If anyone i know of is choosing a plastic surgery office I'll make sure to send them this way ! Thank you !

I can't say enough about Dr. Sterling and his team.. Dr. Sterling is an amazing surgeon. I was so happy and surprised with my results. He never tried to up sell me, he is very honest and won't give you unrealistic expectations. I got a call the night before surgery to check in with me and made sure I didn't have any other questions. Also before going into surgery he took the time to talk with me about everything I should expect to happen. Even later that day after my surgery was completed he called to check on me. This shows how much he cares for his patients. The team at Dr. Sterling's office adds to your experience. They are also there to answer questions and help with anything you need. Both the office and BASC where I had my surgery were very clean!
