I was aware of Dr. Zeff's practice through a few friends and acquaintances who have had procedures done by the doctor and were pleased with the results. I'm a 56 year "young" working woman with a career in sales. My eyes were making me look tired even when I was perfectly rested. I need to work for another decade and need to look my best. I had never had any work done before but decided for the sake of job security, to go in for a consultation. The had a great deal of skin on my upper eye lids; one worse than the other. This was to some degree the result of eye surgery as a young child with a lazy eye. I also had puffy sacks of fat underneath my eyes which further contributed to the tired look. Dr Zeff suggested an upper and lower blepheroplasty. I spoke with my insurance carrier and after having an eye test with an ophthalmologist, I was approved for coverage on the upper eyes. This was wonderful news as it afforded me the ability to do the bottom eyes as well. I soon learned that Dr. Zeff did not accept insurance, however, Dr. Anthony Wilson, a new doctor to the practice, did accept insurance. I was somewhat reluctant to have Dr. Wilson perform the upper eye surgery since I had no personal reference for him. That said, I couldn't afford to do both the upper and lower eyes without insurance. Based on Dr. Zeff's reputation, I decided to give Dr. Wilson a try. Together, Dr. Wilson performed the upper eye blepharoplasty and Dr. Zeff the lower eye surgery. The result is great. I'm so happy I had it done and I'm so pleased with both Dr Wilson and Dr. Zeff's work. I feel I got the best of all worlds, the seasoned experience and skill of Dr. Zeff and the youthful experience and skill of Dr. Wilson. PS, Nurse Tracy was so very helpful too.

His office is very nice. All staff are very nice. The clinic where my breast implants were done was a good place located in Stratham, NH. After the surgery one of my breast was totally disfigured. It sat much lower than the other and the shape also left me disfigured, and it was painful. To meet Dr. Zeff after the surgery, to talk about my issue, he charged me. Then Dr. Zeff said wanted nearly the same amount of money to fix the malformed breast. He does not stand behind his work, I am not pleased by his breast implants and regret seeing Dr. Zeff for my breast implants.

My worst experience ever did a procedure to me that he havent done in twenty years....my savings out the window $629..didnt work my mistake going to him, he told me he would fix it right! On vacation told me any friday I could come in no help from his staff at all very poor service finally one and by mistake I wrote the time as the date too. So he told his staff to get 50.$ from me before I come in. What a thief in my words. Not only does he not want to take fault for a botched job but charge me to come in...i should have realized it when he told me this is very expensive, what having me come back when he didn't do it right??? The office was extremely comfortable and all the staff were very friendly and caring. Both Dr Zeff and his nurse Cindy were patient and reassuring during the procedure. I highly recommend this practice, as I've had a wonderful experience with Drs. Wilson & Zeff, Tracy, Jen, and the office staff. After a 65 pound weight loss and reaching goal weight I wanted to correct some of the damage left behind which could not be helped by any amount of exercise. I had a lot of questions before and after surgery, but found everyone to be patient, responsive, and informative; I also thought Dr. Wilson's recommended approach was best for my body and health. Everything went very smoothly, and I'm extremely happy with the results. We've also recently filled my lips and they look so beautiful - not overly done or artificial, just nicely enhanced. People notice enough to mention that I look great but aren't quite sure what has changed; I believe that is the mark of a truly skilled cosmetic surgeon. I had seen Dr Zeff to improve a scar on my face. He ended up needing to surgically remove the scar tissue, which he was able to do in his office. The office was extremely comfortable and all the staff were very friendly and caring. Both Dr Zeff and his nurse Cindy were patient and reassuring during the procedure. Dr Zeff was extremely gentle and I did not feel any discomfort. The follow up care was thorough and I am very pleased with my result. The skincare products that were recommended have greatly improved the appearance of my skin and I could not be happier. I would highly recommend Dr Zeff and his practice.

The facility is clean, the staff is friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable each time. I had the opportunity to ask all questions without feeling rushed and on multiple occasions I reached out to ask further questions pre and post surgical procedure and was provided with a prompt answer by Dr. Zeff or his staff accordingly. Dr. Zeff provides his personal contact information as well in the event that any questions arise that require an immediate answer post procedure. He made it a point to reassure me that he was available for any question big or small and at no point should I hesitate to contact him. What really was a red flag to me, is that he stated, “No surgeon is going to do this surgery for you without a second letter.” False. I ended up finding a surgeon who had over 20 years of experience in chest reconstruction, and my surgery was assisted by someone who had substantial experience in trans-related surgeries. Not to mention many surgeons work on informed consent modules. I felt like he was trying to provide me with false information in order to choose his facility. I did not like the lack of transparency.
