Pretty unimpressed with the surgery I received in May of 2017. He performed a septo-rhinoplasty that was supposed to fix my deviated septum, improve my breathing, remove the hump from my bridge, and reduce the bulb at the tip of my nose. It's a year later (I was told it'd take that long for swelling to go down). The tip is the same as it was, except all of the nerve endings are dead, so there's no sensation there. My breathing is actually worse, he DID remove the hump from my bridge, but he basically moved it to the side of the bridge, so IDK what was going on there, and the septum is still very deviated. Unfortunately (or maybe very fortunately) I no longer live in NOLA, so I have no way of having him fix any of this without incurring greater expense. I would not recommend this surgeon to anyone.

After 3 surgerys this man left me with nothing but sinsus infections due to removing too much bone in my nose. Now I have more problems than when I first came in. Daniel R Jacob thanks for all the problems you left me with. One star is too much!!!!!!

My breathing is worst nose runs occasionally took too much bone off my nose do not let this doctor perform surgery on your face you will have to live with this face the rest of your life my nose has a lot of visible scars even an area that’s uneven

I don't know Dr. Jacob by way of plastic surgery, but I do know him by way of church and volunteering, and he is wonderful gentleman!
