Dr. Pennington is an unbelievably gifted surgeon.This is a photo of me (on the right) with a friend who also used Dr. Pennington. We are both 55 and wanted some cosmetic improvements. I had multiple procedures including lower facelift, neck lift, lower eyes and brow lift. I was a bit concerned about having that pulled look you sometimes see with facial plastics, but the look is so natural and gave me more than I expected. I wouldn't use anyone else and trust Dr. Pennington completely.

After much MUCH research, I chose Dr. Pennington to perform my rhinoplasty. This is a very serious and difficult operation and I wanted someone I could completely trust with my face and I found that in Dr. Pennington. She is absolutely METICULOUS and a perfectionist beyond measure. My aesthetic goal was to still look like me, with a cuter - more feminine nose. To say that she exceeded my expectations is an understatement! When my bandages were removed, I was in disbelief of how pretty and soft I looked and my nose is honestly a work of art! My only regret is not calling Dr. Pennington years ago!
