I cannot say enough about Dr. Perenack and his staff! I chose Dr. Perenack to do my facelift because he specialized in facial cosmetic surgery. Dr. Perenack was very knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable during my consultation. He showed me before and afters of his own patients and every single one looked natural and younger which was exactly what i wanted, not overdone too "pulled". My experience at Williamson from start to finish was seamless, when you walk in you don't feel like a patient you feel like family and I couldn't be happier with my results!! I highly recommend Dr. Perenack and his surgery team.

There are not enough words to describe my experience with Dr Jon Perenack and his amazing staff. Dr Perenack did blepharoplasty under my eyes as well as juviderm. The results were amazing. Dr Perenack and his staff are all very sweet. The staff was in touch before and after the procedure. The procedure itself was ok. Nobody feels great the day after any procedure and I was a little tired and very mild bruising. I also have a clotting disorder and Dr Perenack and his staff did everything they could to accommodate my needs before, during, and after the procedure. My results were amazing and now my family and friends all use Dr Perenack and we all live over an hour away in Mandeville and from New Orleans. 5 stars is clearly not enough. The price is very good as well and the professionalism and care is the best. Thank you to Williamson Cosmetic Center and a special thanks to Dr Jon Perenack and his amazing staff. I am 36 and I have always felt like my eyes make me look tired. I visited with Dr. Perenack and he recommended filler to my tear trough’s. I am so pleased with my results!!! Dr. Perenack explained the entire process, used numbing to make my treatment more comfortable and reviewed what to expect afterwards. The filler was a subtle change that made such a big difference! No one really knew what I had done but I received so many compliments on my skin and overall appearance. I highly recommend Dr. Perenack and his team!

What absolutely incredible results I have experienced under the keen eye and magical hands of Dr. Jon Perenack! After the blepharoplasty my droopy, puffy upper and lower eyelids were amazingly improved promoting a rejuvenated and truly more youthful appearance. Post surgical pain was extremely minimal, and recovery was quick and uncomplicated with Dr. Perenack keeping a close watch throughout the process. This was the greatest gift I ever could have given myself, and I could not be more thrilled! I’ve LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my results with Dr. Perenack! While I wanted to have something done so I looked less tired, I was really apprehensive about doing anything that wouldn’t look natural. Dr Peranak did my tear trough fillers as well as other facial fillers and the result was a beautiful and natural change. My look was the same just a softer, younger version of myself. He was gentle and there was no pain. I highly recommend this procedure to someone in their 40’s that wants to slow down the aging process. Dr. Perenack is amazing. I had laser resurfacing two years ago and the results were great. Dr. Perenack has put together a non surgical plan to give me a few years before I have my face lift. I am 53 and we have done filler and Botox along with his aesthicians treating me with exilis and microneedling, we will do laser resurfacing again this year, Two family members and two friends have had slifts and blepharoplasty with him, again with amazing results. If you are considering surgery I recommend Dr. Perenack he really is the best.

I can't say enough good things about Dr Jon Perenack and his staff at Williamson Cosmetic Center/Perenack Aesthetic Surgery! I had my blepharoplasty eyelid lift surgery performed by Dr Perenack and couldn't be happier! The staff is second to none and will treat you as if you were family. I will be going back to have another procedure done very soon. If you have not had a consultation with Dr Perenack before, do yourself a favor and book one soon!

I LOVE MY PROFILE! Dr. Perenack did the most beautiful job on my nose and now I don’t care which angle I am photographed at! During the consultation I stressed that I wanted my nose to look like mine but not crooked. He examined my nose and informed me that I had a deviated septum. After our consultation, he provided me with complimentary pre and post imaging, to give me an idea of what my nose would look like and that he understood what I was asking for. The imaging was spot on and that was the piece of mind I needed to proceed. I knew he understood exactly what I wanted and he informed me on everything I needed to know about my procedure, what to expect after and what recovery would be like. He is truly a talented surgeon with an eye for perfection. The best part of it all is the satisfaction he was able to give me when I see myself in a photograph! I will enjoy my results forever. Thank you Dr. Perenack for giving me my confidence back!

April 2018 (I thought at the time) I had a Blue Nevus mole on my face on my left cheek I wanted removed. It was about the size of a dime. I knew from word of mouth and several friends as well as family members who have had amazing results with Dr. John Perenack that he was definitely the ONLY doctor I wanted to touch my face. Dr. Perenack has amazing bedside manner and will answer any question you may have. He immediately put me at ease letting me know exactly what he was going to do to remove it as well as using a laser after stitches to minimize any scaring. When Dr. Perenack was removing the “mole” he then explained to me it wasn’t a mole at all. He always sends anything to the lab for further testing. The lab results came back extremely fast and it turns out that what every Dermatologist has told me over the years was wrong...the Blue Nevus was in actuality a Glomus Tumor. It was benign thank God and I am very grateful that Dr. Perenack was able to not only remove the tumor but his accuracy, steady hand, and medical treatment using the laser left me with NO scar!!!!! It is a true testament how amazing he is with facial surgeries! The staff was amazing as well and goes above and beyond to make sure your entire experience is not only positive but exciting. The treatment you receive is first class all around!

I am so happy with my results! I have been getting treatments from Dr. Perenack for years. He is a great listener and a true artist of the face. He takes the time to listen to your thoughts, expectations and then thoroughly explains the treatment. My goal is always to enhance my current look (but better and younger looking) with some occasional botox, filler and lip injections. He always delivers and keeps it in a very natural, improved manner. Still me but way better!I have also had skin resurfacing laser treatment of my face. Messed up my eyelid surgery and repeated it three times on one of my eyes. They knew he messed it up so bad that the refunded all of my money. Of course, I had to sign something that I wouldn't sue him because he knew my eyes did not close anymore. I had to go to an eyelid plastic surgeon in Covington, Dr. Acosta for him to repair them. Dr. Acosta did a beautiful job. I cannot believe that Williamson eye clinic still employs him. I can't believe he still has a license. I cringe when I see his commercials.
