Dr. Duplechain is an amazing surgeon with a fabulous, professional staff. I recently had rhinoplasty, and the overall experience was wonderful. Dr. Duplechain worked closely with me throughout the entire process. He is a true artist, and I am more than pleased with the results of my procedure. I love my new nose! Dr. Duplechain and his staff are wonderful. His office is spotless and has a very relaxing atmosphere; and if anyone is like me, that can be a huge help with calming the nerves. Unlike with other physicians, I never felt like I was being rushed in and out of his office. He is extremely caring and always made time to sit down with me to discuss my procedure, my feelings toward the procedure and proper post-operative care. I also love the fact that there is an on-call nurse at all times. About one week after my surgery (during the Mardi Gras holiday), I began to develop a mild allergic reaction. I simply called the number provided to me and was connected with the nurse who called in a prescription for me. Simple as that. The point I am trying to make is that everyone in Dr. Duplechain's office cares about the patients and the patients' well-being. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to have cosmetic surgery.

I have to say that I am very disappointed with my Breast augmentation. Dr Duplichain sure did try and fix his mistake but after his 3rd try in less than one year I wish I would have gone elsewhere to fix his mistake. One of my nipples is higher than the orher and the scar underneath has a terrible adhesion lump.

Dr. Duplechain and his staff are excellent! They my procedure as comfortable as possible. Even recommending the Surgical Hospital for the first 48 hours after surgery. It was worth every penny!

I actually drove 1.5 hours from Lake Charles to see Dr. Duplechain. I've had stretched lobes for years, but wanted an earlobe repair so I could go back to regular earrings. The office was beautiful and well appointed. The staff was very friendly, and Dr. Duplechain himself was knowledgeable and kind. I was able to have the procedure done in office the same day as my consultation, and I'm very pleased with the results. I'm glad I made the drive.

I found him to be very rude, surgery room had mechanic boxes in it. Very bad results, my opinion if you want good surgery results, I recommend you go to someone else..The surgery procedure agreed on were not followed......

I chose Dr. Duplechain for my extended tummy tuck and lipo procedure for several reasons. I was very impressed with the before and after photos of patients. From the moment that I walked into the office, I felt at ease and his staff made sure that I had all of my questions answered. When I left his office after my consultation, I was 100% positive that he was the right surgeon for me. He went over all aspects of the process and was confident that he could give me the result that I was hoping for. His staff and nurses are all wonderful and are available to answer questions if you need. Surgery is not usually an easy recovery, but Dr. Duplechain's goal is for the best pain management and recovery process for his patients. My post op pain was very minimal and was more discomfort than actual pain. The results from my surgery are amazing. His work has exceeded my expectations! He is a perfectionist and that shines through his work. I would highly recommend Dr. Duplechain for any cosmetic procedure.

My experience with Dr. Duplechain and his staff has been outstanding. The office is very modern and it's obvious that Dr. Duplechain spares no expense when it comes to keeping up with today's technology and sanitary practices. The entire staff is amazing. They are always very informative and even helped assist me on the weekends when I had questions after surgery. I am thrilled with my new body after having a tummy tuck, brachioplasty, and lipo. Aside from his facility, his staff, and his artistic talents as a surgeon, Dr. Duplechain has the best bedside manners as well. You never feel rushed and he's always very pleasant and kind. You can tell that he genuinely cares about his patients and really cares that they are pleased with the outcome after surgery.

Nothing but great things to say about Dr. D and his staff. I went in for a mommy makeover - tummy tuck, breast augmentation/ lift, and lipo. He did an EXCELLENT job, my body is gorgeous again. Dr. D was always pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, just wonderful. And his nurses were equally as awesome. The nurse that I saw the most gave me her cell phone number, so that I could call her or text her any questions or concerns I had. They were just amazing; definitely recommend Dr. Duplechain!!

I’m 39 years old and I went to Dr. Duplechain for an upper and lower blepharoplasty, facial fat grafting and laser resurfacing. I’d researched and consulted with physicians from all over the USA before deciding on Dr. Duplechain. My research paid off. I’m beyond happy with my results. He definitely had the most experience in the procedures I was interested in. I originally thought fat transfer and laser resurfacing would be enough to obtain the results I wanted but during my consultation I was advised an upper and lower blepharoplasty was recommended. Dr. Duplechain worked with my financial situation and has a great bedside manner. Laffayette is lucky to have such a skilled surgeon. His staff was amazing. My nurse Desiree was so sweet. Brandy, Megan and Denise were very helpful as well. Oh I can’t leave out the anesthesiologist. I remember his name because of being sedated but his personality was great. He kept a smile on my face. The whole experience from the facility, staff and follow up care exceeded my expectations. With my procedure came great perks such as free products and facials plus discounts on spa products for a year. I was so nervous I was going to regret having work done on my face but I’m so happy I did. I look 10 years younger. Several friends are going to see Dr. Duplechain after seeing what he has done for me. Thanks Dr. Duplechain

I would never describe Dr. Duplechain as being rude. I'm actually quite shocked this was written about him for the public to read. BOTH Dr. Duplechain and his staff are extremely polite. I feel welcomed and genuinely taken care of every time I walk through that door. They have always answered my questions with great knowledge and honesty and compassion. These guys know what their doing! You won't be disappointed. If you just so happen to be disappointed, and you are 100% honest to him and the staff, they WILL take care of it and see to it that you are more than happy and satisfied with the results! I will NEVER go anywheres else!!
